Great location and set up

We recently had a girls trip scheduled and the house accommodated everyone perfectly! It was a great location and easy to get around. And being able to walk to a local coffee shop was perfect!

Great location and easy checkin/checkout

I really appreciated that Eric sent the check in information ahead of time so we knew all the details of where to go. The location of this house is amazing. We were able to get downtown quickly and our kiddos enjoyed the park that was just a block away. Great experience.

First time in Nashville

This was a first time in Nashville with a group of friends. House size was exactly what we needed. Very clean when we arrived. Proximity to many local attractions made the trip very effortless to explore and enjoy what Nashville has to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic and Spacious!

This was place great! Better than I anticipated. Alphonso (home owner) was awesome, and never missed a call/text to answer my questions! Great guy! Only a 6 Uber ride to downtown. Highly recommend staying here?

Generally Good Choice

Newer home with nice features. Comfortably holds 12 with several bedrooms/baths. Lower level seating limited for larger groups and kitchen sparsely stocked for crowds as well. Convenient location for attractions with relatively reasonable uber costs.

Close to downtown

This house was good for our group of 7 bachelor party. It is about 7 minute drive from downtown and very close to other stuff to do. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood seemed fine and pretty safe. Some things could be improved like the condition of the furniture. The kitchen table chairs were basically falling apart. And the kitchen amenities were limited but we were able to make do for a few days when we wanted to cook. Communication with the host was good. Overall a nice play to stay for a short time.

Well used place , great location

Great location but a little hard to find . The living room is missing some furniture which made it difficult to converse in a comfortable pattern. The pots and pans in the kitchen were nasty. The Teflon was scratched up and didn’t appear safe to me . Owner responded promptly to fix a broken toilet. There was mold in the shower too.

Perfect for bachelorette weekend

We were a group of 8 in Nashville for our first time for a bachelorette party. The house was great. Having the house accessed with a keypad made coordinating arrivals and departures a breeze. Ubers were $10 to downtown/Broadway, and the Vanderbilt/Gulch area was within an easy walking distance. Alphonso was a wonderful host - very responsive and easy to work with. Two things to note: 1) the house is a bit tricky to find down a short alley, so we had to go out to the street to wave in people as they arrived and when Uber/Lyft/taxis came; 2) hand soap was provided, no bath toiletries or coffee, though they were very easy to procure from nearby stores.

Jacki and the crew were great to have and would have again if they came back to see us with our Nashville home. We have now have the 2 home on Google maps so its easy now for Lyft/Uber rideshare to find us. We also provide not only soap but shampoo and conditioner with hair dyers if you need them. We would be glad to have you all again and would recommend you all to other thanks.

Outstanding place, perfect fit

Stayed here earlier this month for a long weekend with 4 other guys (all mid-late 20's), and we all agreed that this place was an absolute gem. The pictures almost don't do it justice. I will point out that there are actually 6 beds total - 4 queen/king and one set of bunk beds, I think it's unclear from the posting. We spent most of our time away from the residence, but it was nice coming home to such a a great place - really felt like home. It was very clean, borderline immaculate. We chose this spot because it was just outside of downtown which saved us a lot considering the hotel prices. For the amount you would pay to stay downtown, this place is a no-brainer if you are looking to split the cost across a small group. It's only about a 7-8 minute ride downtown depending on your destination. The owner was terrific to work with - very easy to reach if needed. The residence is also accessible by key pad which was very helpful to our group, as we could split up and everyone still had access if needed. All things considered this place exceeded our expectations - thanks again to Alphonso for hooking it up! Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Great for coupled

All adults, we needed bedrooms with individual bathrooms and king size beds (all but one). Lots of space. Not enough living room seating for all and there is room for more chairs and couches. At least 15 minute to walk anywhere but short Uber ride to grocery, some restaurants, and downtown. $6-12 each way. Perfect for group.

Nice place to stay

I am not good at giving reviews, but here goes. A group of friends(10) were there for a weekend to watch the titans/chiefs game. The place was really clean. Lots of room and plenty of bathroom space. Furnishings were really nice. The property was easy to find and the off street parking for the unit we had worked out really well. I would stay there again if in Nashville. It was about 10 minutes or less to get to the downtown area. A couple of slight drawbacks: 1. The TV channel selection was not the best, but we only had it on during morning coffee. 2. A couple of more seats in the living room area could have made it better.

The renting of this property was very easy and the owner was very accommodating. Check in was easy and everyone was able to have their space in the house. Great place to enjoy time with friends and family

This was a great place to stay! Lots of options for family and kids to sleep and enjoy! The gas grill is perfect for grill outs and spent lots of time on the patio. Great location with only a ten minute ride to Broadway and other great site seeing places. Very clean and the master suit is huge! Loved it!

Great place to stay!

Great stay!

Beautiful home that was very convenient for our convention downtown. Just a quick Uber ride away. Plenty of room for our group of 9 and very clean. The house was a little hard to find because the house in front of it was under construction so we and Uber had trouble finding it. Owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. We needed an iron and he had one delivered the very next day. Would definitely recommend staying here!
