DESCUENTO DE VACACIONES 17 DE DICIEMBRE - 7 DE ENERO! $ 150 por noche. Nuestro hermoso condominio frente al mar está a solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Cancún y a 25 minutos en coche de Playa del Carmen. El condominio está en el primer piso y se enfrenta al océano. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, una cocina totalmente equipada y una encantadora decoración mexicana.

Nuestro condominio tranquilo se encuentra en un pequeño edificio con solo otras 5 unidades. Tenemos aires acondicionados y ventiladores de techo en cada habitación; antena parabólica TV y conexión a internet; Cuarto de lavado a las afueras de la puerta principal; servicios de limpieza una vez a la semana, hay servicios de limpieza adicionales disponibles a pedido. Una parrilla de barbacoa también está disponible.

Este maravilloso lugar de escapada tranquila tiene mucha privacidad y está a solo unos pasos de la piscina y el océano. ¡Aléjate de tu agitada vida en este tranquilo paraíso! Los gerentes de condominios son personas encantadoras y lo ayudarán con todas sus necesidades.


Puerto Morelos es un tesoro sin descubrir. Si te encanta la tranquilidad, los cielos abiertos, los largos tramos de playa y el ambiente de un pueblo pequeño, este es el lugar para ti. Es tranquilo, a diferencia del ajetreo y el bullicio de la zona hotelera de Cancún. Este tranquilo pueblo de pescadores también es la meca del esnórquel, el buceo y la pesca en alta mar.

PM tiene una gran cantidad de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas y color local. También hay una serie de pequeños mercados alrededor de la plaza y un supermercado de servicio completo justo al lado de la autopista 307; y maravillosa librería. Los residentes de la ciudad son amables y serviciales.

Reservar tours por la jungla, excursiones a las ruinas mayas de Tulum y Chichen Itzel, parques acuáticos donde puedes nadar con delfines están disponibles en la ciudad. Asegúrese de pasar algún tiempo en la plaza del pueblo. Es un gran lugar para hacer nuevos amigos, y es realmente mágico por la noche. El pueblo tiene solo tres calles principales y puedes caminar de un extremo al otro en unos 20 minutos.

La proximidad de PM al aeropuerto y las terminales de autobuses lo convierte en una base perfecta para explorar la península de Yucatán.

Playa del Carmen, a solo veinte minutos en coche, ofrece clubes nocturnos, cafeterías y tiendas escandalosas.

Wonderful Week in Puerto Morelos

Great condo and good location...private pool and quiet beach...having a car is very helpful but it is walkable to town by "beach" route. The owner of #4 unit was very helpful on a few issues that occurred during our stay.

The house was beautifully decorated, and the living room was very spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared, and our 3-year-old son especially enjoyed the beach toys.The location was peaceful and quiet, yet very convenient. Getting downtown by Uber was easy and inexpensive, and the views of the beach and swimming pool were lovely. The pool was always clean and well cared for, which we really appreciated.We did experience a couple of small things during our stay. The shower wasn’t available on the first day, but the host responded immediately and took care of it. The water pressure was a bit on the lighter side, and there was a slight odor near the entrance and in the second bathroom, which may simply need a bit of attention.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt the house was a great place to relax. Thank you very much for hosting us and for your kindness.

We stayed in this apartment 6 years ago and when looking for a low stress trip to take from the US it made perfect sense to return to the same location and property we had stayed at previously. Off season, you basically have the pool and the beach to yourself; it is a gem. The property and pool are clean and well maintained. You can walk north and south along the beach for 25-30 minutes in each direction. The area is safe and clean. The town has grown a lot since we were last there; there is now a Chedraui supermarket in Puerto, more tourists, and more restaurants. The quality of the restaurants has declined (an abundance of Tex-Mex tacos) although there are a few places still worth a visit. For more authentic local food go across the highway to Villa Morelos. Don't miss the nearby La Ruta de los Cenotes. Cenotes Zapote was excellent.

Great time with the family.....

