Loft moderno de Carbondale

Carbondale es su centro durante todo el año con excelentes actividades de esquí, ciclismo, pesca y senderismo en su patio trasero. Este loft está a pocos pasos del núcleo de Carbondale y tiene fácil acceso al resto del valle, a través del carril bici o la parada de autobús a tiro de piedra del condominio. Todos los muebles nuevos, así como los nuevos utensilios de cocina y cocina hacen que su condominio sea cómodo y conveniente. Disfrute de la luz del sol de la tarde y de las impresionantes vistas del monte Sopris mientras se relaja en este acogedor loft. Este loft está en el segundo piso. No hay un ascensor de fácil acceso.

El loft está orientado al este, el loft puede calentarse por la tarde / noche. Hemos comprado una unidad de aire acondicionado portátil para la habitación principal para ayudar con el calor.

Tenemos 3 bicicletas para uso de los huéspedes mientras se hospedan en el desván. Son perfectos para el carril bici justo al lado de la puerta que te lleva a la ciudad.

The loft condo was in the perfect location for attending a family wedding at Springs Creek Ranch in Carbondale. Communication with the owners was great and they provided clear instructions for parking, running the HVAC system and cable television. We had great views of Mt. Sopris from the balcony and while the area has some heavy equipment and industrial structures in it, we were able to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area.

A quiet place near Rio Grande Trail

Very comfortable and well equipped home base!

The condo has a great layout and is very comfortable. Great views, great natural light. Very convenient to everything we wanted to explore - Red Hill, Biking trails, Basalt, town of Carbondale for great eating and walking. A lovely home base for an adventure in Carbondale area.

Great space

It was a very cute condo with plenty of beds. The layout worked for our family and they had everything you needed to cook in the condo. They even had coffee! The location was perfect for me to get to work that week and close enough to walk and explore the downtown Carbondale area.

This is our third year staying there. It is a lovely place to stay. It is clean,well equipped, Good location. The owner is very responsive to questions. Our one recommendation is that there be better lighting for reading in the living area.

Great stay

We drove to Carbondale for a wedding for a long weekend and this was a great place for us to stay. It was helpful to have a car there to access nearby shops, restaurants, and trailheads easily. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was big, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The parking was free and the neighborhood was quiet. We would book again.

Perfect our small group

The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed (including a pretty extensive spice collection). It was just perfect for us while in town for the 5 Point Film Festival.

Great mountain getaway

Great property in a great location! The apartment was perfect for 4 of us for a ski weekend! It’s all about the little things… comfy beds and pillows, extra shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Owners are super accommodating and very responsive. We didn’t know before coming but Carbondale also has an awesome food scene! Didn’t even need to trek to Aspen for good food since it’s right in the backyard (everywhere we went was within 6 minutes for food). Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting us!

NYE Ski Trip

The condo was in fantastic shape, it was easy to control the temperature and it was very clean. We enjoyed having coffee in the mornings and being such a short drive to skiing and great food. We are happy to have found this location, and would stay there again. The hosts were very helpful in showing us the way to the place, it was very easy and intuitive!

All amenities were there, and in good condition. The place was in good repair. The linens and towels were excellent. One bedroom needed better reading lights. However, the experience overall was very good

Short golf getaway

This 3 bedroom property suited our needs for a short 2 night stay. There were just a couple of things to mention…one the fan and light in the main room wasn’t working and the other thing was an empty corona beer bottle was found in the master bedroom behind the TV. Other than that it meet our needs.

Great location for biking, hiking and local exploring.

Enjoyed the property, the location and layout. Easy access and used the bus system (150 yards away) to go up valley but also could walk downtown Carbondale from here.

Well set up and convenient apt

We work in the industrial block where this apt is located, so it is very convenient. Clean, well stocked, and except for one problem (see below) well maintained. Problem was a minor roof leak that happened during a major storm. Landlord immediately responded.

Great holiday stay

The apartment was wonderful and accommodated my family of 5 adults nicely. Three appliances were great and the shower pressure was amazing. Anna always responded in a timely fashion to any questions we had. The only thing the older adults didn't like was that we had to take stairs to get to the apartment. It was difficult with the suitcases when we arrived and left but we were fine all the other days. Overall, highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay in Carbondale!

We had a fabulous time in the Roaring Fork Valley, the loft was centrally located in the valley for easy commute to the various towns from Aspen to Glenwood Springs. Anna was a perfect host from initial start to finish with excellent communication. The loft was super clean with all the necessities needed for a comfy stay. Everything was as advertised! I would most certainly stay here again and would highly recommend. Thank you Anna, our family had a wonderful vacation and will enjoy the memories that where made.

Great stay!

Great communication from the owner, my soccer team rented this condo for our coach as we were in town for an early Saturday game. He enjoyed the weekend "vacation." It was immaculately clean, had everything he could possibly need and he enjoyed the surrounding area.

Great location and a perfect 3 bedroom loft that fit our families need.

Perfect loft to rent for our long weekend in the Aspen Valley. We were able to walk anywhere in Carbondale connected by the footpath right out the door. As far as driving went we were 20 min to the hot springs and 40 min to Aspen Snowmass. Very clean and well kept up loft, we will be back.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo met our needs and beyond. Very comfortable furniture with a great layout. Everything we needed for meal preparation was there, including sharp knives even though we brought our own. (in our experience sharp knives are rare when renting) We loved waking up to the gorgeous view out the living area window. .
