Frente a la playa piso 6 condominio 1680 SF con gran balcón en Romar House

Nuestro condominio en el sexto piso de Romar House (en la playa del Golfo de México) ofrece mucho espacio y en 1680 SF a menudo es 200-400 SF más grande que otras 3 habitaciones en el área. Tenemos una espaciosa cocina remodelada recientemente (primavera de 2017) con una isla enorme, un amplio comedor, una gran sala de estar y un dormitorio principal que supera esa descripción. Las 2 habitaciones de invitados que comparten un baño completo también tienen un tocador en cada habitación. Nuestro amplio balcón tiene una sensación de privacidad en comparación con la mayoría: esta fue la razón principal por la que elegimos comprar esta unidad en comparación con otras opciones a menudo más caras. El dormitorio principal tiene 2 paredes con vidrio para vistas notables del golfo.

El maestro tiene un baño privado completo y una cama queen para dormir 2. El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y una cama individual para dormir 3. El segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen más una litera Murphy (2 camas individuales) para dormir 4. Las habitaciones de invitados comparten un baño completo y cada habitación de invitados tiene un lavamanos privado.

El condominio incluye un espacio de estacionamiento dedicado cubierto con un armario de almacenamiento a nivel del suelo que contiene sillas de playa, tablas de surf, refrigeradores y otros artículos de playa para nuestros huéspedes: no tendrá que alquilar sillas (¡$ 25 / día por 2!). Hay estacionamiento para un segundo vehículo en cualquier espacio abierto en terrenos de condominios - estacionamiento limitado a 2 vehículos.

Romar House incluye un maravilloso paseo marítimo en la playa, piscinas al aire libre, canchas de tenis, gimnasio y sauna, todo dentro de un área privada y cerrada.

Finalmente, tratará con un propietario que se preocupa y hará todo lo posible para garantizarle una estadía agradable.

Great summer getaway for big families

Great condo

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of the ocean. We were in walking distance of a few restaurants and a quick drive for everything else we needed. I really liked that they already had beach chairs and boogie boards for us to use. We definitely want to stay again at this location.

Beautiful condo

My family really enjoyed our stay at Rockhaven. We've stayed in many different condos in Orange Beach and this was definitely the nicest place we've ever stayed. Lots of great upgrades and amenities that made it a wonderful place to come back to after a fun day on the beach!

Wonderful experience!

The condo has everything that is in the description. The living and dining areas are much larger than typical condos. Although located in the midst of mega condo complexes, our part of the beach was never too crowded to find a good spot. It was stocked really well with everything you would need.

Enjoyable Stay

The property is beautiful, well stocked & spacious. We had a great experience. A member of the security team could use a little training in customer relations. On our first full day at the property, we mistakenly hung our damp beach towels off of the balcony railing. Just after 5 pm a security officer knocks , we answer the door & he says, “ You can’t hang beach towels off of the railing. It looks like wash day in the projects.” Several of us heard it & were very offended. Two days later , we are at the pool , it is just after 5 pm & the same security officer comes up to us & says , “ You can’t have food & drink at the pool.” A few adults were there with Yeti can holders. We began to gather our items & he stands over us until we leave. This was followed by an disapproving look from him toward our group. We felt very unwelcome. I did point out that the sign at the pool stated no food or drinks in the pool. We didn’t realize there was no food or drink at the pool. He quickly pointed out that new signs were being made. We had a 1 y/o & a 3 y/o with us. We were not rowdy & everyone except 1 person had a not alcoholic beverage on the pool decking. This was the only not so great part of our trip. Orange beach & the condo were terrific.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was very spacious and comfortable. The balcony has a beautiful view. So many amenities, it was so nice to have the beach chairs and sand toys provided. We loved it here and would love to go back!

loved our stay

well stocked and updated kitchen, great location, very nice complex. loved the use of the covered parking and the generous use of owners beach umbrella and chairs! the unit was in the process of being updated beautifully... would have preferred a king size bed in the master but the queen was fine. loved the electric grill on the balcony and the large washer and dryer! Owner was easy to get in touch with and we will definitely stay there again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time in this condo. It is beautifully put together. The view is wonderful and the owner is a phone call or text away. Our kids had their own space, the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee is amazing, and there is a 3d tv in the living room. Thank you mr. Rock for allowing us to reside here for a week because it was truly home away from home for us. I'm sure we will be back.

Beautiful Condo

We had a wonderful time on the beach! The condo was comfortable and had all of the amenities to make our stay exceptional! Watching the sunset with a cup of coffee on the balcony was a favorite time for me. The beach chairs and umbrella provided in the storage closet were great! Having them made our time on the beach much more enjoyable! Thank you!
