Need to reach the beach, plan a girls' weekend, or want to bring the family for a getaway? The Dogwood is located in the beautiful Reserve at Sandbar community. The condo is only 4.5 miles from Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, shopping, the Tanger outlets, walking/hiking, restaurants, or outdoor activities. Dogs are welcome!

The Dogwood has been beautifully decorated by our own MP Designs, giving a bright, comfy feel for travelers. The condo features:
3 bedrooms: King bedroom, Queen bedroom, and two twin beds
2 bathrooms and a vanity area with sink outside the King bathroom
1 sleeper sofa in the living area

Fully stocked kitchen, large breakfast bar with four stools, dining area table with seats for six, a living room with electric fireplace, sunroom overlooking the pond with a lighted fountain, and a patio, make up the rest of the condo. Tissues, paper towels, and TP are all stocked. Luggage racks included in each bedroom. Right outside the condo there is ample free parking!

There are four 4K televisions with a plethora channels. High speed Wi-Fi will allow you to stay as connected as you'd like while on vacation. We've had several guests working from the condo at the same time and there have been no Wi-Fi issues.

Sheet sets provided, just bring your own towels! We DO NOT provide towels, but there are several rental services in the area that have towels and other beach items available.

This fantastic condo has been available for year-round, short-term rentals since 2020!

The Dogwood was meticulously clean, cozy, and very well-stocked. The building is quiet and has quick access to beach restaurants and destinations. Owner provided tons of linens, pillows, and blankets. Beds were comfortable with lots of convenient extras like upgraded power strips for charging, night lights, and well labeled remotes. Owner is super responsive and we would highly recommend this property!

The condo was perfect for us. It was so well stocked w everything we could need. The sheets for the king size bed were SO soft, the mattress just right. The decorations were beautiful and not overdone. Being allowed to bring our dog was perfect. Loved the beaches, and shopping in the old town part of Lewes. It seems to be such a friendly place.

Could not use the jacuzzi tube because hot water ran out before we got it up enough.Also the TV in Master bedroom while watching it kept going blank and back on while watching shows untill the last night.

Excellent vacation place to stay! The owners are really wonderful, kind and caring people who communicate well with you should you have any questions or concerns. We did not have any issues. Everything was exactly as advertised. The condominium was very clean, comfortable, and roomy. It is local to many beaches, restaurants, souvenirs shops, grocery stores—anything you may need. We definitely plan to stay again next summer! Thank you Drew and Marci!!

Ideal accommodations

Our Mother/Daughter Weekend was amazing and the accommodations at Drew’s Condo made it too-notch. We have been to the condo time after time because of the location, homey-feel, cleanliness, responsive host and just overall attention to detail. Definitely will go back!

Family Vacation

The property outside was clean and well kept. The inside was also well kept and well stocked. Communication with owner was great. No smell in the residence, even though it was pet friendly.(I thought one of my family members was bringing their pet but that didn't happen.) Great experience. Peaceful outside sitting area great for morning coffee or a night time beverage. Great location easy drive to Rehoboth Beach or Lewes Beach, restaurants and shopping. 10 out of 10.

Amazing Vacation

Beautiful open floor plan with a cozy patio to enjoy a wonderful fountain. Quiet and well-lit community on the first-floor made it easy and safe to walk our dogs. We loved going to the pool and making day trips to Rehoboth. Easy access to Rt 1. Thanks for a memorable vacation.

“Everything Perfect”

This is the best place I have stayed and I’ve been renting in Lewes for 30+ years. Drew is absolutely an amazing host. It was so nice that he thinks of his renter’s needs. There was coffee, paper towels, tioletpaper, spices, plenty of pots and pans and dishes, etc. I was amazed. Most places I rented if you get anything you might have just items to get through the first day. Oh and he provided clean sheets when you get there, which less you have to pack. I could go on and on. “Very Clean” also. The location is great, pool is very nice, and area is nice and quiet. There is a Weis market, Walgreens, Dollar Store, and more which is like 2 miles away. I loved that because I’m not big on driving miles in the traffic down there. Lewes beach is close, like 10 miles. To sum it up, I Loved Everything about this place and would Love to stay again and again. “Thank you Drew, you are amazing and so is your property!”

100% recommend!

The property is even nicer than it looks in the pictures! Clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The welcome basket was a nice touch! The neighborhood is clean and nice for a walk. The pool is close and we used it almost every day. I was worried that it being an attached condo we would hear noise from other units but we never heard a thing! All the beds are comfortable and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. A nice quiet clean spot to come back to after spending time at the beach and the pool. We walked to Surf Bagels a few times, if you’re looking for good coffee/breakfast or a light lunch! Parking was right outside our door which was super convenient when arriving/packing the car to leave. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Our two families have travelled together for years and we recently decided to find our own getaway in Lewes/Rehoboth so that we can enjoy the beach, the state park, and everything the Delaware coast has to offer.

We've had great success renting our first condo, The Magnolia at Summerlyn. We have really enjoyed this experience and we came upon The Reserve at Sandbar condo and saw the possibilities to provide a wonderful getaway in this community. Little did we know that a worldwide pandemic would be part of our journey!

This is a quiet area that's very close to everything you would like to do for a girls' weekend, family or couples vacation. We have TV/movie channel entertainment, a small lending library for your stay, and board games. With a short drive you can reach the beach, shop, and dine in any type of restaurant of your choosing. Our first floor location gives you great access to a place to walk and Cape Henlopen State Park is just a few miles away.
