La Mer-athon es administrada profesionalmente por Oversee Rentals.

La Mer-athon está ubicada en el barrio de Blue Mountain Beach con acceso exclusivo a la playa del vecindario. Este 4 habitaciones / 3. La casa de 5 baños tiene una casa de piscina, piscina privada climatizada opcional, garaje para dos autos, carrito de golf para seis pasajeros y un hermoso patio cercado.

Amplio plano de planta abierto en el primer piso con techos de diez pies y acabados personalizados. La sala de estar cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana con sofá cama Queen. El comedor cuenta con una gran mesa de comedor de la granja con asientos para toda la familia con banquetas en un lado.

La cocina es una delicia para los amantes de la cocina con encimeras de cuarzo, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, electrodomésticos KitchenAid, escritorio integrado con acceso a WiFi y está abierto al comedor y la sala. Otras características incluyen una máquina de hielo y refrigerador de vino. Encontrará el primero de los cuatro dormitorios en la planta baja. Esta habitación se encuentra en el lado oeste de la casa y tiene un baño compartido con azulejos de mármol y tiene excelentes vistas de la piscina y la casa de la piscina.

We had a lovely stay at La Mer-Athon. The house was beautiful, comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat. The proximity to the beach was about as good as it gets without being directly on the beach. A quick walk or bike ride and you’re there in minutes. It was close enough to everything without being in the thick of the busyness of Seaside, Rosemary Beach and others. There was plenty of space for our party of 7 to spread out and not feel like we were living in top of each other. The beds were comfortable and the window ac units upstairs helped keep the bedrooms nice and cool. The built-in ice maker was a great touch. There were no beach towels, which was a bit of a surprise given its proximity to the beach. The exterior of the home, as well as some of the outside furniture, was starting to show its age and could benefit from some updates, but overall we had a great time and would most definitely stay here again.

The house was as advertised and we would stay again. High points: Super clean, easy and quick communication ahead of time about beach access, clear directions, labels on drawers and light switches, clean and perfect pool. The outdoor area (shower, hose, cabana with TV, foosball, etc) was great for us after a long day at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The ice machine was perfect and saved us from buying a million bags of ice during the week. The garage had chairs and an umbrella (which we didnt know about) but would have been great had we not arranged a beach service. Lower points (not low): Other visitors noted mattresses that needed replacing--this is true. House would benefit from a second a/c unit, but it stayed plenty cool at a lower temp. We ran into an issue with a clogged AC line the very last night and a ceiling leak on the 1st floor, but property manager visited and addressed this quickly. A plumber came while we were at dinner and quickly fixed the problem (and cleaned the mess). It was a beautiful house and we'd stay again (especially if they replace the mattresses!).

Family vacation

Really great property - outside area was perfect with two families of little kids. Beach was extremely walkable and golf cart made getting to restaurants easy. House was beautiful and well stocked.

Family Vacation

Perfect house for our family of 8! The house had everything needed for dinner nights in and it was a short distance from a few great restaurants! The golf cart and bikes made it an easy trip to the beach. The pool/pool house was a great way to end our days on the beach! We highly recommend this house!

Great house and location!

My family and I had a very relaxing vacation. The house was great! Exactly how it was described in the write-up. Pool was nice and the backyard space was a lot of fun! My kids loved the foosball table! Would highly recommend!

Best Family Beach House!!

We visit the 30a area every year. This home is by far the best. Kids 15-6 loved the foosball, bunk room and pool. The large table fit all 9 of us for big family dinners. Comfortable beds, great lighting, labeled drawers and light switches! The very best part was the short walk to blue mountain beach, coffee shop virtually across the street. I could go on…great property management!

Great place to stay and relax with the family

The property was as shown in the pictures. Great space and a lovely place to stay. The outside pool and garden house was a brilliant extra to the property and we really enjoyed that area. The children loved the pool and having it heated meant we could use it from early morning to late evening in January. Would definitely stay again and was happy that the property was up to the standard shown as we came all the way from Cornwall in the UK to stay at blue mountain/ Santa Rosa. The golf cart was amazing to have and use around the local area. Thanks

Family Vacation

Lots of little things to deal with over the first few days but the property manager was responsive and resolved everything. Location and pool are a plus. Cleanliness was lacking - floors were dirty, bathroom baseboards caked with dust and hair (I used Clorox wipes to clean) and lots of dust in the upstairs bedrooms. For those who want a true master bedroom and master bath - this house does not offer that. The master bedroom shares the master bath with the room w 4 bunks. Not ideal for us - others may not mind.

Enjoyable fall break!

We enjoyed everything about the house. It was perfect for our group which included 9 people and two families. We really enjoyed the pool house. The only complaint was there was no service for the pool house TV. We were able to connect it to our own phone based wifi router and use it thought. They were trying to get a new cable box but not in time for us to use it.

Great location

Great location, close to the beach, restaurants. Backyard was a bit tore up from the storm the previous day but only took a minute to clean up. Pool heater was not turned on for 2 days and had to ask the pool guy who came to turn it on to clean the pool but he did it quickly and it was sparkling clean. Never got really warm but it was refreshing when it needed to be so all good. Beds were comfortable and really liked the guest bedroom on the first level.

Great for Families

This property was great. Proximity to the beach was good and the golf cart made it so easy. Well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. The space was great for large groups- plenty of seating and entertainment space and 2 washers/dryers. The outdoor space was partially shaded, so great for some and the outdoor entertainment area was perfect for evenings. We have stayed on 30A several times, but I loved the pact of crowds in this area. The only thing I would recommend for the home is washcloths for bathrooms and better/more toilet paper. If I was picky I would have liked beach service as part of the rental as the public area is small- but this is available to purchase. All in all we would definitely return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to the Santa Rosa Beach area every summer. This place is incredible. The outdoor living was the best. We spent so much time outside by the pool and adjacent pool house. We only went in to bathe and sleep! The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The property management team was super responsive and helpful. We will be back!!

The private pool and pool house were an amazing bonus. The home is centrally located in the beautiful Blue Mountain beach area directly off of 30A. We enjoyed the beautiful beaches, local restaurants and shopping all within a short distance from the home. We loved the convenience of having both the golf cart and bikes for exploring the area. We look forward to returning!
