El Grupo Káam se inició debido a nuestro amor por Puerto Morelos y sus alrededores.
Después de más de 30 años de vivir en este paraíso escondido, decidimos que debía ser compartido con el mundo. Nuestros acogedores estudios te harán sentir como si vivieras aquí con nosotros. Es su hogar lejos de casa. Nuestro objetivo es hacer de sus vacaciones en Puerto Morelos un sueño de vida cada vez que visite, ofreciéndole un servicio de alta calidad sin la pérdida de esa sensación de pueblo pequeño.
Káam, en el idioma maya, significa acomodarse y eso es exactamente lo que hacemos.
Le ofrecemos acogedores apartamentos decorados en estilo mexicano y equipados con una cómoda cama king-size, sofá cama, cocina totalmente equipada y una hermosa ducha con presión de agua increíble. Cada habitación cuenta con muebles de fabricación local y encimeras de cocina de granito mexicano fabricadas por un verdadero artista local. Cada edificio también cuenta con una impresionante palapa en la azotea para disfrutar de su siesta mexicana mientras contempla el mar y las flores tropicales en su propio balcón privado mientras disfruta de su café de la mañana.
K'áanáb, que significa "casa junto al mar" en idioma maya, le permite sumergirse en la tradición mexicana. Cada habitación cuenta con muebles de fabricación local y encimeras de cocina de granito mexicano.
Tenemos una ubicación perfecta: a poca distancia de la playa, la plaza principal, los mercados locales y una gran variedad de deliciosos restaurantes.

The condo was clean. The pool was nice and it had everything you need. But the neighborhood was very noisy and it was close to the street with traffic and loud music

Great location for walkability

The check-in process needs improvement. To begin with, we had difficulty locating the condo building because there’s no sign with address on it. The shuttle driver stopped a few times looking for the address. He did drop us at the correct building. We were told someone would meet us there to give us keys. That didn’t happen until a neighbour made a call for us and Abril came to let us in. The condo is not as lovely as the online listing shows. The couch was stained and unclean-looking with no wall decor or plants. The bedroom contained only the bed and built in closet. There was no night table or place to put luggage. There was a safe though. It seemed reasonably clean but since we didn’t qualify for daily cleaning it’s hard to say. There was no towel to dry dishes or drain board so we just washed our dishes and left them to air dry. The grounds and pool were well maintained. Groundskeepers were pleasant and hard-working. The location is great if you want an easy walk to beach, bars, restaurants and groceries. Along with good location comes local noises at night such as music and animal sounds. Good ear plugs are a must. Puerto Morelos is a lovely friendly place with beautiful beach where we felt safe to wander.

Vacation from hell

We arrived at 11pm on January 4th, 2024 and there was NO ONE there to let us in. We were assisted by a vacationer from Quebec who contacted the person who was in charge of booking snorkelling and attached to the Kaam condos. Two women arrived on bikes, made up a room for us and left. No hot water, inadequate room, leather on chairs ripped, tv non functional. With the assistance of cleaning staff we moved to another unit. Leaking toilet, no ac, rain coming through bedroom window, dirty bedspread, broken furniture and no one in the office, ever. The owner’s only concern was for long term renters. His manager had quit unexpectedly and blocked all information regarding bookings which left travellers at the gated doors. One family called the cops for assistance. We spent over three hours with VRBO representatives in trying to resolve our dilemma but they also couldn’t reach anyone. The owners solution was to put the two women in charge of snorkeling responsible for three buildings, cleaning and sorting out who is coming, who has paid and how much and when they were leaving as well as continuing with booking snorkelling trips. Their hours were 730 to 3 pm. This company should not be allowed to advertise on VRBO. We have used VRBO many times in the past and we know that this is not the standard that they expect from owners. We extend our thanks to them for trying hard to resolve this issue. Also thanks to our “bicycle” angels Avril and Shianne and to the Canadians

Great location and Very clean

We stayed at the Kaam Condos in Puerto Morelos for 9 days and had a wonderful time. The unit was just as described and very clean and comfortable. It was gated and we felt secure while there. The bathroom was just the right size for two people and the shower was amazing with great water pressure. The condo is well located with just a short walk to the beach and to the restaurants and shops.

Our apartment was very simple but clean and in a great location. The staff were all very friendly!

The property manager/owner Reyna was incredibly helpful with everything, & suggested restaurants for my birthday & for Christmas & NY’s Eve. She even made some reservations for us. All staff were so friendly. Great experience for our first time in PM.

Perfect for us!

My husband and I only stayed for 4 nights in this perfect condo. It had everything to fit our needs. First, it was super clean and well organized. The king size bed was comfortable and the tv in the living room was on a turntable movingit into the bedroom. ( very clever) The kitchen had all the dishes, silverware, cups, and glasses needed, plus a 5+gallon water container. Location was perfect for the beach (2 blocks), restaurants and shopping (everywhere) and the main square. There was a safe in the room. The pool area and entrance to the property was all secured. Met several couples who were staying 5+ weeks and all loved the place. Reyna was wonderful to work with. I would not hesitate to return. My only complaint was I only stayed for 4 days.

Amazing Place !!

We stayed at the Kaam condos this April and our vacation couldn’t have been better. We arrived by taxi to the place and I called Reyna and she immediately sent someone over to let us in and orientate us with the place. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We were on the second level above the pool. The roof top was amazing with incredible views of the town and water. We took our coffee up there every morning. We would spend time in town early then grab our snorkel gear and take a short walk to Dia & Noche beach club and grab a Palapa on the beach, and the food and drinks were brought out. We took a snorkel boat out right from the beach to the reef. You can snorkel from the beach to the white buoys and see incredible coral and fish, but he water is about 15’ and the coral is about 10’. So it is a little deeper than the boat ride to the reef. The condo is brand new and very clean. The pool area is very well maintained and is a great place to cool off. Checking out, we sent Reyna a msg for transportation and she had a taxi (Victor) waiting on time. Be sure to open all the windows and turn off the A/C around 5pm to hear the sounds and smell the food cooking from the nearby restaurants. Then walk the streets at night and find a great place to eat.
