Over three floors, the property offers four bedrooms: a ground-floor family room with a super-king-size and single bed with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC; a lower-ground-floor super-king-size with single sofa bed and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC; a lower-ground-floor double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin and WC; and a lower-ground-floor triple with three single beds and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is also a cloakroom with basin and WC, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area, a snug with pool table and projector, and a utility.
Amenities include central heating, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, air fryer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Entertainment includes a Smart TV, WiFi, books, games, pool table and projector. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
