Unidad 63 - Condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños con vistas completas al golfo

Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este condominio frente al golfo de dos dormitorios y dos baños se ubica en el sexto piso de nuestro edificio Grand Tower. Las increíbles vistas desde el condominio son ideales para ver las puestas de sol. Debido a su ubicación, está a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de cuarzo blanco. Este condominio bellamente decorado es perfecto para unas vacaciones de Siesta Key. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "en ambas habitaciones. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, el número máximo de invitados que pueden dormir en esta unidad es de seis. El baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo con banco y barras de apoyo, y el baño de visitas tiene también una ducha a ras de suelo con barras de apoyo. La cocina abierta tiene una gran cantidad de armarios. Está totalmente equipado con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera y una cafetera Keurig. El condominio tiene baldosas en toda la unidad. El patio cómodamente amueblado se ha incorporado a la sala de estar y cuenta con ventanas corredizas que le permiten disfrutar de nuestras cálidas brisas tropicales. La sala de estar está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 55 "con servicio de HD para su disfrute. La piscina en la playa que se muestra en la foto no es parte de nuestra propiedad.

Love this place and will stay here again.

We loved everything about our unit. It was exactly like in the pictures plus it was super clean. Will stay here again for sure. Being so close to the ocean was a big plus for us since we have a 9 year old girl and it makes it so much easier to be close to the beach.

All around perfect.

We had an amazing time the condo is absolutely perfect. Love the huge windows that can be opened up to the beach it’s almost like the entire wall was gone watched almost every sunset either from the beach or from the room.

Family get away

This wasn’t our first choice, but sure wish it were. The condo was amazing, right on the beach. It didn’t have a balcony, but not to worry because the windows completely slid open so you had the fresh air and the view was spectacular! Only great things to say so a BIG thank you!!! Will definitely visit again

Nice place - would stay again

The place was clean and as shown in the photos aside from two temporarily missing windows which we were told of ahead of our visit. Would have been nice to have our full view but we didn’t spend that much time in the unit anyway and still had a nice view. The location to the beach was wonderful! We didn’t have any problems getting chairs but we would head down when we noticed the chair supply getting low which was easy to see from our location. The kitchen seemed adequately stocked for light cooking and there was a nice sized cooler in the closet for the beach.

Great Location/view

The check in and out process was super fast. After checking in, you drive down the beautiful palm tree lined long driveway to the tall tower building right in front of the beach. The condo itself is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. The property itself also has beach chairs available to drag to your perfect spot on the beach. Really convenient location not super busy but not too isolated. Highly recommend this unit.

Amazing view, great location

If you're looking for a great view at ocean front, this is it! Condo is very clean, staff is helpful and friendly, and it's located in a great spot. Plus the private beach is a plus. Not crowded. The only downside now is, the policy has changed to a minimum of a 7 night stay.. Which will steer me away now as I can't do 7 nights or else we'd be back for a 3rd year in a row next year! Overall, the property is a true gem.

We loved this property and would stay here again. We wish there was a balcony to enjoy the sunsets from and the pillows weren't for me, but other than that the place is fantastic. Location is great. Office staff was great -- and attentive. Maid service is something we paid for and an army of maids came to our room with nice attention to detail. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was modern.

Unfortunately, we booked the same condo we have in the past because we love the view and set up. No one told us that the main window was boarded up and we had no view. We paid for the view and felt that someone should have told us in advance. Then, the freezer did not work properly and we ended up throwing our food out. It was a good vacation because we were together as a family but it was not what we expected and we had someone handicap with us that was excited to have the amazing view we had in the past.

The beach is amazing. We spent all our time at the property since baseball was in lock down. Can't wait to return for our next visit.

We always stay in the tower because it is closest to the beach. Our unit (63) was updated and beautifully decorated, and very clean. Over the years we have been very satisfied with our units. The grounds are beautiful and nicely maintained. We use the fitness room and the pool as well, but of course our favorite is the beautiful beach. The best part of Palm Bay Club are the people! The office staff (who are always busy) are so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff, maintenance, grounds crew, security, and beach attendant are all very friendly. We look forward to seeing everyone year after year. We would highly recommend Palm Bay Club!!
