Visit to San Pedro

The property was great. Some minor issues but nothing that prevented a great stay. The 3rd floor you can see the ocean and the lagoon. Walking distance to a store, coffee and bar and grill. I would stay here again.

Great place

Very spacious place. Loved the views from both sides. Fluffy the croc was visible most days. Nice coffee shop across the road. Vacasa Staff was quick to help when needed. The security guys were funny and helpful too. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and the restaurants.

Great Location, Well Appointed

The location for this home is perfect on the island! Just far enough from the busy downtown but very close by golf cart. The Farmstand across the street is fantastic for a quick bite and great produce. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the necessary items. We had a great time and will be back.

Location was awesome.

Location was close to many restaurants and bars. Would of liked better beach access but not a bid one. Did have some small issues but they resolved most of them quickly. However we did have a couple of cockroaches.

Nice property w/ some challenges

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is located on the third floor of the building which can be challenging for some as there are not any elevators. The property was fairly clean and the kitchen was equipped well enough to get by. The couch in the main room is a little tired and has been very well used. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture on the patio. This property has a bar and restaurant that are on site which makes grabbing a drink or a quick bite a breeze. We were told that they would be bringing in exotic dancing to the bar towards the end of the month, hopefully that doesn't bring in a seedy crowd. The property suffers from an EXTREME water shortage, obviously not the owners fault, but something to be aware of. The majority of our stay we either had very little water pressure or none at all. The master bedroom also receives the morning sun and heat and does not have blackout curtains. The master bedroom window is right above the security booth out front and we were woken daily by loud talking, again not the owners fault, but something to be aware of. The property is located past the bridge so you will either need to obtain a bridge pass or pay the toll any time you cross to get back into to town. Located right across the street from a grocery store was hugely convenient. There is not much of a view looking out back towards the sea as there is an empty lot next to a huge construction site - also be aware that they start working on the building at 5:30AM EVERY. SINGLE.DAY. You will hear construction noise and road traffic continuously during your stay. Again, we really enjoyed it, but we are a young couple with no kids. I would guess this place may be more challenging for some people. Housekeeping and onsite security were very nice. We did have our bridge pass stolen from out golf cart, but that was our fault for leaving it out overnight. I have tried to be as honest and thorough in my review as possible. We would stay here again, but would likely try and find something a little closer town with out as many challenges, if available.

Awesome all around

It was a great condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. A nice breakfast and coffee shop was right across the street and a grocery store about a block down. The blackout curtains made sleeping in a wonderful experience, then you could stretch and saunter right out onto a huge balcony. I can't wait to stay here again!

Vacation

My wife and I stayed six nights in this unit and really enjoyed it. We appreciated the fresh water in the unit and the friendly staff that greeted us each time we entered the gate. We always felt safe with staff constantly patrolling the area. The on-site office staff was also very friendly and helpful. The temperature in the unit was comfortable and the patio overlooking the ocean was perfect. We also enjoyed the king size bed. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Great place to stay

This is a great complex to stay at that is not a big resort. It's nice has water views and is friendly on the wallet if you do not need the giant resort experience. There is assistance with booking tours, gold carts, etc, but it is less chaotic than a big resort. Especially if you are a traveler that wants to experience the culture of the area and does not want to stay on a property and never leave. The staff is great. Sergio is very accommodating. I'll stay here again in the near future.

First impression started with the security guards at the gate, and continued from there. The unit was clean and the view amazing. Sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the lagoon. Close to activities.

Amazing, comfortable and well equipped.

This unit was perfect for our stay! The unit was clean, equipped well with kitchen supplies, linens, and other necessities, and the local management was really on top of everything. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked super well. The internet worked well for 4 people to use it at the same time, and the location was excellent. I would love to stay here again!

Great for the price

We stayed here for 4 nights. The views were amazing, front view was the ocean back view was the lagoon. We saw a crocodile swimming in the lagoon!! We also saw it up close resting in it’s favorite spot. We were on the third floor with 4 kids, the balcony rail is definitely not kid friendly. We were on the edge of our seats every time they wanted to go in balcony with us adults. The suite itself is very spacious and comfortable. However, it needed some basic maintenance and updating of appliances. All in all it was so worth it!! Kids had a blast and so did we!!

Comfortable condo with nice views front and back.

This condo has a great view of the Caribbean to the front and the lagoon behind. There is some street noise on the balcony and from traffic entering the complex. Comfortable bed and living room furnishings. Kitchen well equipped except for knives. Local management very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and spacious

Booked for five people but six could actually sleep comfortably. Abraham was so helpful and accommodating and went out of his way to provide us what we needed. Our youngest left his basketball and Abraham even labelled it for safekeeping. Just wondering when we would be able to get it, lol. Will stay here again.

As a result, you are positioned perfectly to go to all the north-side restaurants (including Secret Beach) or cross the bridge to go to the busy parts. Everything is very close. There's a wonderful little bar at the pool for calming down after busy days. Please enjoy! Lots to do and everyone will let you know where u can go.”

Good location

The area is fairly quiet compare to town center yet close enough to get there for dinning at night. We also enjoyed the fact that it was easy for us to drive to Secret Beach and Rojo Beach on our little golf cart.
