"La gema esmeralda" no tiene alfombra!

Esta gema de alquiler de primer nivel es propiedad de una familia con una gran inversión que va más allá para garantizar que el condominio cumpla con todos los estándares.

Emerald Isle es una de las mejores ubicaciones en la playa de Pensacola. A pie de todo lo que hay que ofrecer, restaurantes y tiendas. Emerald Isle ofrece dos piscinas al aire libre y acceso a la playa privada.

INCLUIDO: Encontrará que este condominio está completamente equipado (¡y luego algunos!) con pase de silla de playa de temporada (marzo-octubre), toallas de playa, amenidades de inicio Y dos pases de estacionamiento de cortesía.

Como una propiedad frente al golfo perfectamente ubicada, no te decepcionará en Emerald Isle.  Este 3 dormitorios, ubicado en el 2do piso sorprenderá.  Los ventanales del piso al techo que rodean las áreas de comedor y sala de estar dan la bienvenida al agua que se encuentra dentro, como si estuvieras a solo unos pasos de las arenas blancas de la playa de Pensacola.  Siéntate en el balcón y disfruta de tu mañana joe y escucha las olas!

The view was wonderful and the condo was equally wonderful. We loved the easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. The complimentary beach chair and umbrella rental was used every day as were the pools. There was plenty of space in the condo for 8 people. The beds were comfortable and the balcony was nice. We would definitely stay again!

This place was stunning! The ocean views were incredible and the unit was beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable - I was able to open my door and sleep to the sounds of the ocean! Can’t wait to go back soon!

Could not have asked for a better place! So spacious, super clean, easy access into the condo, amazing access to the beach. It was truly like being at home. You won’t need to pack the extras because they are already there.

Lovely Beach Trip

We loved our stay at this beachfront condo. The view and location were great, and the condo was well equipped and very clean. The pool area was kept very nice and very enjoyable. We loved everything about our stay and would stay here again.

Great family get away

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was within walking distance or free golf cart ride from all the dinner locations we visited. My kids appreciated all the sand toys that were available inside the laundry room.

Have stayed at Emerald Isle the past (10) years and the first time in a 3 BR. Condo very nice and provided all amenities of home. Felt the unit was very clean upon arrival and would rent this unit again.

Great family vacation

Condo was great! Could use a few more dishwasher packs for a long stay, and couldn't find the remote for the tv in the master, but since Harvey passed over, we were able to spend all of our time at the pools and the beach. Will definitely consider staying here in the future.

We leave a few of all necessities (like dishwasher pods, laundry pods, trash bags, shampoo, etc.) to get guests through their first couple of days and most will pick up more of what they need when they go grocery shopping. Great family condo

The condo was just as listed and perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay and the spacious condo. There are a few drawers that could use repair and I suggest maybe adding a few soft blankets to stock the condo but we will definitely come back.

Great condo! Clean and well kept! Easy beach and pool access, no noise issues from other guests, really the perfect stay! Only thing that I didn't see mentioned in any descriptions is limited amount of laundry and dishwasher pods. It worked out fine, but just something to be aware of. And no spices or anything are kept in the house, so if cooking, be prepared to purchase everything but table salt and pepper. Not huge issues, just nice to know when planning for groceries.

Amazing!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The check in process was easy and the condo had everything we needed. The views of the ocean were awesome. We came with three small kids and the condo had beach toys. The beach and pool were super easy to get to. I’d book this place again!

Great for families

Easy walk to the beach ! The pool was usually nice & calm. Elevators were a bit of a pain & stairs are hard to get to. Overall, the condo space is great & the kitchen amenities is awesome for large families!

Mama's Getaway!

My 83 year old mother wanted to go to the beach! This property was perfect for her to sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. It was a very short walk to the beach so we were able to get her there fairly easily. Was definitely a bonus that 2 chairs and umbrella were included.

Family Thanksgiving

The condo is beautiful and super comfy. Love how the bedrooms are separated considering sq ft it makes for privacy if needed. The kitchen is well stocked to cook. The oven needs replacement as it cooks unevenly and the smoke detector goes off when open oven door however no smoke. The cleaning staff does not thoroughly clean but we enjoyed our stay.

Great condo!

This is my second time to this property and first time for this condo. Definitely would rent this unit again, the panoramic view is gorgeous!! Very roomy and clean. Great location to everything. Had a few issues with getting into building itself with code, but they quickly gave me another one and it worked fine. Great pool and walkway to beach. 5 stars on everything!

Great Condo

We have stayed at Emerald Isle before and it never disappoints. The condo is beautiful, situated on the southwest side facing the Gulf and overlooking the pools. Parking was no issue (other than only being able to have two vehicles registered, but there is parking beyond the gates that was adequate for our overflow vehicles). Beach Bum Rentals was very responsive and friendly when we had questions. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Spring break fun

Property was clean and comfortable. Description spot on. We had every thing we needed. Only negative is parking. You are only allowed 2 parking passes and we had 4 cars. We had to park 2 vehicles at the casino beach parking lot which wasn’t ideal.
