Una nueva lista para 2018, este condominio bellamente decorado está convenientemente ubicado cerca de la Ruta 1, a solo 1,5 millas del paseo marítimo. Esta propiedad se encuentra en una ubicación ideal, a solo 1 milla del parque acuático Jungle Jim's, Park and Ride y a una corta distancia en automóvil de 2.5 millas de la playa de Dewey. Puedes disfrutar de compras libres de impuestos a la vuelta de la esquina en Tanger Outlets o disfrutar de un paseo en bicicleta por Junction & Breakwater Trail a solo unos pasos de la comunidad. This was our second stay at this property and we loved it just as much as the first time. The condo is clean and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and bedrooms that sleep as close to home comfort as possible. This condo will always among our first choices when visiting the area.

What a beautiful property. Very quiet and clean. The description was spot on. My family really enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool. We would love to return in upcoming years.

Great Beach House

This beach house was great. It had everything we needed. My boys loved the elevator access. It was a nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood. The Giant grocery store, outlets, hiking trail and beach access were all conveniently located closeby. We had such a nice time.

Great stay!

This was our first stay at this particular property when our usual yearly vacation condo was unavailable. We were definitely not disappointed! The property was VERY clean, the elevator made access to the top floor easy, and there was enough space for our family of 5 (2 adults/3 children). We will definitely be adding this condo to our list of go-to rentals. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us!

The property was amazing. My family and I had a great time. The only issue was with Remax not informing us the property was having a brand new AC unit installed which took from 8am - 5pm. The ac worked great before and after the install so I’m not exactly sure why it needed a new one. It was odd timing right in the middle of our week stay. Otherwise, great and would probably choose again for our annual trip.

Overall Great Stay

Cute little condominium with great space! Everything is a short drive to get to, but did not mind. Only thing that should be communicated a little better is the TV situation. There’s no cable, so you have to use the different streaming sites in order to watch tv.

Peaceful getaway

This well appointed, spacious condo provided an ideal location for a peaceful getaway to Rehoboth beach for our family of four. The condo was clean with a beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds. The week we were there the deck was being worked on so that is our only regret not getting to enjoy coffee on the deck. There are two pools-large and heated. Having access to pickleball courts was wonderful! The beach is a 5 minute drive and easy to access due to a nice side street. We would highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Rehoboth 2020

The property is clean and very nice. I mean for the new normal in 2020 it was fine. I think if you are looking to not have to drive almost everywhere this might not be the place for you. Close to a great bike trail. There is a pool and tennis courts on sight and everything seems well maintained. The check in and check out is easy but not in site. You do have to go into town, not far at all though. Plenty of parking.

Great place!

The condo was great. Very well decorated and upscale. The bedrooms were spacious and nice. The master was so big a king size bed would have been awesome.( hint) However all the queen size beds were comfortable. The complex was really nice and quiet. The pool was big but could have been cleaned better, the gym and clubhouse were very nice. It was easy to get to the beach and if you had a bike you could get to Rehoboth ave in minutes. We had a great trip.

Rehoboth Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at this property and it was great! We have frequented the Delaware beaches for many years and this was the first time staying in Rehoboth and bringing our parents and daughter. The location is perfect for getting to the main strip and the beach strip (about a 15/20 min walk to coffee, breakfast and shops by the beach and a 2 minute drive to the outlets). The pool was only a short walk from the condo and there is also a really nice playground for kids. Very quiet neighborhood so would be perfect to stay for a girl’s getaway or a romantic trip with your loved one, as well. The property was very clean, although there were a few updates that are due to be fixed, but nothing major. The decor of the condo was very tasteful, the owners have great style! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo right off the bike path

The condo was very nice, more than enough space for the two of us. Very close to the bike path with was very convenient for us. There was an elevator which was nice for the pack in and out as well.

Nice place to Stay

It was very clean and well-maintained. For those with young children, I would not recommend staying on the 3rd floor. I'll keep that in mind next year. Also, there is a glass coffee table in this home, and that is very scary for those with young children. Other than that, it was perfect!

Surprisingly Perfect

My husband and I have been vacationing with our girls at the beach for the past 6 years. This was the first time we stayed in Rehoboth, but we loved everything about it! Our condo was clean, had a fully stocked an updated kitchen and updated bathrooms. It was lovely. The large pool was still closed for construction, but we did enjoy the smaller one in the back! The condo was also super close to Jungle Jim’s, the boardwalk, Drive-on beaches, and so much more! We ALL had a great time and will most likely look to book this place again!

Great condo

Great condo! The property is just as described and shown in the photos, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location is great, too, less than 10 minutes from downtown and the beach. The community is well kept with lots of parking, great pools and beautiful grounds. Everyone we encountered was friendly and the rental company was very responsive and super friendly as well. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely, very clean and relaxing condo

Bright, airy and roomy condo. The elevator and single-floor layout was great for my mobility-impaired mother. Nice, well-maintained pool a few steps away that was never crowded. Easy parking and easy drive to the beach. Awesome management- very responsive and helpful! My only suggestion is to stock the house with more staples. In addition to towels & linens (not provided; bring your own or pay to rent them), there were no kitchen towels, bath mats for stepping out of the shower, kitchen sponge/dish rag, hand soap, other misc stuff that you don't think about until you don't have it! Had to run to the store for some of these items as soon as we arrived. Overall, we loved the condo and we had a wonderful stay!
