Este tercer piso, 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en condominio, está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central, está a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de arena blanca, canchas de tenis, piscinas y barbacoas de carbón. Este condominio tiene todo lo que necesita para disfrutar de sus vacaciones en Siesta Key. El dormitorio principal, muy bien decorado, tiene dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 26 ". Los comedores y las salas de estar se combinan para mantener la sensación de amplitud de la unidad, que está equipada con un gran televisor de pantalla plana de 60 "con servicio FIOS HD TV. El encantador baño principal tiene una ducha a ras de suelo con un banco y una barra de apoyo, mientras que el baño de visitas tiene una combinación conveniente de ducha / bañera. La espaciosa cocina tiene una gran cantidad de gabinetes. Está totalmente equipado con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. Some of the pans in the kitchen that were warped could be replaced but you can still use them. The unit had everything we needed though. It was nice you couldn't hear the neighbors.

Nice but needs some work

Decent place and great location! We had a wonderful time! The beds were very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, silverware, bowls, plates cups, etc. The unit was clean and had plenty of blankets and towels. The place did need some work. The stove was a little tricky but eventually figured it out. The first two nights we could not sleep as there were college age people who were up all night with loud conversation and music. I do have to give the security kudos as they did everything they could to monitor the noise. The second to last day we did see a cockroach on the kitchen floor when we woke up that morning. We got rid of it and didn't see any more for the rest of our stay. The ocean view is not as close as the pictures provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the beach, pools, and bbq areas! Thanks!

Siesta Vacation: June 2024

This was second time staying at this condo and it didn't disappoint! The place was immaculate. So close to the beach..great view! King size mattress in one room was extremely soft, other than that no complaints. Absolutely beautiful property....will stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as described and pictured. Lovely living and dining rooms. Kitchen new and well appointed. Bedrooms were comfortable, nicely decorated, lots of closet areas and storage rooms. Bathrooms had new stone-tiled showers. (Toilet seats in the bathrooms are old and damaged and need replacement, however and clean towels should not be stored in a cabinet with a bathroom plunger.) Lanai has fantastic beach views and nice tables and chairs. Overall, our experience was wonderful. We had been to Palm Bay 6 years ago and it is just as clean and well-kept now as it was then Having staff deliver loungers and chairs to you on the beach is just a fantastic amenity. Pool and furnishings are just as nice and well-maintained as then. Must mention, all of the Staff are always friendly and helpful. The office staff even helped us with boarding passes. Would not hesitate to recommend Palm Bay Club and especially No.160, Club Corner, very highly to friends or relatives.

Palm Bay Review

The past few years we have been there twice a year. We have seen the services go down hill in the last few years. Our unit, 160 is beautiful and we have no complaints about the unit. In past years if you stayed more than a week , your unit was cleaned and were given new towels and linens. This year if you wanted this service there was a charge of $70. Our bedroom was supplied only two washcloths for 10 days. You need more than one washcloth per person for 10 days. Since your prices have gone up over $1000, we are going to look elsewhere.

Great location and Clean

This condo is bright and is very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved that we could see the ocean from the windows and patio. The location on the property is great. The property is well kept and pretty. The one thing that would really add to this property is more towels/washcloths and/or a washer and dryer. There are washers and dryers but they are not in the condo. We really enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as shown in photos. Very clean and updated. Very bright and and cheery decor. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The resort is very well maintained. The office staff was very helpful. The beach is so beautiful here! It is a big resort but never felt crowded. The lounge chairs on the beach were a big "plus"...they have staff available to place the chairs for you on the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much, we already made reservations for next year! We have been recommending the resort to our family and friends.
