Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round. Whether relaxing indoors or catching up on work, this marvelous home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. There is a private office space with lake views and high speed internet service in the house.
An open concept kitchen, living room and dining space with high end appliances. Beautiful lake views from living room, den and master bedroom. . King beds. Wonderful outdoor barbeque and eating area overlooking lake. Best spot on the Shuswap within walking distance of the provincial park next door.
Moor your boat on the private dock out front. Jump into the lake for swimming. Great walking, biking, hiking and golfing in the area. Stores for necessities within Scotch Creek. Restaurants within walking distance and weekend farmer's seasonal market.
Plenty of parking on the property for a boat trailer and vehicles.
Looking for a discerning couple or family who will respect property and treat it as their own home during their stay. References will be required. Sorry no smoking or pets allowed. Longer stays can be negotiated for a reduced rate.