My family of 4 enjoyed the condo, pool and beach. The condo has a pool and ocean view from the living room and patio. Its about 1.2 miles from town or a 5 $ cab ride. I usually gave the cab drivers 6 or 7 usd and they were pretty happy. The cab to the airport is 25 / 30 usd plus whatever you want to tip. When I found a nice driver I asked the cab driver for his phone number and texted him when I needed a ride, always replied 10 mins. Its nice not to have to find parking in town. The condo and town were very safe. The neighbors in the complex were extremely friendly and helpful. They live there full time and I would not plan on using this complex as a party spot as its pretty quite. My 3 and 5 year old loved the pool and beach and look forward to going back. Wifi was good, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. We would return. Hope this helps......

Great place to stay for a relaxing time.

The property is well located an easy short drive from the Airport, very quiet. Perfect place to enjoy the beach. Puerto Morelos is close and offers a lot to do. Tomas is taking care of the property grounds and always there if you have any questions or need anything. We don't really like the big hotel places so this appartment was perfect for us. In the week we met a few people from the neighborhood and learned a lot about the local life and the environment. We highly recommend this place to stay around Cancun area.

We loved our time at Casa Del Mar #4

Our group of 4 stayed at Casa Del Mar #4 (ground floor unit) from Jan 21-29, 2019. The Unit was clean and cool upon our arrival. Other reviews mentioned the sounds from the washer/dryer conveniently located just steps from the door, but we didn’t notice that. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained by Tomas the caretaker. Tomas was also helpful with any concerns we had. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. We love to cook, and prepared most meals at the condo. I would have appreciated real wine glasses and plates rather than the plastic ones provided. The owner, Steve Snyder was quick to reply to all communication that we had. We would definitely stay at Casa Del Mar #4 again.

Your home away from home

My family loved the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and the decor was cute. We loved swimming in the evenings in the clean pool. The showers worked as intended and so did the AC. There is Direct TV and the TV's are up to date and working.

Lovely private beach!

Condo was very nice, fully equipped and lovely. The grounds and pool are nicely maintained by Tomas who lives onsite and helped with anything we needed. But really, there’s nothing better than your own private white sand beach - simply amazing! The condo is about 30 minute walk from town, so a car, a bike, or lots of cab rides are required but the peace and quiet and private beach were worth it!

Relaxing and perfect stay

Great condo right on the beach! Easy to find and far enough away from the all-inclusive hotels for a tranquil and relaxing stay. We only used one bedroom, and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space to put your clothes. The air conditioner works well, along with the ceiling fans. Very, very clean! Big refrigerator and gas stove/oven. The kitchen was well stocked with many utensils. If you enjoy cooking, this place will work for you. A big bottle of filtered water lasted most of the stay. The Dish television and WiFi worked great! There are two large supermarkets on the main highway that I purchased basic groceries. Went to Aki, which had better ratings, but it was still the basics. The taxi guy dropped me off and actually waited for me to take me back. I gave time 300 pesos for his time and trouble. He seemed very happy with it. The next day we asked him to pick us up and take us to Croco Cun zoo, and again he waited and dropped us off downtown after the tour. He charged 300 pesos. Nice beach right out back. Plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. We were approached by at least a dozen beach walkers wanting to know more about the property and price. We directed everyone to VRBO. We didn't use the pool as it was a little too cool and windy outside. But, it looked very clean and well maintained. There are 2 bathrooms. The master bath has fair water pressure. The smaller bath had less pressure. There is a shared washer and dryer right outside the entrance door. Worked well and we used it a few times. The noise from the laundry took a little getting used to, and most folks were thoughtful and didn't start a load until the morning. Lots of nice, quiet people renting here. This is a very good place if you have your own car, take taxi cabs or enjoy walking a lot. There is a phone right outside of the entrance door that you use to call a cab. They know the place well. It takes about 10 minutes for the cab to arrive. Most cabbies charge 60 pesos. If you find a cabbie you like and trust (most), get his card and call him directly. There is also the option to rent a bike for a few hours or days from the town center. I'd consider this place senior friendly. No stairs. Walk-in showers. Marble floor in shower very slippery. Steve, the owner was very helpful and all communications were professional with great customer service. We want to stay here again. Thanks to Steve for providing his place as a vacation rental. Much appreciated!

