Beautiful condo but as you can see in the photos lots of decorative items everywhere. Smoking from neighbors made the balcony unusable but no control of owners.

Condo is beautiful. Location is the best on the beach. Clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen it very well stocked.

Great Stay

This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was very well equipped and the balcony has beautiful views of the ocean. All the communications were timely amd checkout was easy (no long chore list). My only complaint is all of the different codes/key fobs required to get in and out. That was very confusing for the my elderly parents.

Disappointing

Condo was okay but overpriced. I expected more luxury for the money. Kitchen is very small and inefficiently shaped. Cabinets are not modern. Master bathroom toilet has no privacy door. Master bathroom can only be closed with sliding door. The two other bedrooms are located on the other side of condo, facing the exterior hallway, right across the elevator. The blinds in these two rooms do not keep the bright hallway light from shining inside the bedrooms at night. No other way of darkening the windows is available. Everybody in these two rooms slept badly. Plus, constant rattling noise is coming from a machine that's located behind the laundry doors, even when closed, all night long. Too many codes needed to get around the property. All in all, very disappointing stay for the price. I would not recommend this condo!

Best View On The Beach

Beach club is our favorite place to stay when visiting Pensacola. The views and location can't be beat. This property was amazing. Completely as advertised, very clean, and VERY well stocked. I would definitely stay in a Beach Bum property again.

Superb accommodations!

Everything about this unit was great! Comfortable bed, indoor and outdoor furniture. Kitchen very well appointed. Handy to walk to restaurants. Beach was beautiful. As a retired architect I was a bit disappointed in the pathway the Beach Club has you use to get to the pool and beach. Great facilities and they make you walk through the parking garage. I can guess why, but I didn’t like it. But don’t let this comment stop you from going. The Beach Bum property managers were great with communication … before and during our visit. This was a great experience!

Beach Front Condo on Pensacola Beach

Beautiful property with a breathtaking view! Conveniently positioned in the heart of Pensacola Beach. We took full advantage of the health spa with Aqua by getting an afternoon massage. Wonderful!

Great Experience

From property selection to exit info, the process was seamless. About the time I had several questions, along came an email with all the answers. Condo met all our needs, allowing privacy for individuals and wonderful indoor and outdoor gathering spots. The amenities were an added plus as the cooler weather had us favoring some indoor options. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, too. Checkout was also seamless.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautifully decorated, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. There was an amazing view! The balcony was huge! Anything you might need was provided—they thought of everything! I really liked the touch screen with the condo info. It was so helpful. The location was great—close to good restaurants. The building and parking lot were very secure. What a fantastic stay! We hope to stay here again.

Great stay!

Nice condo. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. No bath mats was my only complaint. Great views and nice building. All in all a great stay and Beach Bum did a great job communicating leading up to our stay. Would stay again!

Just ok....

The condo was decent. It looked like the listing for the most part. It was slightly smaller than what the pictures seem to depict. The good... 1. The location: if you like to be close to restaurants and shopping, you can't beat it. 2. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. 3. The condo came with 2 chairs and umbrellas complementary. 4. The noise level was surprisingly low at night. The bad.... 1. I reached out to the management a couple times and never got a response. The first time I called was because the codes they sent me were not working. The girl on the phone was going to text me the codes...never got them. Luckily the key fobs in the room worked for most things so we didn't have to worry. The second time was because our keyless lock had a low battery. No answer. Almost got locked out a couple times and so we had to stop locking the doors on the last couple days. 2. The beach is pretty small width wise compared to the other areas. 3. No beach items were provided like sand toys, boogie boards, etc. Most of the other condos we have stayed in included this. This isn't a big deal, but kind of a let down 4. The main gates were left open the first 3 days we were there. It didn't give me a sense that the property was very secure. Overall, the condo was just okay. Not great, but not terrible.

The unit & resort were exactly as advertised. Very spacious unit with all of the amenities. Nicely decorated and very clean. Great view. We never heard any of our neighbors. We have this one bookmarked for future trips.

Good value!

The experience was great! Really nice condo, I believe it had EVERYTHING you need to cook! My only complaint was the experience with all the different codes to get around the premises. Good experience overall.

Birthday Celebrations on the Beach

In our group of 6 adults, we had 3 birthdays during our 6 night stay. We as a group try to get together yearly to celebrate. We chose Pensacola as we can all drive there in one day. We come from 3 different states. The condo was great. The kitchen was superbly inventoried with everything we would ever need. The balcony was large and comfortable. The third bedroom was a bit small with no room for suitcases. We would have really appreciated comfort height toilets. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable time.
