Great Location, Miserable Stay - Avoid This PropertyThe Soho location is the only positive. The apartment was poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and missing basic necessities. The beds were rock-hard, the pillows were awful, and the bedding was incomplete. The extra comforter was ripped and in terrible condition, making sleep nearly impossible. The bathroom had multiple problems: a clogged sink, a constantly running toilet, and a broken shower handle. For two days, the shower was painfully hot because the handle would not turn toward cold water… it wasn’t until I figured out you could force it to turn more. These are basic maintenance issues, not luxury requests. The WiFi was unusable despite following the host’s troubleshooting instructions. There was no laundry detergent, and the supplied shampoo and body wash were insufficient for the stay. We were also given only one set of keys, forcing us to coordinate with each other every time we came and went. I reported these issues privately. Management acknowledged the problems, apologized, and said they would review them. I requested only a reasonable partial refund…not a full refund…but they refused. Not even a modest gesture of goodwill.A good location does not excuse broken plumbing, unusable WiFi, inadequate supplies, terrible beds, and poor management. I expect basic comfort and functionality, not luxury. This property failed on nearly every levelI strongly recommend staying elsewhere. I would absolutely not return
