Este 2 pisos, 2 habitaciones, 2 ½ baños con una cocina completa se encuentra en la hermosa y privada colonia de surf Cerritos. Con su acceso directo a la playa a uno de los secretos mejor guardados de México, su línea de costa tranquila ofrece olas increíbles para practicar surf, bodyboard y snorkeling. Es una de las únicas playas de swimable en el lado del Pacífico. Tanto la sala de estar de la planta baja como la habitación principal de arriba tienen puertas correderas de cristal que se abren a la hermosa playa que se encuentra a la vuelta de la esquina.

Durante el día, disfrute de la piscina o bar frente a la playa con algunas de las vistas más pintorescas de B. C.S. Por la noche, observa espectaculares puestas de sol sin obstrucciones y perderte en el fascinante espectáculo de estrellas. Perfecto para aquellos que quieren una estancia relajante en México.

A solo 20 millas de distancia, visite el histórico Todos Santos. Pasee por las pintorescas calles bordeadas de galerías de arte, tiendas de regalos, restaurantes gourmet y cafeterías.

Cerritos SurfBeach

The owner had changed management companies. They did not have our stay on the schedule. The unit was being painted and in total disarray. Paint everywhere. Our checkin was postponed to 7pm until the unit could be put back in some order. Lighting was not working in guest bath or the shower and toilet of the master bath. We were told it was electrical but was not fixed. A neighbor came by from a neighboring unit and showed us the chairs on the deck were hers ( had the unit number on them), no replacements were offered. We had stayed in this unit before. Extremely disappointed in our rental this time.

Great location but lacking in cleanliness and maintenance.

Check in was easy, the location was wonderful and easy to get to, great parking but once we got to the property, it was extremely dirty. Several lightbulbs were out and the downstairs toilet was not working/wouldn’t flush and no water in the bowl. I notified the property manager immediately of the issues. She assured me that the house had been cleaned-the house was so dusty, I was able to write “not clean” on the dining room table. Property Manager indicated that she could have someone else come and clean it, but that I would be charged for the cleaning. I had already paid the cleaning fee:( I spent the next few days of my vacation. Emailing back-and-forth with her asking when the issues would be resolved and when we would have a lightbulb in the master bathroom so we could see to go to the bathroom and she said that due to the holiday she couldn’t get a hold of someone. She also chastised me by saying that I could use the other two bathrooms or the resort bathroom. A few days later the maintenance guy came, fixed one of the lightbulbs but not the toilet.I did ask for a hairdryer and they did provide one 2 days later. Overall, I would say that it is a great location, but the unit needs a lot of maintenance upgrades, a new roof( there were holes in the roof so if it rains, I would think you would have a problem) a new coat of paint and an efficient property manager that make the guests feel heard and valued.

Amazing location, average house

Can't beat the location, it's exactly what the picture shows. Walk out to the beach and short stroll to the pool area. The house is part of a hotel/resort'sh complex but separate in some way (no daily cleaning, can't charge to the room etc). The house could use some love and the amenities could improve. No kitchen towels or paper towels for example. As with most VRBO's things like knives and pots and pans are almost unusable. The broom (to sweep up all the sand that comes in) didn't have a handle. Owner was very responsive to a few requests. Hotel staff was super nice. All said, we had a great trip to Cerritos and recommend the place.

Very nice but not for elderly seniors

We appreciated the opportunity to stay in your Condo in Cerritos Surf Town. The view is quite spectacular. We loved Cerritos and may well return in the near future, but we would not rent your unit again or recommend it to any of our friends because of the lack of a railing on the stairs. My wife had to scoot down the stairs on her bottom. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and will return to several of them to in the future that are in our favorite spots. Your unit has pleasing decorations, but is the most sparsely furnished with basic supplies we have ever stayed in. 1. We took great care with your dishes, which are lovely. Drying them, however, would be greatly enhanced with a couple of dishtowels. 2. The broom comes apart on almost every sweep because the handle is rusted where it attaches to the broom brush. 3. A doormat just inside the door to wipe off sandy would keep your unit cleaner. 4. The small bedroom needs a mattress pad and another blanket. 5. Although there are two sinks upstairs in the master bedroom only one hand towel is provided; toweling overall is bare minimum, since we had to use the bath towels as beach towels. 6. The table lamp next to couch has a short in its switch that could be a fire hazard. 7. Lock and key were a challenge; we had to contact the front office several times to get the door open. The lock is quite rusted and even they struggled. 8. We purchased a 5 gallon water container from the management. However, a dispenser would be helpful.

Incredible villa on the beach!

We loved our stay here! Perfect location in Cerritos. Surf town is a fun community. Great food at the restaurant and friendly surfing instructors for my two boys. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Place to stay!

I had always wanted to stay here and it did not disappoint! We have 2 teenage boys so being close to the waves was important, we could watch them surf from our back yard! We all slept well, one kid on the pull out sofa bed. Will be back for sure! Thanks David!

Always a pleasure

The property is perfectly situated near the surf break, with great views and access. It has all the amenities our family needs when surfing in southern Baja, including a kitchen, comfortable living room, and thatched roofs to let the heat out, but let the ocean sounds in. We've stayed at this property at least 10 times, and keep coming back. It is a jewel.

Cozy Beach Villa

We had the best stay at Davids home! His communication with was excellent. We had a few questions / needs during our stay and David was quick to accommodate us. As pictured, the beach is right out the back of the home. There are two bedrooms on the top floor, one opens up to a balcony facing the ocean. The other room does not have an ocean view but, you can still hear the waves crashing all night long. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

wonderful beach!

We are so grateful for our time here! However, it would be helpful for new guests to know that the office staff on site advised us to use bottled water only, which makes cooking very difficult. In addition, two lamps were broken upon our arrival (one downstairs has a cord problem, one upstairs had it top broken off), the right side of the cook stove did not work, and the oven door would not shut all the way. The water and stove/oven issues made cooking very difficult.

Gorgeous Views & Steps from the Beach

We loved our time at this property at Cerritos Surf Town (CST). We visited with relatives who stayed in another unit and found that this property was more beautifully decorated and appointed (gorgeous tile, lots of towels, washer/dryer, etc.) than their also privately owned villa. Offsite property manager David was ultra responsive, as was the CST manager, Ulysses. All of the CST employees were outstanding. We loved being steps from the beach and felt very safe on the property.

Great location and house!

Unbelievable to fall asleep to waves crashing and to wake up and walk out your back door to the beach! Very laid back atmosphere. Tons of great things to do there. Surf, fish, ATV, golf, swim with whale sharks, etc. Not a 5 star resort in terms of pampering but you can definitely have fun and not pay 5 star resort prices. Kitchens are well stocked so you can also cook your own meals or there are great casual and more formal dining experiences a short drive away.

Perfect location!!

This place was great! The perfect location in Cerritos Beach. Had a little issue with not having hot water....and a couple cold showers...but maintenance fixed for us and we were good to go! The restaurant was yummy and all the staff were so nice! Loved Chester the dog and Pancho the cat. And being right on the beach, hearing the waves at night was magical! The house was clean and we also met some great friends in the villas next to us. We loved staying there and would definatley stay again!

Great location!

We had a great time in this unit and would recommend it to anyone who wants an authentic experience. There was an extremely hot water issue but the manager said they would look for a solution to this ASAP. Other than that everything met our expectations.
