Third stay at this property for University of Arizona. The layout of the place accommodates multiple family members beautifully. Tons of room in the kitchen with the adjacent laundry facilities. The garage parking is invaluable when moving students back/forth to UA. The location is highly convenient; a short drive to UA.

2nd Stay - Well-Suited for UofA Events

Family in Tucson for the class of 2025 graduation. The property is close to the UA, and very convenient to provisioning and restaurants. We've stayed here before and we really appreciate the garage parking. Kitchen appliances are all very useful. Very pet-friendly property with a well-sized back yard.

UA Spring Showcase

We stayed in this house on one of very first trips to Tucson several years ago and loved it. We were lucky enough to be able to stay again this trip! The house has everything you could ever need to make it feel like home away from home. It is clean and comfortable. The yard is perfect for dogs. We love the location and its proximity to some of our favorite places to eat as well campus. We will be back :)

Winter Retreat

The house was in a great central location for visiting family in both NW and SE Tucson. I loved the layout, spaciousness, and decor of the house and yard. We enjoyed our dog walks around the neighborhood meeting friendly people. Katie was a wonderful host.

Excellent view! Very spacious!

Our group of friends truly enjoyed this house! The kitchen is well stocked with herbs and spices and cooking supplies. We cooked all our meals with ease. Perfect accommodation! We had a dog and the backyard was perfect for dogs!

Great location, house, hosts - has it all

House has a wonderful layout. Kitchen was very well equipped. Quiet residential neighborhood but easy access to everything we wanted. Hosts were extremely responsive to our one question about how some lights worked, coming by within minutes to show us how to do what we needed. And friendly too.

Great House for UA Visits

We had a wonderful stay at Katie's property. The fully secure garage provided convenient parking, and unloading our gear into the kitchen and bedrooms was a breeze. The huge, well-equipped kitchen boasted large skylights that flooded the space with natural light. When we encountered a minor issue with the coffee maker, Katie promptly resolved it. The main bedroom impressed us with its king-size bed and spacious en-suite bathroom. On the opposite side of the house, we found the second bedroom with its queen-size bed very comfortable. Although we didn't use the third bedroom with two twin beds during this visit, it adds to the property's versatility. My wife summed up our experience perfectly, calling it "wonderful." We wholeheartedly recommend this delightful accommodation.

Reunion with friends

This property was excellent! Our friends came in from Colorado and we meant in Tucson to attend the University of Colorado game against U of A. Very spacious for the four of us. We gathered around the fire pit in the backyard and reminisced. The view is beautiful. The kitchen is the most stocked with pans, dishes, etc we have been in a vrbo. Very clean, close to restaurants and activities. The owner communicated very well with us and had no problems. We would definitely do this property again and highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful house, location, hostess!

Wonderfully comfortable home in a darling walkable neighborhood near Banner University Medical Center, Tucson. Not only is the house right by the Banner Hospital but is also close to restaurants and stores. Our hostess, Katie, was responsive and very helpful. The kitchen is great for cooking and eating too. We had a small dog with us who appreciated the walled in backyard. Can’t recommend this Vrbo highly enough!

Katie is a great host, explaining everything needed to us while we were there for two weeks. Comfortable, spacious and in a perfect neighborhood. We will be coming back to Tucson next winter and hopefully will stay there again!

Greeted by a Lucy's Warbler in full song

On arrival we were greeted by the song of a Lucy's Warbler. Great opening to a great stay. Property is as described and more. We cooked at home a lot and kitchen made that easy. Only issue in kitchen: Too many choices of cookware and other supplies! Great set of steak knives were most appreciated. Beds comfortable. HVAC quiet, effective, and easy to use. Backyard was quiet and great place to read and relax. Katie was very responsive. Andy stopped by twice to address minor items (3 way light switch & cable setup). Quiet neighborhood with great access. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay in Tucson

The property was large and beautifully decorated. The large walled back yard was perfect for our little dog.. The kitchen was very well equipped and the location was very convenient to most tourist attractions and downtown. The hosts, Katie and Andy were very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Homecoming Weekend

Wonderful - look no further!

The house was very nice, clean, spacious and decorated so it made you feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything is updated - master bath is amazing (updated after vrbo pics). Backyard area was perfect to enjoy an evening sitting outside. Fire pit would be great in cooler months. Kitchen was well stocked and all dishes and cooking items seemed new. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Stay for Adults and Pets

This is a perfect location. Large, remodeled kitchen and bedrooms. Close to many restaurants and downtown. Our two dogs loved the big back yard. Everything was clean and met expectations. Would definitely stay here again!
