Rest-A-While made for the PERFECT long weekend.

Rest-A-While was very roomy and the location was nice, it was very convenient. There was plenty of room to spread out and the walk to the beach was just across the street. We would definitely stay here again, loved having the garage for our car.

Very nice and clean house.

Very nice and clean house with view of the ocean. It came with plenty of dishes and glasses for cooking and eating. Comfortable beds with clean sheets and towels. Garage came with chairs and beach accessories.

It was great!

The condo was great and had so much space! It was also located in a nice spot... we never had to travel far to get anywhere. The only bad thing was that there was a little ant problem, nothing too bad. We sprayed the ant spray that was under the sink and after that, there were only a couple seen for the remaining days of our trip. Overall I highly recommend this property!

Family Vacation

We had a lovely family vacation. The home itself was nice. There were a few things that we had issues with. The couches were dirty, I covered them with sheets so we could sit on them. They are in desperate need of cleaning. The comforters in all bedrooms need to be washed they were not clean as well. Since we stayed in a bottom unit the noises from above were horrible. It sounded like a zoo. Very loud at late hours. We made the best of it and still enjoyed our vacation.

Spacious Unit, Ocean View

The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. Lots of room for multiple people. Easy beach access. Heads up that the unit is upstairs but an elevator is available for anyone disabled. The garage is big and can accommodate 3 cars if needed. Plenty of beach stuff like beach chairs, floats, a wagon to carry stuff to beach. There is also a bbq grill and kayak with paddles. Great coffee house about 800 ft down the road called The Pour. Yummy everything! Only thing that surprised me, and my family is that the unit is located right next to a store called “Condom Knowledge.” Nothing negative to report, just a bit awkward. Also, the unit fronts a busy street, which must be crossed to get to beach entry. All in all, enjoyable visit.

Upholstery on couches need to be cleaned. The rug at the sink and in the master bedroom need to be removed and cleaned as they where full of sand. Someone came and got the kitchen rug but never returned it. I walked around the rug in the master. The sink in the master bath drains slow, need some cleaner put down it. I could not lock the door from the hall leading to the garage and the key pay to close the garage outside did not work so you had to pull your car out then get out of you car and go back inside to close the garage door. The traffics in PCB is horrible. The common area, stairs area, need to be sweep weekly. Was done once in my 2 week stay. I will probably never return to PBC. However with all that said I do have a good time. No I would not recommend the place or location.

Great place, but a few issues

Property and location were both great. We had a few issues, which is why the 3 star rating. Issue 1: When we arrived about 1 hr and 45 minutes after our check in time. There was a car in our parking spot and the cleaners still had about 45 minutes left. They complained to us of being notified late multiple times as we talked with them to figure out when we could enter the property. No discount was offered, but had we checked in early it would’ve cost us a significant amount of money. A late checkout was offered, but this was of no benefit as we needed to leave earlier than the scheduled checkout time to get home. Issue 2: No way to enter the garage from outside. There was no garage door opener provided and the external keypad was not functioning. The property management came to look at it, but no fix was provided. Issue 3: Someone in another unit damaged the lobby door, so it became unusable. This meant nobody could enter or leave the property through that door and it was the only point of entry or exit without going through the garage. As noted earlier, we had no way to enter through the garage, so we were stuck leaving the door open a couple feet any time we left and crawling under it. It took from about 9:30pm to 5:30pm the following day for this to be corrected. If there would’ve been an emergency, we would’ve been left to jump from the balcony. Because of these issues, I don’t think I would stay at a RealJoy run property again if I could help it.

Townhouse Perfection

This townhouse was perfection. Spacious, clean, and in an awesome location! Loved being right on the strip. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean and listening to the waves, all the while people watching. We were 100% pleased with this rental and plan to book here again!! Great location and minutes from beach. We enjoyed our time there and would recommend to others.

Great place for a vacation, minutes from beach and right close to everything in Panama City beach. Our family family enjoyed our time there. Only problem we had was with washing machine not draining properly and this is typical maintenance as expected. Highly recommend this house to others if you are planning a trip to Panama City beach

Ups & downs

Over all very nice place, great location for the beach. I recommend not coming during February the weather was cool for Beach weather but great for walking around and site seeing. The down side the neighbors are up all night walking around and their dog running or barking on occasion. The upstairs neighbor also smoke so all their ashes ended up on our porch or car. We did kill a cockroach. Probably a 1x thing as we did not see anymore after we killed the one.

All was as expected

All was as expected. The property and the amenities were fantastic. I loved having access to the beach equipment in the garage. I would’ve preferred not to have crossed a busy road in order to get to the beach.

Rest a while

Wonderful property but the outside needs attention along with a deep clean inside. Great location. Have booked this property for the past 2 years and will do so again if some items are addressed.
