The spacious open-concept living area features comfortable furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of sun-soaked adventures. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or step out onto the private balcony and immerse yourself in the scenic beauty of Pensacola Beach – the perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Gather for meals at the dining room table with seating for eight, or opt for outdoor dining on the private balcony while taking in the stunning views.
The primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, featuring a new deluxe king pillow-top mattress and box spring, a flat-screen TV, and a wall of windows with balcony access overlooking emerald green waters. There is an ensuite bathroom with a full garden tub.
The second bedroom features two queen beds, both with brand new deluxe pillow-top mattresses and box springs, a flat-screen TV, and a large closet with custom shelving. The third bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle. Additionally, the living room provides extra sleeping arrangements with a queen sleeper sofa featuring an upgraded mattress.
Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, and Wi-Fi for added convenience. Additionally, guests can enjoy a complimentary seasonal beach chair set and umbrella through Lazy Days Beach Rentals, a $300 value provided at no extra cost.

This will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator at a time. As a result guest may experience longer wait times during peak demand periods. Contractors will be on site for this work Monday - Thursday. There may be construction noise and equipment present during this time.
