La excelente ubicación dentro del Racquet Club en Scottsdale Ranch hace que estas unidades de Casita sean muy populares. Relájese en el balcón con vistas a la piscina principal y al jacuzzi. Esta unidad parcialmente remodelada (2018) tiene una cocina totalmente equipada con lavaplatos incorporado. Gran dormitorio principal con baño principal remodelado privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales con baño de visitas adyacente. Todas las sábanas y ropa de cama incluida. Además, tiene acceso al cercano lago Serena, el lago privado del Scottsdale Ranch, que ofrece pesca y uso gratuito de kayaks, canoas y botes de remo. Estamos a una corta distancia a pie del Scottsdale Park and Tennis Center, con 28 acres de comodidades que incluyen un Jardín Botánico, un centro para la tercera edad, un club de niños y niñas, 18 canchas de tenis, 4 canchas de racquetball, canchas de básquetbol, 4 canchas de béisbol, 6 voleibol de arena canchas, cancha de squash, y campo de ejercicios de 12 estaciones; y un corto paseo en bicicleta lejos de un sendero pavimentado de 28 millas. Sweet spot Scottsdale

Loved our stay & all the Racquet Club offered. Easy to arrange tennis/pickleball as well as other community events. Beautiful pool and grounds, as well as surrounding neighborhoods for walking. The owners were so responsive and proactive with everything from easy check-in process, well stocked/appointed unit, and easy communication. We hope to stay with them again!

Very enjoyable stay

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Racquet Club in this lovely condo. A real home from home, the condo is very spacious and has absolutely everything you could need! Any queries we had were answered almost immediately which we were so grateful for. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the pool and fountain which we found very relaxing. We would highly recommend Bruce’s condo and would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Beautiful Condo

What a well appointed condo in a perfect location. All of the furnishings and accessories were so well done. The best part is the large corner deck overlooking the pool. And at night the pool is lit up. The king size bed is very comfortable and my husband liked the Cox cable as it was easy to use to watch all of his sports. The host was so nice and wanted to make sure our stay was going to be perfect.

Review of Racquet Club at Scottsdale Ranch

Beautiful condo with nice, big deck that overlooked one of the pools. Functional electric outdoor grill. Very comfortable beds with nice linens and plush towels. Comfortable family room furniture for watching TV. All amenities like dishwasher detergent and laundry stain remover were provided too. Very welcoming community. Owner helped us resolve a couple of small hiccups when we arrived. On-site exercise facility had plenty of weights and machines. This is a perfect spot for those who play tennis or pickleball. I highly recommend.

Once again, Bruce and Paula outdid themselves. Our two-month stay was as great as every single one has been. The unit is clean, well-supplied and flawless. Very comfortable. The area is so quiet at night. The location is near wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and rec opportunities. We can't say enough about the unit or the owners. We're grateful we found them.

Fabulous holiday!!

We stayed in this 2 bedroom Casita at the Racket Club for the months of February and March, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves. We played tennis, hiked, biked, golfed, etc, etc. The unit has been remodelled, is very bright and super comfortable with a great deck overlooking the pool. We could not have asked for a better location! The Casita had everything we needed and Bruce was very responsive if we had any questions. We would love to comeback anytime!! Lidia & Ian

Fantastic unit, owners

Great owners make such a difference. Bruce is great. When we have questions or concerns, he answers quickly. Care is evident in every aspect of the property. Decor is soothing, desert-style tomes. Furniture is very comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. And it's clean, clean, clean. More than any property we've rented, this feels most like home. We can't recommend the unit enough and can't wait for our next stay.

We were fortunate to be the first to stay after an extensive reno. What a great job! Subdued desert colors. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable furniture. Thoroughly and intelligently supplied. Perfect location, with the balcony overlooking the pool. Near the tennis courts. Close to restaurants, markets and everything else. Owners quickly addressed questions we had. We could go on and on because we love the unit and will stay again. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic stay.

Outstanding

We've stayed at many VRBO properties over the years. This one is the best, by far. And Bruce and Paula are the best hosts. I literally have nothing negative to evaluate here. The unit is perfectly furnished. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The unit has every kitchen utensil you'd want. Bruce and Paula have spared no expense to achieve a homey feel. And they respond instantly to any question you might have. Renting a property unseen is always a gamble. This is the safest bet out there. Thank you to fantastics hosts.

