Condominio de lujo! Dos habitaciones (cama king, cama queen, sofá cama y dos baños completos). Duerme seis cómodamente, puede acomodar ocho. Balcón con vistas a la vistas del Golfo-increíble! Su suerte! ubicación más conveniente al salir de los ascensores, entrada protegida y sin largos paseos como la mayoría de otras unidades.

Este condominio fue comprado casi nuevo de gama alta a continuación, completamente remodelado. Cada habitación tiene un gran plasma de alta definición de televisión y decorada en colores de lujo. La parte superior de los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de línea con accesorios a juego, incluyendo cafetera / amoladora, de extremo lavadora de carga frontal y secadora, muebles y ropa de cama. encimeras de granito en cocina y baños. CALIDAD ático!

Perfecto para familias con niños pequeños. playas de arena blanca. Actividades que van desde el alquiler in situ: océano burbuja inflable con el montañismo, esquí acuático, párr vela, navegación, alquiler de pontones, viajes de pesca de altura y expediciones de buceo. Hay una isla unida de Alvin para ir de compras en el lugar de ropa de playa, así como, tienda de comestibles.

Cuatro áreas de piscinas para todos los gustos, más una planta de pulverización para los niños, parque acuático con toboganes y verter balde. Diversas actividades de fin de semana de verano dispuestas! bebidas para adultos en el bar junto a la piscina y parrilla también en la tienda de conveniencia en el lugar. Disfrutar de la música en curso mientras que flota el río lento o ver una película de buceo en verano. Todas las piscinas se calientan estacionalmente aceptar planta de pulverización.

Se nos ha dicho por invitado esta es la mejor unidad que hayan estado. Usted tiene dos sillas para tomar el sol con sombrillas privados creados en la playa todos los días, sin costo adicional a partir de mediados de marzo hasta el 1 de Nov.. Ellos se cobrará $ 35 cada uno por día si se alquila. No aquí, todo está incluido!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and organized. My three kids loved the bunk beds, and my husband and I loved the master! All of the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were even better. The couch was super cozy with tons of pillows to relax on after a long day at the beach. The free beach chairs were super convenient and we loved the spacious balcony. We have always loved staying at Splash and this condo is definitely our new favorite.. highly recommend. Tracy is also great at communicating and made checking in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for a family trip!

This was such a great trip! From the room and everything we needed being available, to the little water park downstairs, we enjoyed our stay with our kids ages 2, 4 and 12! The check in process was super simple. The owner was great and so helpful and patient with me, even when I was trying to get into the wrong room and wondered why our code didnt work! Haha! She was very responsive and kind! Elevator wait times would be the only "issue" I might mention, which was only an issue during peak times. One of the elevator issues on one day was due to a storm that came thru and caused a power flicker, stopping one of the elevators from working for a few hours. Nothing we couldn't manage though! Otherwise, this is a great place to bring kids to and will definitely plan to come again. The included beach chairs was a plus and so appreciated! Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your condo!

Great place!

We were very happy with our stay at 806W. The property manager replied immediately to a minor issue we had upon arrival and helped us work through the item. The condo was clean and looked just as it was pictured. The view was great, plenty of seating on the deck, and chair service at the beach was a plus.

We'll be back!

We had an excellent stay! Everything was exactly as described. The host is super responsive, kind, and helpful. The location and beach access are perfect. We also loved the splash pad and coffee/snack shop for convenience. Great experience and would definitely come back to this property!

Perfect stay!

This was our fourth trip to splash and our best yet! The unit was exactly as pictured as well as very clean and comfortable. The owner was wonderful about providing all details before we arrived, and she also gave us recommendations on some fun things to do that did not disappoint. We will be looking to book this unit again in the future!

Perfect Condo!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo!!! It's location was perfect - the 8th floor was the perfect floor to be high enough to see everything below but not too high for us scaredy cats! And it's located directly in front of the elevator so wasn't a ton of walking for our little ones!!! The condo was clean, furnished with everything we could possibly need and then some, and the owner's gave us tons of information/insight that helped our stay enjoyable!

