The condo was just as describe it was nice to have beach chairs, umbrella, etc provided. We've stayed their before and it was perfect for our family. Michelle was a great help for any questions we had!

Felt like home away from home

Nicole’s place is beautiful in pics but even nicer in person! We appreciated her warm welcome and tour around the condo upon arrival. The condo is fully stocked with cooking utensils and we put them to good use all week long. We were there during spring break but still had the amazing heated pool to ourselves. The porch overlooking Cabo was our favorite. The walk into town and back is pretty easy for anybody with full mobility. I caution anybody with mobility issues staying here as there are quite a few steps to get to the condo. We’re active people so we loved the exercise. The bed is super comfy and you must catch the incredible sunrise every morning! One suggestion is to make sure you bring bottled water as the closest is down the hill and it’s a pain getting a big bottle or multiple bottles back up. We were visiting a friend who lives in Cabo so he brought us a big jug for our stay but I suggest having the cab or whoever is dropping you off stop and get it on the way. There’s also uber eats that will deliver for a reasonable fee. There are tons of good restaurants within walking distance also. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much, Nicole!

Love This Condo and Its Location

This condo is beautiful and comfortable with a deck that gives endless pleasure. It’s situated on a hill, so if you don’t rent a car or Uber, like us, you’ll get a good bit of great exercise. We spent a lot of time in the neighborhood, visiting great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Most everything you need is within easy walking distance. The condo is well- appointed and the beds are super comfortable. We used the kitchen and grill a number of times to prepare breakfast and dinners. The shower is a delight after long hikes, and we enjoyed playing games in the evenings. We enjoyed the pool side, as well, even though the heated pool was a bit chilly. Cabo is a noisy place, so if you are a light sleeper, be sure to pack some ear plugs or download a “white noise” app on your phone - the music from the city funnels right up the valley and could be distracting for some people.We would recommend this unit without hesitation.

Very nice stay

Nicole was wonderful getting us settled in. The property itself was pretty much as advertised. Clean and in a nice location. We enjoyed the walk up and down the hill into town each day, not too strenuous. I would stay here again.

Fantastic!

We stayed for 2 weeks. Nicole, our property manager, met us at check in & was so nice & friendly. :) The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and we had an excellent time. The pool was wonderful & not crowded at all. Highly recommend it, and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cabo!

We had a lovely stay at Portofino 25, great view of the downtown, marina, and Sea of Cortez. We were grateful for the comfortable mattress and the coffee! Nicole was lovely. We couldn't have been happier or more comfortable

Beautiful, Peaceful, Welcoming stay in Cabos

My daughter, friend, and I had an amazing stay at this condo. The condo was exactly as described, possibly even better because you can't capture the beauty of the peace of the location in a picture. The condo was perfectly clean and stocked with all the vital items we needed (beach towels and coffee) to get our stay started before we went to a store. It only took 5-20 minutes to walk to stores and the beach from the condo. Additionally Uber rides were very inexpensive if you needed a ride down to the beach or a store. Jennifer was the most welcoming hostess I've ever had in my 30+ years of travel experiences around the globe. She was available by text our entire stay and was always helpful with information or assisting us in setting up excursions at a reduced price. I highly recommend Portofino 25 for an amazing, beautiful, comfortable, peaceful and welcoming stay in Cabos.

Quick get away

My wife and I decided to take a quick 5-day vacation to Cabo. Jennifer was fantastic with communication. Especially since we literally booked the day before we left. She was super helpful with transportation, giving us ideas of things to do and helping us set up a few tours. We really appreciate her.

Exactly as advertised...great place to stay!

