Disfrute de las amplias vistas de Westcott Bay desde esta casa recién incluida cerca del puerto de Roche. Esta casa de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños es perfecta para su escapada a San Juan Island.

El concepto de espacio abierto en la planta principal incluye una cocina bien equipada con un segundo horno recién instalado con opción de cocción por convección. La cocina se suministra con todos los electrodomésticos, incluido un lavaplatos, cocina eléctrica, horno de microondas y refrigerador. En el centro de la habitación del piso principal hay una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas.

La sala de estar está equipada con dos sillones, una silla cómoda y un Smart-TV de pantalla plana recién instalado, TV DIRECTA, DVR y altavoz inalámbrico con "Asistente de Google". La casa está equipada con servicio de internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. Nueva ropa de cama para 2019

A solo 5 minutos en automóvil, o aproximadamente a 15 minutos a pie del pintoresco e histórico puerto de Roche, que ofrece restaurantes, una pequeña tienda de comestibles y una variedad de tiendas y sitios turísticos. Debido a su vida vegetal única, Westcott Bay es una de las pocas bahías ambientalmente protegidas que quedan en la isla de San Juan. Eso significa que la bahía no tiene puertos deportivos comerciales, lo que la libera de la mayor contaminación de gas y petróleo de los barcos. Esta es una de las razones por las que Westcott Bay es uno de los principales productores de almejas, que son abundantes y fáciles de obtener cuando la marea está baja. Hay una granja comercial de ostras al final de Westcott Bay Road, a poca distancia de la casa, donde puedes comprar ostras Westcott Bay recién cultivadas. Otra característica única de esta propiedad es que está justo al final de la carretera de interminables cantidades de senderos para caminar en el Parque Nacional de Campamento de Inglés. The location is beautiful and private! The house was clean and well-maintained with lots of amenities. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

White Point Paradise is a stunning home and property located just outside Roche Harbor. It sits on quiet Westcott Bay with amazing views, a large deck with comfortable chairs and a picnic table for al fresco meals.The house itself is very comfortable and airy with an open plan and lots of windows for the living room, kitchen and dining area. The bedrooms are large, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Little Piece of Heaven

Our family of 7 enjoyed a beautiful weekend here. The location, view, bay, walks to Roche Harbor, and time spent together was near perfect. We enjoyed Friday Harbor, fed the alpacas, hiked, played games, and just felt like we took a step back in time to when the days felt slower and sweeter.

We were looking for a vacation home to wind down on San Juan Island as the final stop of our week-long trip through Washington. What we found was so much more. The house is spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly inviting. We were greeted by a family of deer upon arrival, setting the tone for a truly magical stay.Relaxing on the deck felt like watching a live stream from the Discovery Channel—we spotted a playful family of otters, caught glimpses of a fox, and even watched clams squirting water during low tide.Would definitely recommend this place!

Great house for our group

We attended my brother’s wedding close to Roche Harbor, this property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. Walkable to Roche, close to Westcott Bay Shellfish, great spot all around. Would definitely stay again!

Paradise

This house had wonderful energy and beauty all around. Beds were very comfortable and the gifts that we received from San Juan Property were amazing! I’m not sure how the knew my favorite wine and I had to go get more of the San Juan Roasters coffee after trying it. This house had everything we could have asked for and so lovely to walk around and explore the harbor. Can’t wait to come back…..

Nicely maintained home, on Wescott Bay, walking distance to Roche Harbor. King beds in each room the bedding is so soft and comfortable! Nice views from each room.

Looking for Orcas

We came to celelbrate ‘ever-body’s’ birthday. We had a good time at the property and loved the little black fox that came by… The property was clean and neat. The property was located in a good spot…but alas, we did not see the whales…boo-hoo!! We would likely book with this company again…

Magical vacation

We were there with our dear friends from chile and our adult children. The place had every detail you could imagine! The best rental place we have ever stayed at. Morning coffees in the balcony listening to the wildlife brought peace and serenity. Walking to roche harbor for sunsets was gorgeous!! Barbecuing every night marvelous as the sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped like no other. The bedrooms were huge and allowed our party of 8 plenty of space and privacy when needed. We recommend this rental hands down to all parties that want a vacation that they will never forget!!!

