Beachfront Condo for Rent – Seapointe Village, Diamond Beach

Enjoy your summer at our oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo located in the gated Seapointe Village community in Diamond Beach (Lower Township), perfectly situated between Wildwood and Cape May. The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guests have full access to Seapointe Village’s resort-style amenities, including four indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam rooms, saunas, grills, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, playgrounds, kids playroom, private beach access, and a private beach bar.

Beautiful condo. Nice setup. Privacy between bedrooms. The resort is amazing. 4 pools, multiple hot tubs. The grounds are beautiful. While you can’t bring beach chairs and things in the condo, there is a place in the garage where you can keep them. Steve and Kathleen are the best hosts. Very easy to get in touch with before and during stay with any questions. Would highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 STARS, I would! The owners were so helpful, thorough, and kind during the reservation process. Check-In was easy. The condo is absolutely beautiful!!! It’s clean and modern with a beautiful view of the ocean. Already looking forward to booking next year!

Beautiful

Great views from balcony for morning coffees😍 very clean and short walk to the beach! Pools were lovely and washer +dryer were a plus when traveling with kids! Will go again!!

Beautiful, great location

I rented this property so my sister and I could spend time with our 80 yr old mother. We found the location easily accessible to beach and pool. My mother enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony and eating every meal. She loves the beach and I honestly thought I would just bring her to the pool. She was quite mobile and since they had a walkway onto the beach, she was able to go everyday. She said I truely will just treasure this week. Having an elevator, walkway to beach and sidewalks everywhere, it made the whole complex accessible for her. She made friends with everyone. I would say this is a perfect location for anyone who may have problems walking. It’s the perfect location period. The condo itself has a great ocean view. The outside deck affords a beautiful view over a meal or just your morning cup of tea or coffee. The condo was very well equipped. The detail was amazing. It even hand hand soap at all the sinks. I have rented for years and always bring supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dish soap, garbage bags ect. Here they had enough of everything and we restocked what we used. I forgot tinfoil and that was even there so we used some until we got a roll. They even had towels. I missed that in the reading and brought our own. It was a joyous week with plenty of options for sunbathing. This is a great condo to stay at with many amenities in close proximity. The only drawback and it was clearly stated was you can only have one car. My sister had to park 2.4 miles away to find a spot but once Labor Day was over she was able to park a block away. Also good to know that after Labor Day the pool with the slide closes. We were bummed we did not get to sit at that pool. This was a great relaxing week. I highly recommend this condo. I would rent here again.

Great place to stay with the family

The location is great. Very quiet but a lot of thing to do. Steps to diamond beach and a 4 minute drive to the boardwalk. Multiple fire pits, pools, spas, and even a game room, tennis court, and basketball court all on premise. One pool is partially indoor, which is very convenient. The check in process is all outlined and easy to follow. All information is outlined in the email sent by the host and host’s number is provided in case there are any issues/questions. You do have to sign a lease to rent, but it’s very straightforward and standard. Thank you for a great, quiet place to stay.

Seapointe Village

Beautiful unit. We love Seaponite so we were prepared as to what to expect and do. We will be booking this again for next year! The only thing I would say is, even if you are used to sleeping on a firm mattress, you need to bring some sort of topper for the master bedroom. We could barely move each morning. Other than that is was absolutely perfect!

wonderful and clean beachfront

This place was very clean and the view was beautiful. Great space for my family and I, and the seapoint village amenities were amazing! Access to the beach, multiple pools and hot tubs, and very quiet neighbors made our stay extra relaxing. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would even book again.

Excellent place for a family getaway

We had a great time staying here during a quick spring break trip. Condo was well stocked and clean. The owners were super responsive and wanted to ensure we had a great trip. Will stay there again!

Accommodations clean and welcoming. Would have preferred to be told that the unit balcony was very near a construction site, and that the only indoor pool/hot tub was closed for maintenance. I planned this weekend for my daughters and daughter-in-law with the availability of hot tubs in mind whatever the weather, so on a cool, rainy weekend, it would have been nice to be made aware of their unavailability. Also, communication with owner could have been better (I had to ask for information on entrance to the unit, lease agreement, bed sizes given were contradictory-- site said queen, confirmation said king, etc) when I had received none less than a week before arrival. When I asked a question before securing the rental, the answer was slow in coming. My communications seemed to be with more than one person also, so not sure who I was communicating with. However, the unit itself was very satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.
