Nice spot south of town. Quiet complex with nice views and a local pier bar/restaurant very close.Views are great, however beach is just for viewing - not a swimmable area due to sea wall.Can’t tell this from listing photos. Pool is nice and condo had everything we needed to make meals as desired.

Nice affordable place.The manager Mrs. Lourdes was always accessible.The home was decent.I did find the dirt road leading up to the resort a rough ride on the golf cart.However if you would like privacy it is the pla e to be !

We had an incredible experience during our stay, largely because of the convenient options near the condo, including various restaurants and markets. Traveling to San Pedro was a breeze, as there were plenty of places to rent mini golf carts. One nearby restaurant served delicious food; I tried a shrimp dish that featured coconut, with a mango sauce that I had never tasted before. It was flavorful, and I highly recommend it!

Perfect little cottage

We loved the condo. Very private, close to the back parking lot & easy walk to the corner store. Everything was comfortable & there were plenty of supplies. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable retreat.

Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Close to a little grocery. Pier was wonderful. Caught lots of fish from it. Pool was always clean and very inviting. Great restaurant within walking distance was called Someplace South. Second time staying at this resort.

Wonderful place to stay

It was private and quiet and loved being on the beach. We enjoyed the dock and watching rays and barracuda swim by. The pool was lovely. The other guests were fun and shared experiences and recommendations. The birds and iguana were entertaining. It was not far from town and had plenty of stores and eating facilities nearby. We really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed our stay here.Laura was great with communicating.Nice pool, nice landscaping, a huge palapa with lots of seating to enjoy shade and conversation.In my opinion this location is great. Just far enough south to be a quiet area.Every guest we met were great and some were owners too.My suggestions: Get a Belize SIM card (cheap and helps navigate)Someplace South Restraunt just up the street services good food and drinks A 5 day stay was perfect for us .CheersTodd & Kim - Alaska

It was quiet and well stocked. Pool was always clean. Enjoyed the pier as well. Fished and swam from it. Lourdes, property manager, was always very helpful and very professional. Within walking distance of a small grocery store. This was our second stay in this resort. Looking forward to returning.

San Pedro Didn't want to come home

Property was just as beautiful as pictures. Lourdes, the manager was very helpful. Our coffee pot quit working she was there within minutes to fix it. Tiki Bar "The Hula bar" within short waking distance excellent food and service and Happy hour. We were able to snorkel right off the dock

Truly Stunning

We had a lovely stay and it was all thanks to Gineli, Sheldon, Lourdes and their team. Their professionalism is unmatched as you can tell they truly care about what they are doing and ensure their guests are well taken care of. From communication before the trip started, mid-stay check-ins and follow up after our departure, this team was fantastic all around. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as we were not too far from town, but still in a quiet part of the island. San Pedro/Caribe Island stole our heart and we plan on coming back for many years to come thanks to the genuine people we met along the way.

Quiet, peaceful retreat

The property is immaculate and the maintenance staff is the best. The manager/concierge is awesome, she touched base with us before we even got there to see if we needed anything and was super helpful during our visit. The unit itself was kind of shabby and the kitchen gear old and dilapidated. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. Owner needs to updated the interior.

Short Stay at Caribe Island Residences

This is a very nice complex a short drive south of San Pedro. The most important thing to us was cleanliness (not Covid cleanliness - just plain cleanliness) and our room was definitely clean. Having said that the facility is definitely starting to show its age. Paint is peeling in the rooms in several locations and a couple places on the ceiling. The shower head was broken and you could kind of hang it up on a plastic hook as long as you stood next to the wall you could almost get wet. The bed was very firm, which was fine for us, but possibly not everyone's thing. Those are nits. The truly aggravating issue was that the transom windows in the bedroom had no blinds or coverings and there was a security light outside this particular condo that was distinctly bright. :(

We had an incredible time at Plumeria #27! The location was amazing and it was such a relaxing environment. The local manager, Ana, was fantastic and so helpful. We will absolutely be staying here again the next time we are in San Pedro!

Good value

If you’re looking for budget you will love this place. It’s older but clean, has a great little pool that’s never busy and it’s right on the ocean. There’s a huge blue clearing at the end of the doc that’s perfect for swimming or fishing. Nice and close to the south end of town. We were happy enough. Would love to see them do some upgrades.

I love that the AC and kitchen fridge, stove and coffee maker works perfectly. I would have loved that the place was swept and the blanket smelled better. Besides this, everything was great! Rosemary was excellent help.

Our Home Away From Home

Everything!! The location is 'just off the beaten path' down the dirt road to the South of San Pedro - a quick golf cart ride into the hustle bustle of the city, but we love the lowkey atmosphere, with restaurants and stores still within a 5 minute walking distance. The locals who own here are phenomenal, informative and so welcoming. Can't speak highly enough of this area and all of the staff who work so hard to keep it clean, safe and enjoyable. The swimming pool, blocked by the ocean winds from the communal palapa, serves as the perfect windy-day retreat.

You better Belize it !!

Anna, Lupita and George were extremely helpful, from our late arrival to our departure. Each one of them made sure we were taken care of. Anna was in constant communication and kept me calm through my whole entire stay. Not only we arrived extremely late on a Wednesday night, she quickly had George picked us up and take us to get provisions before taking us to the resort. Anna had her assistant Lupita come and greet us on Thursday and they arranged a golf cart for a day and a half use. Lupita also coordinated the Blue hole snorkeling trip, as well as the cave and ruin trip. Both ladies are amazing. We got a ticket while driving the golf cart because we didn’t know we couldn’t park 300 ft from an intersection and due to us leaving early Monday she volunteer to pay our ticket for us. I highly recommend Caribe Island. Also I do not blame Belize for all the sea grass that was present during our stay. It is out of Belize control as well as Caribe Island.

A nice stay on the island.

We had a nice 4 day stay here. The manager, Sylvie, was very responsive and helpful. We had a comfortable 1 bd apartment and she helped us rent a golf cart to explore the island. The pool was clean and the place was very quiet at night. We had 4 turtles living outside our apt. and a lime tree I discovered after we'd already bought limes. The dock was convenient for us to be picked up to go diving and snorkeling.
