Liquid Life never sent me a code to get into the property, so on the day of check in we were delayed getting into the condo. The condo did not have a lot of kitchen items, very basic. The person at the front desk of the Oasis was not friendly or helpful. Staff overall at the property were rude and did not show great customer service. You pay a lot of money and spend a lot of time planning a vacation, and it is disappointing when the staff that work in hospitality aren’t friendly or helpful. Also mid week our door code stopped working, and it was a hassle to get a new one. The staff blamed us, saying “we must have done something”.

Thank you for staying at The Oasis at Orange Beach 2307. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I appreciate the detailed feedback about not receiving the initial entry code, the midweek code failure, the limited kitchen items, and the unfriendly/unhelpful front desk and property staff. I’ve flagged this reservation with our operations, maintenance, and housekeeping teams so we can review our pre-arrival communication and key-code procedures, audit kitchen supplies, and address the staff conduct you described. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

This was my first time staying at this property. The condo was very clean and we had almost everything we needed. The pools were pretty nice and access to the beach was nice.Check-in was AWFUL. It took almost 2 hours to get all of our luggage to our room. This is because for 30 floors there are only 6 elevators. You also have to pay 60 for parking.(2 vehicle max)Our Ac was having maintenance done and stopped working half way through our stay in the evening.Sent messages-no response. Called the help line and was told they will have to keep trying to contact someone to come look at it since it was so late. Luckily my husband reset the breaker a few times to get it to kick back on. But still got NO RESPONSE and no one came to look at the unit. Also there is no cell service in the room which sucked. I will not be staying here with this company ever again.

Thank you for staying at The Oasis at Orange Beach 2307. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, front-desk, and maintenance teams to investigate the long check-in/luggage delays (including elevator capacity and handling), the parking fee/communication, the AC outage and why a technician did not attend, and the lack of response from our helpline. I’ve also asked our team to review in-unit cell reception and ensure the listing clearly communicates any known signal limitations. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

Excellent stay October 2024

My family and I had a wonderful time over fall break staying in this condo. My kids have requested to come back to the same location in the future. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. A favorite was the ice machine! We look forward to staying again in the future.

Great condo, spacious and comfortable.

The condo was just as it appears in the pictures. Very comfortable and spacious. All staff was courteous and helpful. We loved the lazy river and of course the proximity to the beach. Liquid life was quick to respond. My only recommendations would be to take binoculars and try The Flying Harpoon across the street, everything we had was great!

Awesome Condo W/ Great Amenities!

We had a wonderful time in 2307! Four adults and two children with plenty room. Awesome balcony views and the most equipped kitchen ever, literally anything plus more in there. The only thing I’d say is a downfall to this complex is the lack of elevators, sometimes it took us about 20 minutes to get where we were going but otherwise everything was perfect!
