BEST VIEW EVER! This unit has the best and only direct ocean view in the building in the F line and is super spacious with 1173 square feet of space. You will love the apartment as it is well quipped and the location is unbeatable.
You will find everything you need for a perfect stay including beach chairs and an umbrella, a fully stocked kitchen, and a welcome package that includes a bottle of wine.
For your security, the building has a 24/7 manned front desk.
Enjoy Cafe is also located in your building on the first floor for food and coffee and other beverages and limited grocery items. They will also deliver to your apartment or the beach.
There is a laundry room at the front of the hall and also a trash chute.
You can rent chaise lounges and an umbrella from the hut on the beach to the south of the building. Vouchers may be purchased at the office for the rental.
Contact the host the day you are arriving for the Key Code and if you have other check in questions.

Check- in time is 4 pm or after and check- out time is 11 am or before.
You must register with the receiving office at check-in. The office is located in the building next door—3901 and you are staying in 3801. The office closes at 5 pm so if you arrive after that you will need to check in the next day between 9 am to 5 pm but of course you will have access to your unit.
At the office you will need to purchase a fob for each two adults at $30 and a parking pass for the length you need.Parking fees are $20 per day or $100 for a week. A $20 deposit is also charged for the parking pass and will be refunded when you turn the pass in when leaving.
Please note that it is against building rules to have guests in the apartment who are not registered. Any extra guest must be registered at a cost of $50 per day with prior permission of the host.
At the end of your stay, please discard your trash and load the dishwasher.
