Bienvenido a la bahía Canario en la playa de canela! Nuestra casa, literalmente, se enfrenta el océano, lo que significa que sus pies tocaron la arena derecho a nuestra puerta antes de poder decir Canary Bay!

Estamos orgullosos de ofrecer 4 habitaciones, incluyendo una gigantesca Maestro King Suite, un segundo dormitorio con cama, un dormitorio de matrimonio y una habitación doble! También tenemos un sofá cama plegable, si es necesario!

Después de un día de diversión en la hermosa playa de canela privada, volver a relajarse en nuestro propio personal de la piscina / spa justo en nuestro patio trasero! Parrilla hasta algunas golosinas para la familia y dejar que la diversión continúe!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was fine, in a great location. It seemed to us maintenance has been neglected. Washer machine and Dryer make terrible noise, and we were concerned using them. Switches damaged and some pocket doors hard to use. Seem to be a musty smell so we wonder about filters being changed.

Great community

Just can’t beat the Cinnamon Beach community. It has great accommodations, two great pools, a fantastic bar and grill. And the beach is stunning.

Perfect Staycation

My family had a wonderful stay at Beach Haven! This home was a great find for our family of four, in-laws and pets! And the dip pool was a definite bonus. We had four full days of fun in the sun at the beach, played golf and enjoyed community pool time too. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

It was ok. Furnishings were nice and simple, I didn’t feel like I was living in someone else’s house, that was a plus. The exterior need a lot of TLC. Pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, weeds all on patio pavers. AC broke upstairs on day 3. Came back from the beach (which is super close to the house) and there was a violation notice taped to the gate. After a few emails back and forth, it turns out owners didn’t pay their taxes. That was a bit frustrating for us. Communication between the propert management could have been better. Felt like I was talking to an AI.They did leave us a gift bag at the end of our stay, which was nice.

This home was really nice with the exception of the Dryer. It took an exceedingly long time for the closes to dry. However, everything else was really nice, including the location of the property.

Really Fun Beach House!

Our family has stayed in Cinnamon Beach for the last 5 years. This was our first time at the Canary Bay home. Everyone had a great time. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and was decorated beautifully. Beds were comfy. Kids loved their bunk room. The small pool in the back was great for our family and the beach is right outside the front door. Management company gave us great places to go see while we were here. If we had one complaint, I guess it would be that we wanted to stay longer! Looking forward to coming back to Cinnamon Beach again soon.

507 Cinnamon Beach Lane Stay in June 2024

The property (507 Cinnamon Beach Lane) was in really good shape. The only problem we had was with the microwave. The microwave would lock up and had to be unplugged numerous times, in order to work. I believe the Controller board in this microwave is bad. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Rooms and location were a good fit for our multi-generational family trip. Home in need of maintenance outside. Exterior door knob peeling, pool not fully functional, tear in outdoor screen around pool, peeling paint. The interior needs deep clean. Mold/mildew on many vents plus cob webs on light fixtures. All toilet paper holders are loose. Base boards have marks. A lot of little things added up to not feeling like the home was a good value. We contacted the office about stained towels, pool not filtering/heating/jets not working, insects in one bathroom, smoke detector beeping. New towels were delivered the same day, pest control called out same day. Pool company came out several times. New jets (or motors) on order. Heater never seemed to work. Smoke detector detached because it was still beeping after batteries replaced. The bathrooms/kitchen were clean. The house is nicely decorated in relaxing colors. Close to beach and community pool. Garage has chairs and boogie boards to use for the beach. This stay was out 4th in this community, so we were a little disappointed with this particular home.

If you cook, you will need to obtain your own cooking basics i.e. salt/pepper/sugar/spices etc. The rental office was extremely helpful to us during our stay.