Perfect condo in a perfect location

My wife and I have been spending winters in Scottsdale since 2014 and this property is by far the nicest condo we have rented. The condo itself was well laid out and was very inviting; the fully-equipped kitchen had everything one needs for preparing either casual or more elaborate meals. The king-size bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable, and the remodeled master bath includes a fabulous walk-in shower. The location at the Racquet Club is ideal: just a few steps to one of several pools and less than a 5 minute walk to both tennis and pickle ball courts. Three (3) grocery stores are just a short drive away, as are plenty of excellent restaurants. Bruce, the owner, was great to work with. The check-in process was clear and organized. He emailed frequent updates alerting us to activities within the Racquet Club. In addition, he responded quickly (often within minutes) by text or email if we had any questions/concerns. Everything about the condo exceeded our expectations; we would definitely stay here again!

Extended Staycation

My family and I stayed in this unit while our house was being remodeled. We absolutely loved our stay in the casita and Racquet Club! The condo was super clean and and had everything we needed for our almost 6 week stay. Bruce was always very quick to respond when I had a question. The unit over looks the pool and we loved walking around the property finding cute pathways with waterfalls and streams. We played tennis and pickle ball and really felt like we were on vacation!

Tennis vacation in Scottsdale

We will stay at the condo again as we felt it was our home away from home.

The owners of the condo were great to work with and they kept us informed of anything happening at the property during our stay. The condo was very clean, had all the amenities needed, fully stocked kitchen, (minus food), comfortable master bed, great view of the pool from the patio, lots of upgrades and a great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. It was more than we expected, home away from home. We would stay there again if we come to Scottsdale. All-in-all, great experience with no complaints. Perfect Scottsdale condo

We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for 3 months. The location and property are amazing....close to shops and restaurants, yet quiet and lovely! The condo looks out from the large balcony to the beautiful pool area, with a fountain and lush landscaping. The owners are incredibly responsive and have stocked the condo with everything that you need and more! (tennis and pickle ball racquets, hiking poles and backpacks, super swim noodles, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, etc). The king sized bed in the master is very comfortable and the newly redone master bath is great! This is one of our favorite spots that we’ve rented over several years.

Amazing

We were very happy with the complex, the people, the management, the owners, and the security on staff. The property was just as it looked on the website. The unit itself was very well stocked, cleaned, and in order. We enjoyed the peacefulness of our surroundings; including the neighbors, the dogs, and the hummingbirds. It was everything I wanted and then some. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Pure Bliss

From the simple code lock used to check-in to the ease of communication with my host, I was more than happy with my 4 month stay. I had sold my home & needed a nice place to live while I searched for my next home. This was definitely the right choice! The unit has been updated, the grounds were mature & surprisingly green for summertime. It was peaceful - even though my spacious balcony faced one of the largest pools in the complex - plenty of comfy deck furniture up there too. Bruce has thought of everything for your stay - from hiking supplies to tennis gear. The pandemic harshly limited availability of the workout room - so I would walk my dog for extended distances around the area. I always felt safe. The guards who run the entry building/gate are always cordial. There were plenty of rabbits, birds (incl. hummingbirds) & javalina inhabiting the complex to observe. We even met a family of raccoons (3 babies.) I never knew that raccoons thrived in the suburban desert! In closing, I highly recommend Bruce's lovely townhouse. It quickly feels like home. You'll love it! :))

Very enjoyable stay!

Our stay at the Racquet Club was wonderful! The condo layout coupled with the vaulted ceilings provided a spacious feel. The unit was very clean, stocked with necessary accessories, offered a beautiful poolside view and large patio.  The owner was kind and accessible when we we had any questions. We fully enjoyed our stay!

Great condo with a perfect location at the racquet club.

Corner upper unit in the sought after Casitas facing south and overlooking the Casita pool. Easy access to pool, tennis courts and clubhouse. New owners of this unit are continuously updating and were very responsive to any issues or concerns regarding the quality of our experience. The racquet club is a very safe gated community with wonderful facilities. We have been going for years and will continue to do so.

We wanted more exposure to that strange yellow sphere that sporadically appears in the Seattle sky. We love the central location and all the activities a large city in the sun offers.

We love the deck. Sun, shade and occasional people watching from the safety of the second floor!