Wonderful property

We chose San Juan Island for a four day get away with our son and his wife. My father (83) benefited from the level entry, main floor deck and master bedroom. The home was clean and well cared for. The provided toiletries and coffee essentials were much appreciated. We loved the quiet surroundings, only using the television one evening for a college football game. The family of otters nearby was a joy every morning. We highly recommend the statue garden and the visit to the McMillan Mausoleum. If we return to Friday Harbor we would definitely rebook. It is perfect for four couples, though we were only a party of 6.

Great Rental Property

Re arrived to huge plantings of flowering tulips and daffodils. Very inviting. The kitchen was very well stocked. We wanted for nothing.The property is set up with a nice master suite upstairs and 3 bedrooms that share a very small bathroom downstairs. The shower is tiny (kind of like in an RV). It worked and was serviceable, mostly because only 1 couple was downstairs using it. If you have all 3 bedrooms down there filled, I think it could be tough to share the tiny bathroom.

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay with good location, short walk to Roche Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Friday Harbor. The tide goes out so if you plan to SUP or get in the water from the property, you will have to wait until the afternoon to do so. The property was in great condition, but there were no extra blankets or pillows in addition to no beach towels which is confounding considering we are on an island surrounded by water. There is a strict no check-in before 4 PM, not even 1 minute, or there will be a half-night's stay charge applied. It seemed aggressive. Overall, it's a great property, but could be improved with some details considering the price that is charged.

It had nearly everything you could possibly require, and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 12 people there. The beds and pillows were fabulous, my mother stripped her bed to determine the brand so she could replace hers at home. The only thing they don't have are speakers for music. We prefer music to TV most of the time, so that is just a personal reference. Lastly, the top of the stairs has an apprx 6" gap between the railing, top step and stairwell. It's hard to explain but I was concerned because we had guests ranging from 2yrs old to 92, for the rest of us, it wasn't a problem.Those two are very minor issues, otherwise the house was truly amazing. We had an excellent time!

Great spot for a family getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely family reunion at White Point Paradise. The kitchen was fantastic with basically a fully stocked pantry. So we didn't need to buy staples like flour, sugar, salt, even olive oil and spices. The communal spaces were great with plenty of seating and the deck overlooking the water was really relaxing! My only complaint is the downstairs bathroom that is shared by three King bedrooms - so potentially 6 adults. It has no fan, so has a very musty odor. The shower is so tiny that you bonk the door every time you move and never really get "clean." It feels more like an RV or a boat shower. There was a medicine cabinet on the wall with the mirror and two of the three shelves removed, so no where to store things and no where to put on makeup. Compared to the rest of the house, this bathroom sticks out as really needing some attention, especially if used by 6 people.

Not worth the price

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is decent, I guess if you want to be close to the resort then pretty good. Unfortunately it was much more dated than we expected, the newer-ish appliances make you think so but nearly everything else must be original, carpet and all. I was also disappointed that when we arrived there was a very very strong odor of pine sol, it took a while to dissipate. Most of the windows along the water side don’t open and you can’t create a good flow of air. There were also dead flies everywhere and along all the window sills. Deck and views are good, keep in mind this is the shallow end so when the tide is out it’s hundreds of yards of mud in front. My least fav of 3 places we have rented with SJPM and I think most expensive.

We were attending a wedding and all the associated celebrations at Roche Harbor Resort so it was important we be close. It is def. with walking distance but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. (There is a hilly route and a flatter route to the resort btw) House was clean, beds / linens cozy, well equiped with everything you'd need (in the kitchen, washing machine, games for kids and adults, books galore). And a beautiful, serene view we loved each morning. Furnishings and carpet a little dated but we were very happy we chose this property.