Lack of wash clothes, bowls, glasses and serving bowls, but was fixed quickly by Crystal.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What to say.... I have mixed feelings about the property. First the good... The size of the house is great, plenty of space, very close to walk to the beach, shower outside for you to clean off before going inside, well air-conditioned. The opportunities all of the sheets had some sort of stain on them, literally every bed in every room. It's not really 3 bathrooms. It actually only has 2 full bath (we can debate the jack and Jill) and 2 half baths. For larger groups, this is an Important point. The pool really needs a good cleaning, there was garbage from previous tenants in the pool area, the grill is so filthy that it needs to be replaced at this point...I'm not talking about rusting because it's close to the ocean, I'm literally talking about old food, grease, etc. The house seems like it may be in a transition, the master bathroom is very nice, except fixtures kept falling off the wall. Not every fan I the house works. So, you can maybe see why my review is titled mixed feelings, and this could be more property management related than owner. Unfortunately, the opportunities are preventing me from recommending at this time. If things are updated and addressed I would be able to recommend in the future.

There were two fireplaces that were not in working order and it was chilly the week we were there. We had to contact someone only to find out that they were no longer functional. That should be noted somewhere in the description and in the unit. The heat downstairs was also not functional. We reached out to the contact, but no one ever responded. The temps were in the high 40s and we were cold. There also was no broom to keep the floors cleaned. There should definitely be a broom. Other than those things, it was a nice place to stay.

Totally surprised by a full load of towels still in washing machine that had stopped working from cleaning crew. E-mailed property management Monday night and washing machine was fixed next am by 9:30 AND Amazon arrival of more towels that afternoon. Very quick response to our problem.That being said, was disappointed in lack of effort to inform us that anything was being done. Since towels are to be done first by tenants leaving, it makes me wonder if we indeed were sleeping on dirty bed linen all week. Cleaning crew obviously did not do their job. I was told that we would be refunded cleaning deposit, but have not seen anything yet. Other than that, house and location were excellent. Entire property was fun and beautiful. Our granddaughters loved the splash pad. Two separate pools,including a quiet pool that overlooks beach and ocean. Cleaning crew rating=1Rest of property=10 Cruzapoolaza #3 very successful.

Family Vacation

Overall, the property needed a significant amount of maintenance work. The dryer took forever to dry which was clearly an issue based on previous reviews. We called about it and maintenance came out the same day and cleaned out the vent. We were able to dry clothes better that afternoon and night, but the next day had the same issues again and the dryer at that point did not even get hot. It required a new heating element which they had to order. Thankfully they allowed us to use another properties dryer to dry clothes we needed to wash. The same day, the down stairs bathroom clogged and wouldn't flush. The first day the dryer didn't work, the upstairs 1/2 bath overflowed down into the downstairs Jack and Jill bathroom. Maintenance did fix that and we did not have anymore issues with that. Then the faucet in the kitchen sink was leaking and spilled out into the floor in the kitchen. Someone clearly knew about that because when we looked under the sink to see where the leak was coming from, we discovered someone had placed a glass baking dish under the faucet to catch the leaking water. Overall, maintenance was very responsive to our calls, the Cinnamon Beach community is beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I would not stay at this property again. In addition to the issues described above, this particular property also lacked in minor ways such as not having but 1 wine glass, inadequate seating in the main living area for a property of its size, and mattresses and pillows that were not very comfortable.

Great Spring Break location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great family vacation home for our six adults, three boys, and a dog. We had plenty of room to gather and eat together. There are separate living rooms if needed. We all had fun together, in small groups, and alone time. We all agreed it’s our favorite week of the year!

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home. We were told about 1 hour before we arrived that our original reservation couldn't be honored due to AC repair. We were given this home and told it was an upgrade. In regards to the outdoor setup, we were disappointed with the comparison between the other home and this one. The other one had a beautiful, large 2nd story balcony with a small view of the ocean, grill, and outdoor seating. We were looking forward to utilizing that. However, the small hottub/pool was a nice plus. The kids enjoyed it.The house had a vast kitchen and pantry. The cooking utensils and cookware were pretty cheap, and pans were scratched up quite a bit.House needs a broom and full vacuum. The vacuum left for us to use was a wand and was difficult to clean with.There were several items that were broken or not working properly, but management offered to have them repaired quickly. We declined but simply wanted them to know. You can hear everything from the second floor when you are downstairs. It's extremely loud. The amenities are top notch and everyone was super friendly. We enjoyed the community pool several times. The access to the beach is close. The beach is beautiful and has so many shells. We didn't get in the water very deep because it was rough and cold. Beautiful area and close to other major cities. We took day trips to Daytona and St. Augustine.Thank you for allowing us to stay.
