A beautiful space with so much room. It was clean and decorated nicely with a huge balcony! The beds were all so comfortable too! So close to the beach and you can watch a little golf. I will be back!

Great Getaway, Perfect Place to Stay

The property was excellent! This is the second time we've rented this condo. It is less than a one minute walk from the beach! Condo is spacious and bedrooms are sspread out. After our first stay in June 2022, there were a couple of small things that we suggested be changed, such as updating one of the shower heads. This time everything was even more amazing. Highly recommend! This is a great place to stay with family and friends!

Great Getaway Near St. Augustine

We love vacationing in St. Augustine but a last minute cancelation caused us to book this place a little further south. The place was an incredible find and the development it is in is pristine and high end but still family friendly. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool. The beach has a reef so it's not the best for swimming but still a lot of fun to play and just enjoy. Also had a great time at the pool. Great pool for kids with a splash pad and wadding area. The condo was superb and meet our expectations. Grateful for such a sublime place to rest and relax. Also the condo is on one of the Par 3's so fun to watch so called "golfers" attempt to play golf lol.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. There are so many places to eat nerarby! We weren’t able to try them all. St. Augustine is only about 20 miles away. We would definitely recommend this rental. You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay at Cinnamon Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well stocked, clean, spacious condo. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of seating for our group. Everything worked except we all struggled with getting cable tv to work. Several times, we had to turn both the TV and the cable off to reboot them, then we could get it to work again. Would be nice to have light switches labeled. I thought a wall outlet wasn’t working and finally realized it was on a wall switch. It would be nice to have a ceiling fan on the balcony. We were warned about the coquina shells on the beach, but they were a non-issue for us. I didn’t see a warning about the natural reef/boulders in the surf. No one was in the ocean where these boulders were. You could walk on down the beach a ways past them, but if you had beach gear, you probably wouldn’t walk that far which likely means you aren’t going in the ocean.

We enjoyed the space between Master Bedroom and additional bedrooms where our children stayed. One can certainly tell this unit was completely renovated lately allowing for relaxing experience. The balcony was the best part of the condo. Only awareness, there is a $3 toll bridge to easily get from condo to Palm Coast, so bring your cash.

Ocean Hammock is Great for Families!

We loved Ocean Hammock and all that it offers for families but our unit left us a little disappointed. Upon arrival, we had a difficult time getting into the unit and later learned that we literally had to push with our whole body to open the door. We waited for 45 minutes for the maintenance staff to show up to help us with the door when we first got there. We didn't have any hand towels, the kitchen doesn't have everything you need to cook and we killed several roaches while we were there. We will definitely go back to Ocean Hammock but we will stay in a different unit.

500 Cinnamon Beach Way Unit 421

This is the third time we have rented this particular property. We had an issue with a leak in the kitchen sink and the front door would not lock. Both were addressed immediately by maintenance. However, a few housekeeping notes I think would be important. One, we did not have a broom or a vacuum to use to sweep or clean the floors. Two, there were no dish towels, or cleaning clothes for the kitchen. Those two items would be nice if they could be added for future guest.

Hanging at the beach

The kids and the girls had a super get away, from the guys. They needed time off so we gave them a week at the beach. Happy crew came back home, relaxed and happy.......... and wore out.

Comfy Condo

Clean and comfy condo! Beautiful community, great location, superb view. Fantastic porch to sit and watch the golfers, hear the ocean, and enjoy a drink. As others mentioned, the unit is a little light on the creature comforts (missing basic kitchen accessories, cooking seasonings, beach towels). My kids love to swim in the ocean, and the reef and rocks at Cinnamon Beach make this very difficult. Knowing this, I probably wouldn’t have booked this unit for this trip with my kids, but would totally come back with a different group.