Great place for a relaxing time!

I had the great pleasure of staying at Steve's place over Christmas. It was everything I could have asked for! the only three things to note are 1. internet is kinda spotty (it is shared throughout the entire condo so thats to be expected) 2. one of the showers had hardly any water pressure, we couldn't use it. (but the main shower is amazing!!) 3. It is a little bit of a distance from town, so I recommend renting a car! Overall an amazing experience!!

My husband and I are recently retired - we spent four weeks at Casa del Mar - it was the best decision we made!!! This condo is so comfortable, it has all that you need - we felt at home! The AC, Wifi and satellite TV worked perfectly! Thanks for having a wide variety of chanels, it was nice to relax in the evening and watch a movie together. The view is amazing, we swam in the pool everyday and snorkelled in the ocean often! The location of the unit is perfect - so peaceful and quiet, which led to the best sleeps! Tomas, the caretaker was so helpful and pleasant. He constantly cleaned the walkways and kept the pool clean. The walk to town for seniors is doable- simply rehydrate at one of the many beach bars along the way! Steve thank you for being the perfect host! I enjoyed our telephone conversations, you answered all of our questions and responded quickly to our emails! We will definitely be renting from you again! Take care and bye for now:)

Know this...the condo is quite far from town. If you're fit you can walk along the beach in 20 minutes otherwise it's a 50 pesos taxi ride. I must have spent at least $70 taking taxis because there was no wifi. The ad says wifi. It needs to add the word unreliable....very frustrating when trying to deal with a family emergency.The shower is more of a dribble. The TV was from 1980 and seemed about to blow up. On day two, one of our kitchen lights stopped working and was never fixed. The kitchen cupboards/drawers are extremely cheap and ill-fitting. On the plus side, the view of the ocean from the second floor was almost worth the price alone. The pool and grounds were well maintained and Tomas, the caretaker, was as helpful as could be given his limited English. You can't help but interact with others staying in the complex. Overall, it was quiet and the beach uncrowded. Ocean swimming was great. Would I stay here again? No. Too much inconvenience for the price.

Susan, not sure you have the right condo in your response. Ours is Casa Del Mar #4, but we a had a couple stay in our condo from Feb. 22 to March 22 and have already booked for next year. Also, you mentioned a second floor view. We are located on the first floor facing the pool and ocean as the pictures show. Our TV is a HD flat screen we bought last year. I will say the wifi can be spotty, sometimes dependent on weather. But I am thinking you might have stayed in one of the condo on the second floor.

Already miss this place

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Casa del Mar. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions prior to ,and after securing the unit. We felt the price was good value for money. The location was perfect...we sometimes walked the 30 min to town along the beach, and often took reliable and reasonable taxis. The Casa is just private enough to feel like you own your own beach, but really is quite near other homes owned by ex-pats, and a little further up the beach the resorts start. The condo is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed,and the king size bed was very comfy . The AC worked great, however it was windy while we were there and we just opened the windows for a great cross breeze. The windows all have screens, and I was happily surprised to see no critters of any kind inside. The view from the livingroom is exactly what you see in the photo..pool and beach. Stunning, relaxing, and just step out the door and you are there ! My husband enjoyed watching football (soccer) in spanish, and the wi-fi worked quite well. We did have some trouble always having hot water in the shower, but it was warm enough considering the climate. There is a little laundry room directly across from #4, that was convenient. The pool was wonderful, the caretaker keeps it very clean..we were always the only ones enjoying it. Sitting out in the "backyard " on chaises, you can enjoy the sun, sea, the walkers and joggers from the resorts, and anything going on at the dock a few doors down belonging to UNAM ( institute for marine sciences ). We swam every day in the ocean out front, and the bottom is sandy. This condo felt very safe and secure, and we were very pleased to have found it ! We intend to be back ! Joy and Ken B.
