El segundo y tercer dormitorios tienen 2 camas de matrimonio con baño privado. Todas las habitaciones tienen una televisión de pantalla plana y DVD.

Overall good stay. beds comfortable, arrival was frustrating with elevator wait time due to everyone else arriving and people coming up from beach but elevator wait was not bad after that. The couches are not very comfortable to sit in but overall would stay again

NIce property just issues with elevators that got better as the week went on. Nice beach and pool areas, kids and adults really liked the river run pool.

Spring Break Getaway

This was a great condo for my family of 5! We loved the extra space and the amenities are fun for kids of all ages. We've have stayed at this Phoenix before, and we love it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was nice but there was a couple issues. The headboard is broke loose from the frame on the master bath. The ac doesn’t cool properly you have to put it on 65 degrees to cool off the unit and the humidity in the unit stays around 70%. The left shower head does not get really hot. The master bath right light bulb dims and brightens on its on. The refrigerator lights didn’t work. The curtain rod in the master bedroom is broke loose from the wall. Couple little issues but it was a nice place.

Everything was perfect but once we got to the unit for the first time there were dirty towels on the table and the floors were so dirty our feet were black from walking on the floors when we first got there.

The only issue we had was the elevators. We had to wait over an hour for an elevator the day we checked in. There are 6, but during check-in time that just didn't cut it.

My only complaint would be the elevators, sometimes we waited 20 minutes for an elevator to come to our floor.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The living/dining furniture is inadequate for a 3BR/4B condo. The only table is a tall pub with 4 chairs and 4 saddle bar stools at the counter. There is nowhere to put your computer without removing dining space. We entertain but didn't this year for that reason. The kitchen was totally absolutely inadequately stocked for someone who will be there a month. Several small appliances had to be tossed and replaced. The bakeware was worn out and a weird size. The cookware was scratched, mismatched, and worn out and the dishware was incomplete. There are no kitchen supplies (the ones provided by vacation rental were small and very low end) so if you plan to eat in or cook bring EVERYTHING (towels, dishcloths, detergent, dishwasher detergent, oven mitts, measuring items, salt and pepper, etc.). One of the bedrooms has no chest for clothing so you can't unpack. This was one of the top 3 worst condos we've rented in our 15 years of a month long stay in Orange Beach. However, if you're in and out all day for a short stay, it could work for you.

Took us almost three hours to get our bringing from the car to the room. I would suggest staying on levels 3-12 to eliminate waiting in the elevators. Excellent Stay

This place was fantastic! The resort is phenomenal, and this condo did not disappoint! There were 9 of us and we had plenty of space. The master bathroom and closet are huge and the 4th bath is a really great bonus. You won’t disappointed with your stay here. The view is outstanding! Bring binoculars! We saw sharks, sting rays, dolphins and more from the balcony.

The unit and property was great. The unit looked clean, but the floors needed a good scrubbing. I was surprised to have to pay for parking passes ($105), as a previous call mentioned they had passes for the unit. Other than that, all was wonderful

Beautiful destination very poor customer management service

The view was beautiful great location.... very poor property management... check in horrible .... was waiting forever to get the check in code so I can go into my room. My child was sleeping in the lobby .... people check out at 11 am and check in is suppose to be at 3 pm so I don’t know how you can’t manage and clean do the inspection on time .... went into the room and the floors were still wet... obviously seemed like they took 30 min to clean up the place.... also before my trip I tried messaging and asking questions no one ever got back to me.....: for the money I paid I think I should have gotten better service ...
