This spacious home features over 2,000 sq ft of beautifully designed living space, with three generously sized bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, two private terraces, high-speed WiFi, washer and dryer, and a two-car garage. The open-concept main floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable living room that opens onto the first-level terrace—perfect for indoor-outdoor living.
Upstairs, the rooftop terrace with cozy seating for everyone, it’s the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee with sunshine or relax with a cocktail as the sun sets. A built-in BBQ grill makes it easy to prepare fresh seafood or carne asada for a rooftop meal with friends or family.
The living area is designed for comfort, offering plush seating and a flat-screen TV with Sky Satellite service plus Chromecast connectivity to stream music, photos, or movies straight from your mobile device.
The kitchen is a dream for home cooks, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and all the tools and gadgets you might need. The dining table seats eight, and the shaded pergola on the main terrace creates the perfect atmosphere for dining outdoors.

No smoking inside the condo. A $300 USD fine will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
