Esta es una casa recientemente renovada lista para su visita. Consiste en una casa de 4 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños con capacidad de cierre.

El nivel uno contiene 2 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños, cocina completa, comedor, sala de estar, con controles deslizantes que se abren al nivel del lago. (Está bajando un tramo de escaleras desde el área de estacionamiento).

El nivel dos contiene 2 dormitorios, 1 baño, cocina completa, gran salón (comedor y sala de estar), en el mismo nivel que el área de estacionamiento.

Ambos niveles tienen fantásticas vistas del lago Highland, con orientación oeste, para disfrutar de fantásticas puestas de sol.

We have stayed here 3 times, and will be back. The house is well appointed and comfortable, the views of the lake are amazing. Peter and Neil are easy to reach, accomadting and friendly. A wonderful place to stay!

Amazing lake home

The house is beautiful. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. We loved sitting on the deck listening to the loons and eagles. Very relaxing, enjoyable time.

Wow, wow, wow! Excellent. Beautiful secluded home on a Grand lake with sunsets off the decks. Large enough for 2 families although we were only 4. With 2 full kitchens, full baths up & down, laundry rooms, and fireplaces on both floors too. The kitchen has EVERTHING imaginable and then some. The living spaces are very cozy. And you get a garage. Although our vehicle did not fit due to winter storage of summer tables and chairs. The home was perfect. Neil and Peter were on top of their game when we had a small issue with the streaming service. All in all, we had a great vacation and adored the home. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Wonderful lakeside home

Lovely home with all the amenities. The kitchen is one of the best we have found in a rental home-well stocked and perfect for a graduation celebration. It is a quiet retreat but close to grocery store. The lake is lovely. Highly recommend.

10 out of 10. Highly Recommended beautiful home. Super clean and furnished as a family home not a rental. This home is well stocked with all the kitchen items you could ever use. Recommend for any vacation getaway. We will be going again.

Fishing for stripers

We stayed 4 nights while fishing the Yarmouth flats for striped bass, 3 family adults & 1 friend. The house and property were spectacular - spacious, beautifully appointed, quiet, splendid views, and spotlessly clean. The main kitchen is amazing in size, appointments, and every appliance possible. We hope to return.

Breathtaking . . . Just No Words to Describe!

My husband and I, who are originally from the North and now living in Florida, came up for the foliage and to see family in the area. There are no words to describe how relaxing and enjoyable it was staying at the Lakehouse. The views were spectacular, the weather was perfect and it was the perfect place to de-stress. It felt like home and Neil was so accommodating, he made our stay even better. The house was well maintained and so clean, even my husband who is a clean freak, was impressed. What can I say . . . We didn't want to go back home. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home in Paradise with us. And, we will definitely be back 😊

Class of ‘68 annual girls get-away

The lake house was superb in every way. It was situated in an ideal location—secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility of Highland Lake, yet close enough for my West Coast friends and former classmates to explore the attractions of neighboring Portland and beyond. Eight of us shared a memorable week in this delightful home away from home. The Simonsons provided everything we could possibly need, from a well-stocked kitchen to an abundance of fresh towels and linens, games, and tv. I had to twist some arms to get the girls to travel the 3,000 miles plus from California and Washington state to visit Maine, but I’ll have no trouble at all convincing them to come back. Perfect Lake House

This home was perfect for us. We all had fun playing games, swimming, and even fishing (got 5 and my son got one :) on the last day. We loved just hanging out here. My partially immobile dad thoroughly enjoyed himself and was able to get about very nicely upstairs. He grew up enjoying summers on Canandaigua Lake in upstate New York (where I was also able to enjoy lake life with my sister and cousins as a little boy). This beautiful place allowed us to fall right back into our family summer time rhythm, this time with our own kids and their significant others. We all could not appreciate this wonderful home any more than we do now. It is now filled with many of our own indelible memories! We could not have enjoyed ourselves more thoroughly and completely. I can't recommend this lake home highly enough!

Amazing home and area

This is the second time that we have stayed at this home in Maine. It is absolutely beautiful, with every amenity and spectacular views. The owner and his brother who oversees the property in the fall and winter are both kind, helpful and wonderful people. I do not have one complaint. I wish I could spend the summer there but alas I can't afford it.

Wonderful!

Owner Pete and his property mgr are friendly and easy to work with. The home is fully equipped for anything you might need, and there is a lot of space! It is conveniently located about 20 min from Portland or the Sebago region, and 40 mon from Freeport. We loved our week, and hope to be back again! Kathy Jesson

Peaceful Place

We rented both the upstairs and downstairs of this property; we were visiting Maine for our son's graduation from UNECOM. It was the perfect place. My husband and I stayed in the master downstairs and the "kids" (all adults) stayed in the two bedrooms upstairs. The home is very sound proof - my husband was up first and watched TV downstairs in the living room right next to the master bedroom - I could not even hear the TV! We could stay downstairs while the kids slept so we did not disturb them. In the evening, the upstairs had plenty of seating for the six of us. I loved all the windows and being on the water. It was very peaceful. We did not do much cooking, but the upstairs kitchen was well stocked. I did miss my Keurig and had to remember how to make coffee in a regular coffee pot (first-world problems!). The owner and property manager were very easy to work with. I am not sure we will be back to the Portland area, but if we are, I would not hesitate to stay at this property.

Beautiful, peaceful lake home - perfect quiet getaway!

Beautiful, comfortable home with deck looking out over lake. We were there in early October, so it was very quiet and peaceful. The home was clean and had all the comforts of home. If you rent the entire property, you get two full kitchens (one up, one down) two and 1/2 baths and four bedrooms, with wood burning fireplaces and washer/dryer on both floors. This was a perfect place for us and one other couple, and it would also be nice for two families that are vacationing together -- you can each have your own space, but still be on the same property. All in all, an excellent experience and we'd stay there again!