When selecting our vrbo options; we paid attention to previous ratings and reviews, and this one comes as advertised! If you're looking to be close to the action yet equally removed from the crowds, this is a great option. This home away from home is clean, spacious and stocked with everything you'll need. The deck offers a remarkable view of Cabo that can have your eyes busy for hours! It was the selling point for us as we loved sitting outside for our morning coffee and our end-of-day reflections with wine in hand. That said, there is a drawback to be aware of...sitting outside comes with all the sights and sounds of overlooking a city: traffic, construction, dogs barking. But this is not anything this property, or any place in this area, has any control of...it's simply the reality of choosing a vrbo in a private, gated community rather than in a remote area away from town. Jennifer is the property manager and she's beyond remarkable....incredibly attentive and reassuring throughout the process from booking to departure. She organized a direct transfer from the airport which included a stop at the supermarket and a warm welcome and tour once we reached the property. Like many of the homes in this area; walking to town means a casual downhill stroll followed by an uphill return home. We enjoyed the walks yet if uphill is not your preference, there is an abundance of taxis to get you home safely. Highly recommend this place!!

This property is very clean and in a quiet location just a short walk to the marina, El Medano beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We love to walk, however, if you prefer not to walk, Uber is an inexpensive option or you could rent a car and park it in the garage at the condo. We really enjoyed the nice, warm and peaceful pools. The balcony is spacious and the views from it are incredible! Jennifer checked us in and she was so nice and extremely helpful. The condo is well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We needed to extend our stay and are beyond grateful the host and Jennifer were able to accommodate us. We highly recommend this beautiful property and would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous condo with amazing views and a short walk to marina

Myself and my two kids aged 20 and 17 stayed at this condo for a week over New Years and it was a dream. Thanks to property manager Jennifer who made the check in process super easy and was always quick to answer any questions with before and after our stay. The views from the patio are phenomenal! We enjoyed the pools, which also had great views. Unit is a short walk to the marina or a $6 Uber. The decor is lovely, and unit was super clean and well stocked. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic condo, safe/beautiful location

Really nice (and large) two-bedroom condo. Located up the hill from the marina in a gated community. Walk down to the marina area and restaurants takes about 10-20 minutes...the walk back up is not as easy. To be honest, we tried to limit trips to town to twice a day as the uphill walk was not easy for a couple in their late 50s (and of average fitness). The unit is large and very well appointed...all the kitchen stuff you will need. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Best Vacation Ever

We highly recommend this property if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city and noise. We really enjoyed this experience. The property is just outside of the city far enough that you can relax and enjoy sunrises and sunsets from your personal balcony or you can make the 15 minute walk downtown to join in on the fun. This was the best vacation we’ve had in years!

Loved it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cabo! We thought it was prime location & felt so safe to walk in and out of town every day multiple times. We were a little intimidated by reviews saying the hill that led from downtown to the condo was intense, however, it wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be! We made the short trek 3-4 times a day! And if you really don’t want to, the Uber rides are extremely cheap because the condo is so close to downtown/beach, etc. The views from the balcony are stunning. When our shower didn’t have hot water, Jennifer the property manager sent someone immediately to fix it for the next day. We would definitely recommend staying here!!

Our newest adventure has brought us to Portofino in beautiful Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas where we just bought this condo, in our favorite vacation spot.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We visited Cabo in summer 2017 and fell in love with the place. The famous Cabo breeze and low humidity was especially refreshing after the heat and humidity of the Caribbean side of Mexico. The weather felt closer to home (California) and the ocean was swimmable - could you ask for more!

Portofino feels like a Mediterranean paradise with white walls and sparkling blue swimming pools. The views are spectacular and you are quietly away from the clubs and the sounds of the city, but only a short walk will bring you to town and its amazing restaurants, Art galleries, shops, Marina and the beach.

We have just finished remodeling the bathroom and installing brand new air-conditioning units to provide additional comfort and elegance to our guests.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We remember walking into the building and then our home, and instantly loving the views and light. The balcony invites you to spend time outside, taking in the sun and the views.

The terracotta tiles leading up to the stairway, the desert landscaping of the building and the sparkling pools add to the tranquil mood and the appeal of the place.

Sunsets by the pool with city, mountain and sea views, are spectacular.
