Great Vacation!

We had the best time staying at the condo. Beautiful views of the beach and sunrises! Condo was very welcoming, clean and the pictures do not do it justice. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely look to stay again on our next visit!

Family time shared

The updated condo and open concept of the kit/dining and living room makes it conducive to family time and meals . The large windows and doors facing the ocean along w/the balcony and chairs and table facing the beautiful sunrises and pool deck are a plus!

2024 Spring Vacation

Sometimes everything just falls into place as this trip did! I consider this location in Daytona Beach Shores the most desirable area to be in. The condo itself was simply beautiful. Clean, neat and organized with all that was needed. But not only the condo, the pool deck, parking and common areas were immaculate as well. An incredible view from the patio along with gorgeous weather made it a fantastic time. This was our first experience with Vrbo, and went very well. A big thanks to Chris and Rosalyn for providing excellent communication and a memorable stay! Steve & Janice McKnight

The view is to die for.

This condo has wall-to-wall windows that face the ocean. The building is extremely clean and there is a manager on site. If you have any problems.The pool was crystal clear. Usually there are stairs that lead right to the beach, but there was a hurricane and they were in need of repair. But there is beach access only half a block away. I’m sure they will be repaired by the time you would ever rent here.

The breathtaking pool over looking the ocean was amazing! The proprietary and location was beautiful as well as the inside ! Can not recommend this place enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrific ocean location

Great view of the ocean. Watch the sunrise every morning from your balcony. King size bed is a plus. Kitchen is very well equipped for a cooking in, including spices. Shared pool is nice size and zero depth on one end. We stayed in in April and they turned off the pool heater for the hot Florida sumner. Pool temp was pretty cold the first two weeks. Condo is very comfortable. Be sure to check out Two Jerks Fish Market for fresh fish and scallops (you cook), oysters at Off The Hook, breakfast at Pats Cafe or the Cracked Egg. We heard Hulls is a very good seafood restaurant but never made it there.

Best VRBO Stay to Date!

We've have had other good VRBO experiences, but I can easily say that this has been the best that we have had to date. The reason for this began with the hospitality that were felt that the owners provided. Little things like having enough toilet paper on hand for our entire stay of nearly 3 weeks to having kitchen items on hand that you may only use once or twice during a stay such as aluminum foil to a variety of spices. The furnishings were not only adequate, but comfortable. The entire facility was spotless. The condo staff were personable and concerned with our satisfaction. Beach access was directly from the pool area and the beach itself was clean and easy to walk on.

Lovely condo, beautiful views.

Can't say enough good things about this lovely condo. The condo was very clean, well equipped and a perfect location for us. The kitchen had every kitchen appliance you could ask for, lots of dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Linens were abundant. beach towels etc. We were very comfortable for the 3 weeks we enjoyed. Hosts were very pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back in the future.

We loved it!

We’ve been vacationing in Daytona for 10+ years and this condo is in our top 3 favorites! It’s beautifully decorated and has a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable as is the sitting area in the den. The view is amazing. You are literally steps from the beach. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. The staff and residents of the condominium were also very friendly. We’ve stayed in some of the newer high rise condos where we haven’t had the same experience. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful property the lounge chairs could be changed as they are hard plastic and not comfortable

This was the first time my family stayed at this condo and we loved it .The unit was fully stocked with everything you could want lots of towels and the kitchen was full of any dishes cups bowls pots and wine glasses you could use.the pantry also had food supplies that the owner Chris and his wife informed us we could use .The unit was very clean and the king size bed was wonderful you woke up every morning to a beautiful sight of the ocean and the sun coming up .The only thing i would change would be another tv in the master bedroom i found at night when my husband wanted to watch sports i would need to go to the lobby to watch any shows i liked. But all in all we will be sure to book this condo again and hopefull for a month .

We've owned our condo since July 4th 2015 and love, love, love it here. We're originally from Vancouver, Canada but moved to Florida 12 years ago. We still have a place in BC and we go back and forth between these two amazing countries that we are so blessed to call home.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The beach is always different. The tides change constantly, resulting in a crystal clear flat ocean on some days, and waves big enough for surfing on other days. Mornings and evenings are so peaceful you can just relax on the balcony for hours. During the day on weekends in the summer is a chill party atmosphere with people coming to enjoy the beach. Always super relaxing but never a dull moment.

Condo is cleaned spotlessly between visitors to ensure a healthy and happy visit.
