Guests have access to the entire community free of charge. There are 3 elevators needed to get to get from the parking garage to this private relaxed sanctuary high up on the hill. The condominium comes with 2 private parking spaces.



One of our hosts will greet you upon your arrival to the condominium. They can help with any questions you may have or recommendations for diner, activities or what not. We are here to help you with any questions you may have after you check-in as well.

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book. The individual

who booked and paid for the rental must occupy the condo

- Please note the fitness center is available for everyone

- A reservation is required to use the tennis court November through

June. The cost is $5 per reservation or $20 per month for unlimited

reservations. Please visit the Pedregal office (located inside the

South Gate to Pedregal, behind the marina) upon your arrival to

pay

- The maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests. No unregistered

guests may stay in the condo overnight

- Please be advised, there is construction in the area and is going to

continue through strictly controlled work times within the master

community of Pedregal HOA

- The loud music floating in from Cabo until 3:30 has always been

part of the Cabo San Lucas scene

- No steps to enter

- Please note rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted

- Your safety matters. This property features 2 locked doors to enter

the condominium.

- The community has strict rules and imposes fines upon the owner

for guests` unsuitable behavior which in turn results in the renter

paying the fine. This keeps the community enjoyable for all.
