A ground-floor cloakroom and a separate utility area with a washing machine are also provided. There are two bedrooms consisting of a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2’6” zip/link beds, which can be made into a king-size on request. The bathroom features a bath with shower over, basin, WC, and heated towel rail. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio and seating, along with a small garden area to the front of the property. Permit parking is available nearby.
