De estilo tradicional de tres pisos casa de playa situado justo en la ciudad ya dos cuadras fáciles a la playa. Y recientemente renovado y mejorado a lo largo de la temporada 2015. Hay cinco dormitorios y tres baños y capacidad para 12 personas. Esta casa familiar también admite mascotas con un patio cercado para los niños y amigo de la familia. La casa cuenta con un porche envolvente que es maravilloso para reunirse con la familia y amigos, cenar o leer un buen libro.

La casa cuenta con una cocina nueva y todos los muebles nuevos. Hay un sótano completo con lavandería.

Una ducha al aire libre hace que la playa Excursiones fácil de manejar.

We had a fantastic long weekend getaway at this charming house in Rehoboth Beach! The home was clean, cozy, and incredibly convenient to everything — just a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants.The layout made good use of the space, and it was comfortable enough for our group. Kids, adults, and even our dog all had a great time enjoying the location and relaxing together.We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our October escape and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The house was in great shape. It was very clean and a great hang out space. The instructions were very clear and the check in/out process was easy. We initially paid for a dog to come but changed our mind and they gladly reimbursed us. They had plenty of dishes/glasses. Very cozy and great area. Only a few long blocks to the beach. The only recommendation I would make is to get another queen bed in place of a few twins. There were only two queen beds so most couples had to sleep in a twin and we are getting up there in years and our bodies did not respond as well as they did in our 20’s. Also, you have to bring your own sheets and towels which was ok for a few of us but others had to fly which made it a bit more difficult but they did give us an alternative to rent. The deck is great to hang out. Perfect to socialize.

Absolutely wonderful, I would stay here again. The house is well maintained and by far the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. The side porch is great for those days where it's not great beach wheather. The pet friendliness is a plus. Everything is within walking distance and accessable, you may not even need your car after you park it if you plan to remain within town. I will echo another reviewer said in that the listing seems to suggest that there are four full baths, there are absolutely only three though that might be because of a misconfiguration or weirdness with vrbo when listing the outdoor shower. Though that didn't really pose an issue for us. Also to get to the 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom you have to pass through the room with the trundle bed (image in the listing named - 2nd floor pull out sleeps 2) so just make sure you have people in the same household or comfortable with each other in those rooms.There is parking for two vehicles in the driveway of the carriage house directly behind the property (it's labeled 201 Carriage House). It's tight but you can fit two vehicles, and there were parking hang tags provided for two additional vehicles on the street. Be vigilant with the hang tags Rehoboth aggressively enforces their parking ordinances.I would only suggest that a handrail be installed on some of the stairwells especially the one going up to the 3rd floor bedroom. Overall best rental I have ever gotten, there's nothing really to complain about.

Weekend Tournament

Perfect location and adorable home that easily accommodated two families of five during a weekend tournament. We had one small dog with us and he loved the little yard. If you are an ice person for drinks or need ice for coolers, just make sure you buy bags for your stay.

Holiday Weekend in Rehoboth

Beautiful home, great location, functional for group of 10 and a dog, amazing wrap-around porch. Worth noting there was construction on both sides of the house. Not overly disruptive, but noticeable. Would stay here again!

Perfect Holiday Getaway

Charming and cozy house within easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. Pet friendly an extra bonus. We have come as a big family group for the last three years in December and have absolutely loved our stay. Owner is so nice and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent house in rehoboth

Great house in Rehobeth. Two blocks from the main shopping and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. I have no complaints and give this house an A. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment. It’s an older house, but completely renovated. The screen There porch is a plus.

Wish we had more time!

The location of the house was great! We were just a few blocks from the beach and Funland, as well as a block from the main strip where all the restaurants/stores are. This was our first time in Rehoboth (we have been to Lewes several times), and loved how many food/activity options there were. The house had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies and seating. We enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in porch, especially with the ceiling fans running. The hosts were an absolute pleasure to coordinate with and generally very responsive. A few things to note: Make sure your parking passes are very visible (ours was initially partially blocked by our sunshade and someone came to try to ticket us within minutes of arriving. The room with the daybed is in the room that leads to the attic stairs (so if anybody sleeps in there, be aware that people sleeping upstairs will need to pass through). The attic bathroom is a bit awkward getting in/out of the shower due to the tight space and water dripping down from the shower door. You can probably fit 2 medium sized cars in the driveway in front of the carriage house, but it's quite tight. Bottom line: this was a great house in a great location and we had an amazing weekend!

Great House for Group Weekend

We were a group of 10 in the house and were very comfortable. House was spacious, clean, and had an amazing location. Essentials such as TP, soaps, trashbags, etc were provided. Bathrooms were clean and large. The porch was absolutely lovely to sit on in mornings and evenings. Grill worked great for a BBQ. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed our time there. Great amount of beds to accommodate everyone. Easy walks to beach and boardwalk. Parking was perfect too! Only thing was the listing stated there were 4 baths and there are only 3. Fyi.

Great location, clean

Close to shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk, and the beach. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and clean. The fenced yard was great to have for the dogs. This was our second time staying at the house and look forward to staying there again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was our second year staying at this property. The house is so beautiful and cozy - perfect for a winter family getaway. Impeccably maintained with everything you need from kitchen supplies to basic essentials to get you started. So many thoughtful touches throughout the house. It is easy to feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Very close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants- you can walk everywhere. Bonus that pets are welcome, and the fenced in yard is perfect for letting our dog out in the early morning. The owner is super responsive and helpful too. Our whole family looks forward to staying at this lovely home!
