Great location with easy beach access

Great location with easy access to the beautiful beach a block away. The pool is right outside your front door. The condo was stocked with lots of toiletries including aloe vera which was needed after the first day in the sun. Susan was great to work with.

Perfect Getaway

Just as described!! Great location steps from beach. Clean and had everything you would need. Beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided. Host was easy to communicate with. Will return if back in area!

Family get away

We had a great spring vacation! The property is in a great location with the intercoastal out the back door and the beach across the street. Condo fit our needs perfect. We look forward to coming back In the future.

Just Right

It was the perfect size for two people. Very clean. Everything was provided. Great pool. We had some trouble finding extra towels but a quick email to the owner solved that. The only comment I would make are that somewhere we read that there were fishing poles, but we never found them. I’m not sure if it was in a review or the property description. My husband was a bit disappointed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything in one location

We spent 3 days at this property and we had an amazing relaxing time Not only was the beach right across the street from us we also had a big pool to you and right outside the back door was the Bay which my daughter's loved fishing at... Susan was so helpful and accommodating with any and all questions or needs that I had she even had fishing poles and beach chairs there for us to use I highly recommend staying at this place!

Perfect location

The condo was in the perfect location-quiet, but close to all the attractions. Beautiful beach right across the street and intracoastal waterway in the back yard. Perfect size for the 3 of us. The kids enjoyed the huge pool! Bed was really comfortable.

Wonderful location

The condo is located near a quiet section of beach, away from the big crowds. Twice we saw dolphins swimming in the estuary behind the condo. The free (at this time) buses were easy to use to go north or south. The owner quickly responded to my messages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Everything you needed on the inside and a little kitchen if you wanted to cook your meals. There are places outside you can drink your morning coffee as well as a grill out back.

Great Location and Owners

Condo was perfect for a getaway, had everything that we needed. Lots of toiletries were a nice touch since we didn’t check baggage. Super short and easy walk to the beach and all beach supplies were provided. Photos speak for themselves, what you see is what you get. We are frequent visitors to the area and this was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Owners are great with communicating and responding to anything we needed. 100% recommended and will stay here again!

Great

Perfect accommodations for a couple. Not very big but extremely clean with any amenity you would need and quiet for sleeping. Location on Gulf Blvd is good unless you want more activity. Host was very quick to respond.

Great place to stay

5+++ Stars! This is an amazing place to stay. The owners are so nice to work with. The condo is equipped and supplied with everything you need. It is located in a great area with everything within walking distance. Being on the inter-coastal and across the street from the beach is the best of both worlds.

Perfect for a small family

This is our 3rd time visiting this area and this place has been our favorite so far. Very reasonable price and Alberto is extremely easy to communicate with! This place was exactly as described and really clean. It's in a perfect location and right across the street from the beach. The pool is huge and one of the nicest I've seen. We can't wait to come back and visit this area and stay here again!

Awesome vacation rental with a beautiful view of the intercostal waters!

What a wonderful vacation rental! The condo was very nice and clean and had everything we needed! If we could give more than five stars we definitely would!! All of the neighbors are very friendly and we enjoyed hanging out some and visiting with them. It was so awesome to wake every morning and walk out the back door and drink coffee while looking at the beautiful sunrise over the intercostal waters! We had a blast fishing right outside the condo (thank you for providing fishing poles) and then it was just a short walk across the street to hang at the beach! We will miss Henry the Crane and watching him as he waited patiently right next to us for our next catch while fishing. The Olympic sized pool was very nice and just right out side the front door. As soon as we know our vacation dates for next year we will definitely be looking to book this condo again!

Cute, clean and quaint!

This place is small but has everything you’d need. It provided all our needs as a family of 4 and was very affordable, clean, and cute! The owners were kind and had great communication. The beds are extremely comfortable!

Really nice place

Loved the unit! We had a cart we wheeled across the street so had no trouble communicating to beach . Room very clean with everything you would possibly need from shampoo to suntan lotion, and perfume in bathroom to chairs for beach .coffee maker toaster and everything for the kitchen!! Nice size fridge too.. we were a family of 4 and it was perfect... great communication with owner too!!!

My husband and I love to travel. Since we started our vacation rental we have best of both worlds. We get to meet some really wonderful people from all around the world. We love spending time with our family, friends and at the beach. We love to fish and we love taking our boat out on the beautiful Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.

Enjoy the view of the Intracoastal waterway while at your dining room table. You will see a parade of leisure craft, dolphins and manatee. Fish at the sea wall. Cross the street by our Deeded Beach Access to the warm waters of the Gulf Of Mexico with breathtaking sunsets at our beautiful, soft sandy Indian Shores Beach.

Our condo is quiet and peaceful, but close to all the tourist attractions by day and enjoy the benefits of the night life. The Sun Shine Trolley which travels all long Gulf Blvd. stops in front of the building, so if you are not driving, you have a means of transportation.
