Meet up around the dining table for meals or board games, and then settle into the comfortable living area to stream your favorite channels into the evening. This condo also includes a private washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and central air-conditioning. Sleeping arrangements include two main bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms. The TV in the front bedroom on the second floor is for DVDs only (no cable or streaming). Both the living room and main bedroom are cable and streaming-enabled. The fireplace does not work and is off-limits to guests. The computers and printers shown in the photos are not available for guest use. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
