Ubicación, ubicación, ubicación A pie de todo desde esta casa adosada recientemente construida. Despiértese con una vista del sol que brilla sobre el agua desde la suite principal de la 2ª planta o la habitación de la 1ª planta con cama grande. Mire la puesta de sol en la bahía desde la gran sala del segundo piso, las cubiertas del segundo piso y la increíble terraza privada o relájese frente a la chimenea de la sala de estar y el enorme televisor de pantalla plana. Wonderful Vacation

Great overall experience

We had a great stay! The location is perfect to walk everywhere. The ease of check-in and all the amenities made it a nice relaxing trip (even with toddlers). Mike was very responsive and made great recommendations.

Very nice home

We were in for a wedding and made a mini vacation out of the trip. We had a great time and Mike was a great host. Communication was great.

Beautiful condo in great location!

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation staying here. We walked to dinner and around town for everything. Just harder to find things open in October, but we managed. The condo was beautifully decorated and we were very comfortable there. Enjoyed the roof deck and 2nd floor balcony looking at the bay. Plenty of room if we bring the rest of our family. We will definitely be back!

Excellent experience

This property is gorgeous! The location is fantastic-a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to quaint shops, the beach, and plenty of dining. While outside the “touristy” area, it’s within minutes of Wildwood making it very accessible as well. Mike is a great host and the property is spotless. It’s well stocked and easy to quickly feel at home. We loved all the balconies (there are four-two with seating and two with standing room). Thanks for being great hosts and putting so much care into creating a comfortable space!

Stone Harbor Perfection

Just returned from the most wonderful vacation at this lovely property. I traveled with my two young kids, and they were delighted with the townhouse and the location. The layout is perfect for a family with the master bedroom and kitchen upstairs, and the other bedrooms on the ground level. The kids felt like they had their own place downstairs, and I enjoyed having the master and living space all to myself in the evenings. The view from the living area is beautiful. We loved watching the boats in the bay, and hearing the sound of seagulls. There was such a nice breeze coming in off the bay through the windows. The property feels brand-new, and it was sparkling clean. It's decorated so thoughtfully with a lovely interior design, and the property owners have really thought of every detail. We were able to walk everywhere - downtown for shopping and restaurants, Coffee Talk in the morning for a daily cup of joe, walks on the beach, Springer's for ice cream in the evening, (and Buckets for margaritas to go for mama). But you also feel like you're nestled into a neighborhood where it's safe for the kids to walk around and play. Mike was so attentive and helpful whenever we had questions. I'm so excited to have found this perfect place, and we're hoping to make regular yearly returns. It's a great place to keep making memories, and we're looking forward to coming back soon!

Great family home!

Incredible sunsets and birds and views from every window, super clean, beautifully decorated. Wonderful kitchen. Room for everyone. We had 6 adults and 2 children. The owner was very nice , responsive and helpful. A fabulous thanksgiving vacation!

Awesome 5 Day Getaway to Stone Harbor

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The place is in a fantastic location for walking to a bunch of establishments. The place is decorated beautifully and was extremely clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave us some excellent dinner suggestions! We will be back at this place for sure! The Stowell Family

Early Season rental, great location

Beautiful Stone Harbor Home

We had a wonderful week and stay with our family at this lovely Stone Harbor House. It had the perfect, beachy touch, modern decorations, all of the updated appliances and amenities you would ever need, a washer/dryer for laundry, plenty of cabinet space, comfortable seating for dining or relaxing and gorgeous water views off of the 3 second floor patio decks which were all amazing to have a cup of tea or coffee on in the mornings. It was also a short 5 minute walk to the beach, ALL of the local shopping and well known eateries near 96th St. We walked to CoffeeTalk or Pure for breakfast almost every morning...shopped at The Spotted Whale, The Sun Catcher and Breezin Up...ate at Yvette's Cafe for sandwiches in the afternoon...and walked to and from dinner at Quahogs and Ristorante Luciano. The rooftop deck with seating was also a lovely touch...we were able to enjoy a glass of wine during the sunsets in the evenings right before dinner. The galley kitchen was so open, spacious and convenient. The 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms were very clean, comfy and cozy...and the layout of the house made you feel happily right at home. There is also an outdoor shower and hose to rinse off at after coming home from the beach, a downstairs shower and bathroom, a half bath upstairs, and a master bathroom shower that will make you wish you had the exact one in your own home. We loved the gentle breeze that would come in off the bay in the evenings and the sounds of the Stone Harbor shore at night. We want to thank Mike and his wife for sharing their beautiful home with us and for their accomadating hospitality. We could not have had a better time anywhere else this year in Stone Harbor. Thank You Kindly for all of our new memories made and a beautiful stay at your home! Sincerley, Audrey and Family

Picture Perfect Weekend

This property is a gem. The location cannot be beat (a stone's throw from restaurants, bars, the bay & the beach) and Mike is a wonderful host to work with while planning your getaway. The photos are wonderful, but the house really shows even better in person. The place was spotless and extremely comfortable. The roof deck was perfect for sunset happy hour and morning coffee. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and exploring town.

Beautiful house in perfect location

My family and I had an incredible week at Mike’s beautiful home on Sunset. The home is clean, spacious and very well appointed. There are two deck/balcony areas for your relaxing pleasure, both with a nice water view. I believe there is no greater joy than taking a quiet morning cup of coffee out on that deck before the house wakes up. Heaven on earth!! The house is conveniently located right in town, so it’s a quick walk to any shop, restaurant and even the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this home (and my mother in law is still raving about it!) and I truly hope that we will be able to come back next year! Mike is a very friendly, accommodating and communicative host, we could not be more thankful for the fabulous experience from start to finish. Thank you, Mike!! Five stars!!

Beautiful, Comfortable and Convenient to Town and Beach

My family very much enjoyed our recent stay at Mike & Beth's property in Stone Harbor. The main floor and rooftop deck have a pretty if restricted view of marshland, and the house is mere steps to downtown shops and restaurants. It's well-maintained, with stylish furnishings and very comfortable beds. The beach is a few short blocks away, and is easily accessible by walking or by car. There are plenty of beach chairs available for your stay, and beach passes, as well. Both this property and the one adjacent are owned by Mike & Beth, so large families could be easily accommodated between the two houses. Also our hosts, whom we had the pleasure of meeting, had lots of great ideas about local restaurants and shops to visit on the Jersey Shore. We'll defiinitely be back, and thanks for the great stay!
