Esta hermosa unidad decorada de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en Romar House en Orange Beach se encuentra en el 4to piso. Esta unidad actualizada ofrece impresionantes vistas del golfo, un amplio balcón al que se puede acceder desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King size, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición de 48 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD y baño privado con una gran ducha a ras de suelo y vestidor separado. La segunda habitación cuenta con una cama Queen y la tercera habitación tiene una litera Twin sobre Full. Ambas habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana de alta definición de 39 pulgadas y comparten un baño con bañera de hidromasaje. Esta unidad también ofrece pisos de baldosas, cocina totalmente equipada con gabinetes personalizados, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable GE Monogram, máquina de hielo, mostradores de granito, isla y barra de desayuno. También hay una lavadora y secadora grandes, armarios empotrados a medida en el comedor con enfriador de vino, Wifi gratuito y un televisor de pantalla plana HD de 60 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD en la gran sala de estar. Esta unidad tendrá capacidad para un total de 9 invitados con un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Check in communication was great. Condo nice and private beach not too crowded. There were a few things that could be improved. Overall it was clean, aside from mildew/mold in master shower. The shower was very difficult to turn on. The master bed was way too firm. Felt like i was sleeping on plywood.

Beautiful property

This condo was spacious. Clean. Easy to get to the beach. Our favorite was the balcony. Full couch. Beautiful view. Made our vacation so much fun.

Amazing condo!!!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean, location was perfect with restaurants near! If you are traveling with kids this condo is perfect for you, the kids loved the bunk room! Check in was easy, check out was easy. We have stayed in many condos here in Orange Beach, but we have finally found one we will forever use! We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Perfect

The only negative was the construction, and we knew it was going on. Wasn’t too bad. Took me a minute to figure out the dishwasher and the ice maker/water in fridge needed a new filter. Will be back!

The shower in the master bathroom was nice but hard to operate due to a design flaw. Try turning a hard circle when your hands are wet! Anyway, all the beds, furniture and kitchen amenities were great, especially the ice machine! The main pool is under repair and not available. The smaller pool is available and it's warm and clean. The grounds are well kept and every common area is nice. We'd stay there again!

Perfect place for family

This was a perfect place for our family of 5! We were in town for a cheer competition at the Wharf, but wanted to stay oceanside. Everything was as described and very clean. We have a teenage boy, who needs his own space and twin girls with so much stuff, that the 3 bedrooms was ideal for us. We loved the trundle bed with the bunk bed. There were so many sleeping options for the kids and space for everyone. The beach was so close and the patio is HUGE! We ate meals out there, and hung out there in between beach visits. There is a Wal-Mart and Dollar General really close so we stocked up on groceries and the kitchen had everything we needed. It does have a gate entrance and we felt very secure. The pools were great, with plenty of lounge space. You do have to rent chairs on the beach, just a FYI. There are quite a few resataurants close by, in addtion to arcades/mini golf/etc. Definitely one of the nicest plats we have stayed, with just so much room! We were never on top of each other. Even had enough space to do the VR!

The overall complex is very well kept - everything from the elevators, to the pool area, to the beach! We had all of the appliances and cookware needed for a great stay. Liquid Life communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Picture perfect!

This condo has a perfect layout for families! It is clear, roomy, and has beautiful views. The only issue was the shower in the master bath. It is really hard to adjust the temp and I couldn’t turn it off without help. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo, great location!

The ONLY issue we had was with Liquid Life. I have been renting properties for several years, my parents always did when I was a child. Out of ALL of my experience, I have NEVER had to wait 2 hours after check-in time. When I read “check-in time begins at 3pm”, (to me) that means I have access to my rental ANY time after 3pm. Apparently that means whatever time they get the rental ready after 3pm. **Note taken for future renting.** I started calling every 30 minutes because we had 5 kids and two car loads with groceries that couldn’t be left in the heat. Nobody was rude from LL, but they wouldn’t give me any kind of time frame. When I put that much money in someone’s hands, that would be a professional thing to be able to supply a renter by with. I don’t like giving people a hard time, but this just didn’t seem right. Once we did access to the condo, it was PERFECT. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The balcony was amazing- we loved how spacious it was. I liked that the master bedroom was tucked away from the other rooms. The bunk room was perfect for two teenagers and the other bedroom for my two daughters to share. The master bed was pretty stiff, so if you like an ultra-firm mattress, it’s the one for you! This property does not have a grilling area, which we always plan to throw something on the grill one night, but OH WELL! Less dishes to do! :) Overall, we all had a great time and would recommend staying at Romar House.

had good ck in experience. very clean. finishes updated. granite, island. nice cabinets, wine cooler, great fridge, ice maker, fancy master shower. loved large balcony. building is close to water, so short walk thru sand. no Keurig, only mr coffee maker. would book again.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Romar House. Lacked a few basic needs- hand soap, salt and pepper, but nothing a quick trip to Walmart couldn’t fix. Great property, really enjoyed our stay.

Good, great place and location

Liked it a lot. View was amazing. Need some everyday things in there. No toilet paper!?! Loved the separate ice maker. The bed though, damn that was terrible. Like sleeping on plywood.
