5 bedroom / 2.5 bath house on 100th Street in Stone Harbor, NJ.

Private, heated pool.

WALKING DISTANCE to beach, tons of bars & restaurants, shopping, ice cream, mini-golf, park with playground, tennis & basketball courts, and more!

HOUSE LAYOUT: The 2nd floor of the house features open concept kitchen, living & dining areas. The kitchen offers a large island with seating for 4 in addition to the dining area which seats 6. Also on the 2nd floor is the Master Bedroom. It is a very large room with a king bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, & a private full bath with shower. The other 4 bedrooms are all located on the lower level and each has a smart TV. Also located downstairs: full-size washer & dryer, full-size refrigerator (for any extras you may have) and a full bath with shower.

OUTSIDE is best of all! A private, large, heated POOL. There is also an outdoor shower. The driveway can hold 2 cars and 100th street typically has more than enough off-street parking to enjoy it all.

**CHECK IN: 3PM on SATURDAY / CHECK OUT: 10AM on SATURDAY** (Memorial Day - Labor Day)

PET POLICY: Pets must be approved prior to booking. Please message us to discuss. ***We will only consider ONE small dog (less than 20 lbs) and no cats. If your dog is approved, a non-refundable pet fee of $750 will be applied***

BEACH TAGS are not included. All persons 12+ must display tags the Friday of Memorial weekend to Monday of Labor Day weekend, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

LINENS are not provided. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, & beach equipment are not provided. If desired, there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own.

Great Stay in Stone Harbor

This was the perfect home for a family week at the shore, close to 96th Street and the beach. Stone Harbor never disappoints.

Good time in Stone Harbor

Wonderful communication with Kelly, the host. We loved the heated pool and the quiet neighborhood. The short walking distance to the beach and town were great!

Great location

This property had everything we were looking for. The location was just a few blocks from the beach and from town . The pool was a great addition especially on the days that it was too windy to be at the beach . The owner was quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay . Would highly recommend!

This property was absolutely ideal for us! Perfect location, extremely comfortable and clean. The pool was the added bonus that we all needed. Not one single issue during our week long stay. Can’t wait to book again. Thank you owners!!

Fun family vacation!

Nice location to town and short walk to beach. Loved the swimming pool in the backyard . All ages enjoyed the pool especially my grandson 2/1/2 years old. Loved the deck on the second floor with coffee in the mornings. Two refrigerators was real nice. Enjoyed our vacation!

Summer wonderland in Stone Harbor

We loved this property. The house has a super layout. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach and into town. My grandchildren loved the pool!!! Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Stone Harbor

This home exceeded our expectations. Kelly was wonderful to deal with and gave clear instructions. Close walking distance to downtown, restaurants, the bay and the beach. The pool was amazing. The home was very clean and had lots of room.

Jersey Shore reunion

Property was great-owner/manager were very responsive and helpful Only critique is that the kitchen utensils were very low in stock. Also-plastic ware for the outside & pool would be helpful

Yearly Family Vacation

Nice property, nice swimming pool. Close to town, walking distance. Only issue we had was with kitchen supplies/silverware. Not enough for the 9 of us. Not stocked nearly as much as other properties we have stayed at. For the price I paid I expected more. It was outdated. Main reason for renting this property was that it is handicap accessible.

Family summer trip

The location is very good and the pool is well maintained but for me this was not worth the high price point I booked at (over 1500/night). There are older, noisy, single room AC units in every room that are not checked after every guest. Everything was much older than the pictures led me to believe. If you have very young children (I had an 18month old) I would not stay here. The carpets need attention and that’s mostly where my child plays. The showers are also older and very tight making it hard to bathe them. The oven was frighteningly dirty and the grill was equally as neglected. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. But I was disappointed with that we got for our money. I think for a group of adults this would be fine but for a family it didn’t meet our expectations

Incredible Stay!

Kelly’s home is amazing! The location to the town was perfect, we spent all week in her awesome pool (the pool was warm, great size, and great sitting area to tan), the open layout of the inside of her house allowed us to all spend time together (or retreat to our rooms downstairs for down-time), and we overall couldn’t have been happier! I highly recommend staying at Kelly’s!

Great location!!

Our stay was very enjoyable. The location of the house to the beach and center of town was perfect- a short walk! The house was clean and spacious and the heated pool was warm :) The only negative I have to say is In regards to the bathrooms. They are very dated and need updating. The owner was very responsive and super easy to deal with!

Perfect location

We had a great stay in Stone Harbor on 100 street! This house is just a few blocks from the center of town and less than 3 blocks from the 100th street beach. Walkable to everything you might need. The house and pool were very clean.

Great house for your stay

Having never been to Stone Harbor we were unsure of what to expect. This house is located in a great area. Short walking distance to the beach as well as town. The heated pool was a huge selling point for us and well worth it. Having stayed at numerous houses over the years the only things of note was a slightly understocked kitchen and the bathrooms were a little dated. We had great communication with the owner and property manager during our stay. Highly recommend staying in this house.