FUN TIMES AT PCB SPLASH!

Fun for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is great for kids. Our 8 year had a blast! My favorite was the master bedroom. You can lay on the bed and see the ocean and was amazingly comfortable. The view was beautiful and the location was so convenient. The room had everything we needed. Our teens were able to walk across the road and shop around and were super close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Definitely a great experience... Tracy, the host was amazing! It’s obvious she takes a strong interest in the quality of the rooms and ensuring you are fully informed and equipped for about every activity available in the area. Also, she is very responsive. Amazing Condo!

I can't say enough positive things about this condo. It is as beautiful as the photos show. My husband and I traveled with our daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old granddaughter, and there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling crowded. I never sleep well away from my own bed, but the beds are so comfortable that I slept like a baby. Tracy is a joy to work with and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!! Thanks for a great vacation.

Beautiful condo!

It was my family and I first time on the beach and I would have to say it was amazing! Once we got in the room we was stunned of how clean and beautiful it was decorated!! The view from the balcony was breath taking! The condo had everything you need!! Tracy was so easy to work with she always emailed you or called you back and was very helpful with any questions you had. She had a list for you before you arrive of all the things you can do in PCB and that really helped because it rained one whole day while we was there! The beaches was beautiful and we loved how Splash had heated pools!! It was an overall PERFECT vacation!! We would definitely recommended this condo! We will be back soon!!

Condo was good size but needs updating

The condo is roomy, but needs a good updating sofa dirty and condo was dirty. The dusty old fake plants need to go, They need a new sofa it’s wore out and dirty. The pics of condo must have been taken 10 years ago. When we arrived condo was poorly cleaned the bedding was dirty and even blood on them. The host inTexas was nice and tried to get housekeeping back in there but took time . She tired to find us another condo but no luck. We got some more bedding a night or two later. She did reimburse us for first night when we were unable to sleep there.

Property wasn't cleaned well, dust bird poop on balcony, my husband stepped on a budwiser beer cap out on the balcony with his bare feet. Ceiling fans covered in dust, tv console covered in dust. Air conditioner wouldn't go below 68 degrees, strip of cabinet fell off, bottom part of dishwasher fell off. A game room was advertised but there wasn't a game room there,it was turned in to a cafe. A 20.00 fee for parking and property passes was instead 30.00.

They love me for this one! Splash has been the highlight of our lives. We have learned to stop and feel the ocean breeze and realize that nothing is more important than the time we share together. Driving 11 hours from Texas doesn't bother us either. We know its worth the drive to go to a place with not only so many activities to enjoy but, the most peaceful and beautiful place on earth (not to mention, enjoying it all right from your bedroom and living room balcony)!This is a family resort where you feel the excitement from children playing in the water park and pools, the families crab hunting on the beaches at night and the incredible sunsets and sea life you witness from your own balcony each morning and night. Out of excitement we purchased a top-end unit at Splash with 3 LARGE Hi-Definition plasma TV's with extended cable, 2 FREE beach chairs and umbrella set-up to enjoy during season and the best location as you exit the elevators directly into your unit (sheltered). We certainly don't have any regrets. In fact, we completely book up the summer months and often have repeats year after year. We know your family will enjoy this unit as much as we have! We will do everything to make sure you do!

Beautifully decorated with everything you need! Water park and activities for children! Free internet! Master bedroom and living area oceanfront. Location of unit is SO convenient, as well as, not too high or low on 8th floor. Located on quieter west end and only 5 minutes from Peir Park. Beach chairs with umbrella are setup on beach and paid for you to enjoy!

Newer Family Resort with lazy river/waterpark, quiet end of the beach, less than 2 mi. from Pier Park, huge Alvin's Island attached, bar, grill and coffee/ice cream shop, no other resort offers the water park atmosphere quite like Splash Resort.
