Hermosa casa nueva en la ciudad y cerca del agua

Hermosa espaciosa casa construida en 2014. Plan de piso abierto con acabados de lujo ubicado en el corazón de Leland. A solo un par de cuadras del agua, la playa, Main Street y Fishtown. Cuatro dormitorios, tres baños completos, cocina gourmet con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, sala de estar de nivel inferior con televisión HD de pantalla plana. Gran patio con dos porches y un montón de espacio para asar y relajarse. ¡Disfruta de la maravilla de Leland con tu familia y amigos en este excelente hogar lejos de tu hogar!

Acabamos de comprar esta casa, y es la primera temporada que se alquila. Lo usaremos nosotros mismos por menos de la mitad del verano, ¡así que lo haremos disponible las otras semanas!

Delightful house in Leland

We did Thanksgiving at the Walker’s house in Leland for a second time and it really doesn’t get better than this. Gorgeous and incredibly comfortable house with a great little walk into Leland. Ideal location for going places or simply relaxing. Hope to be back again!

The perfect place

What a wonderful week we had in Leland. The house is perfectly situated and our group had many nice evenings playing yard games and walking to see the sunsets. The house is so comfortable and roomy and the kitchen has everything. Thank you for this amazing space!!!

Nice cottage with all the modern and updated interior touches. Perfect place for our extended family (overflow from our cottage). Mother in law especially appreciated the air conditioning!

Wonderful Location

This was our second stay at this wonderfully located home in town Leland. I loved the dips from the end of the street dock in Lake Leelanau. We also love walking to town and the close proximity to many beaches. The home is well appointed and comfy. Kitchen is great for cooking. Easy access to all of the wineries and national park sites. .

Great Experience!

The house is perfect for families. Plenty of bedrooms and shared living space. A great deck and yard out back. House was in great shape and the owners were very easy to work with. Very short walk into “downtown” Leland as well as to a public beach at Lake Leelenau. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful house in a great location.

This well maintained house is spacious with an excellent kitchen/great room with fantastic windows and natural light. With two bedrooms on the first floor and two more in the finished basement, the house is ideal for a family or group of couples. The location within Leland is two blocks away from Lake Leelenau. Fishtown is a short 10 minute walk. The owners responded quickly to questions. We would definitely rent again.

Charming home in charming town

This house was as advertised— lovely, spacious and well appointed in great location, just a short stroll from Leland’s main drag. The owners were very responsive and the stay was terrific. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Spacious House & Great Location

For anyone needing a "base camp" in the Sleeping Bear/Traverse City area, this spot was great for our family. Large open floor plan, beautiful fireplace, and walkable distance from Leland.

Lovely mini-Thanksgiving in Leland

We had to do Thanksgiving differently and smaller this year so we decided why not head to Leelanau County. This house was amazing, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The pictures don't capture just how spacious the kitchen and living room area is. Location is excellent for walks into town. Master bedroom is a dream and the other bedroom is great, too. Would love to come back!

Fishtown is Perfect!

We absolutely loved this property! My husband and I and 4 of our friends stayed in this home. We would definitely come back. It was nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. We didn’t have to share. The house is spacious and is tastefully decorated. The pictures don’t do it justice! A couple of little things, I would like to see improved, would be having bath towels set out upon arrival. We arrived and had to search for hand towels to dry our hands. I also, would have liked more hand soap in the bathrooms. They were not full when we arrived. The living area could use some window coverings. The neighbors are close and we felt a little on display. The kitchen could use more dish and hand towels also. These are very minor things that would improve the experience. Overall, we cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Great location

Wonderful in town location. Best part was access to Lake Leelanau at end of street. Walk to town or bike with the great bikes in garage. Peaceful, comfy, huge kitchen. Restful week!

Nice location and home with attention to detail/cleanliness of the kitchen was less than ideal.

This was our second season in the home on 401 Grand. Overall, we like the location and size of the home. However, for the second year in a row, the kitchen was not well cleaned. The refrigerator was filled and dirty. I did request before arrival that it be empty, cleaned and ready for food. In addition the stove and island were not well cleaned. This year the garage was filled with empty boxes and trash. Lastly, the exterior of the home could use some attention to landscaping. If the owner is unable to supervise due to distance, he should hire an onsite manager to inspect the property and home before guests arrive.

Great Location and Pleasant Sunny Home

This is a beautiful home with lots of light. The finished basement offers space for the kids to hangout while the adults have the main floor. Great location close to town.

Beautiful Centrally Located Place

Cannot say enough good things about this place. The house is beautiful, cozy, and well stocked with essentials (towels, kitchen needs, even bikes to borrow). The pictures do not do it justice. The location was walking distance to the main street of Leland and perfect for our needs (we were attending a wedding at the Leland Lodge). Jeff & Megan were very responsive (though we didn't need to reach out for much). Thanks for opening your home to us!
