Alquilo la mitad de la nueva casa frente al mar, ¡EN LA PLAYA !. Más de 2000 pies cuadrados. Tres amplios dormitorios y 3 baños completos. Salga de la cubierta en el dormitorio principal del tercer piso. Gran terraza que conduce a arena y playa. Dos zonas de aire acondicionado, chimenea de gas, cocina totalmente equipada, planta abierta en el primer piso, WI FI y televisión por cable. Camine hasta las principales tiendas de alimentos, panaderías, restaurantes y el paseo marítimo. Cerca pero no demasiado cerca. No se permiten mascotas, fumar ni grupos. También alquilando en otoño e invierno.

We had a wonderful time. We were greeted by Sc0tt the owner who was gracious and informative. The location for the house could not be better. Well, we needed one small thing attended to Sc0tt was available immediately and remediated the problem.

Family Memorial Weekend Getaway!

Beautiful townhouse on the beach. Unbelievable views and the spot could not be better, steps to the ocean. House was beautiful and clean. Could walk to restaurants and bike rentals, mini golf and little shops and the boardwalk. Owners could not have been nicer or more welcoming. It was an amazing get away!!!

perfect home for week down shore

We arrived to be greeted by Scott and his wife , they showed us the house it was perfect , room size perfect ,master bedroom very spacious ,full bathrooms on every floor , more then enough closet and dresser space. living room area and kitchen beautiful coffee pot and k-cup coffee machine full kitchen of glasses plates pot and pans .Now when you walk out onto deck u have your own beach fenced in so kids could run all over, we brought a volleyball net and pickle ball , Scott provides beach badges (6)and you are literally 30 yards out the back door on to beach .(side note Scott built this home its very well made ) .We grilled ,cooked in , and went out to many restaurants. And acme superstore is blocks away. just bring your beach chairs and your Sheets pillow cases , there is closet full of towels . (washer and dryer brand new) you have two car garage and spot out side so there's no fighting for parking . Scott thank you so much family had blast .

Great house

When we arrived, the owner greeted us and was very friendly. He gave us a tour of the house which was as described in the listing. It was a perfect house for the 5 of us. Very easy access to the beach, walking distance to pretty much everything we needed, and being at the end of the block, it was very quiet.

Great Beach Town Vacation

The accommodations were as noted in the listing. The location is immediately on the beach with great views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. Perfect low-key, relaxing vacation spot.

Amazing beach house

The house was clean and comfortable. As soon as we entered the house we felt like it was our home for the next few days. Scott was so very nice and accommodating. He answered every question I had and there were a lot. The house has everything f you would need and The views can’t be beat! My kids are begging to go back!

Terrific location, open living/dining area and kitchen, spacious beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, well-stocked with everything we needed. And the host, Scott, was amazing before and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect for a family

We loved staying at this beach front property. We had three adults and three kids, and having three full bathrooms was super helpful. Also, somehow no matter how many showers we took, we never ran out of hot water! Scott was communicative and easy going, a really fun host. We hope to stay again!

Beautiful home and short walk to the beach. The no linens clause was a bit tricky as some linens were provided and we didn’t need the whole package. Will need to ask better questions next time. Owner super accommodating and quick follow up. We enjoyed our stay.

peaceful and beautiful views

I took my in laws down to the shore to look at wedding venues, scott was a great host start to finish, he gave us flexibility with check in and check out times, and was a pleasure to communicate with. The views from the 2 bedrooms were fantastic! It was so easy to get on the beach. I love this home and it was such an easy experience. Do not miss out of this gem!

Amazing location, house and owner

This house was in mint condition. Smelled new and clean walking into it, it was an outstanding first time experience renting a beach house. The ocean views were breathtaking. We are so pleased with Scott's property. It was a pleasure meeting him and his wife. I def recommend.

I have lived in Ortley Beach full time for over 30 years. My wife and I will be moving into one half (side B) and live there as our permanent residence. The bungalow that was completely washed away in Sandy has been in the family since 1954.
