Pros:The condo is a charming gem and is conveniently close to the “Little Tram” which was a game changer at the end of a long day. The sunset view from the patio was lovely. Overall it was clean, comfortable and decorated with touches of authentic Mexico throughout. Potted plants and flowers created a feeling of tropical seclusion plus a colorful tree mural in the corner offered a tiny “resident” gecko a rather discrete hiding place on the patio. The beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of pillows.The primary bedroom had built in storage as well as a stacked washer & dryer which was nice to have. Both of the bathrooms had colorful tiled walk in showers and plenty of fresh towels. The other bedroom had less storage options but we discovered a couple of small closets in the shared living space to hang some of the clothes which was not ideal but sufficient. Cons:We were shocked to discover that the slider in the primary bedroom to the covered patio did NOT lock (later to find out that the Property Manager was aware in advance but did nothing to address it prior to our arrival).The air conditioner in the primary bedroom had such a significant leak that large puddles of water formed on the tiled floor below - how one of us didn’t slip and fall is a miracle! It’s disappointing that these significant security & safety issues were not addressed prior to our stay, especially since we booked so far in advance!
