Enjoy the beautiful waterfront of Westcott Bay. Only a 5 min walk from Roche Harbor Resort, marina, restaurants, shops, spa, tennis, swimming, sculpture garden and more. Explore the bay in one of our kayaks or just sit on the deck enjoying the serenity of nature.

You're likely to spot eagles and osprey, harbor seals, deer and fox. At night, more stars than you can imagine. Relax and unwind, and give in to island time.

The space was clean, well-distributed. We had options to stay on the first floor or go upstairs. The view was terrific. The kitchen was extremely well stocked - a nice quality given that you are not near grocery stores or restaurants. Terrific sound system (and for our taste, music selection). Those of us who checked out the hammock give it a thumbs up. We had just enough clouds to prevent great skyviewing, but I bet on clear nights the sky is beautiful. This is a peaceful location, but not far from “main drags”. Perfect for us.

Wonderful location, 0.8 miles to Roche harbour. The owners are great to communicate with and assisted us with all our questions. Love to come back next year.

Perfect island retreat! Very well stocked kitchen- we found everything we needed to cook. Location on the beautiful Westcott bay made an easy walk to Roche Harbor groceries and restaurants. The bikes and kayaks are an added bonus. The house far exceeded our expectations.

Great spot for an “On Island” adventure

This is a great place. Pretty clean and reasonably comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen although the stove top and oven need replacing. The knives are as dull as a 2x4. There is some kind of silicone material covering the kitchen counters that is a bit funky and hard to clean. They need to address this for what they are charging. The bathrooms are clean and serviceable. all of that said it is a great place. We would stay again. The quiet and views with claming right out the back door plus daily visits from black tailed deer and silver/black foxes are amazing. Located walking distance to Roache Harbor with a small general store and some great dining and cocktails. Hard to beat except for the kitchen counter tops and weak appliances.

Stay at roach harbor

Property was comfortable, spacious and with beautiful view. Kitchen was well supplied although knives were very dull and stovetop difficult to figure out. Bathroom sink drain was extremely slow. Nevertheless we Would stay there again.

Wonderful Vacation

We absolutely loved this house. It's right on the water, and the owners provide so many fun things. It was the perfect home base for a San Juan adventure, but there was plenty available to keep you occupied if you never wanted to leave the house. The only negatives were the hot water ran out quickly and the upstairs bathroom had a bit of a smell. But these weren't issues that ruined our fantastic week there.

Lovely stay, very comfortable and convenient

Our family of eight people, including two small children, had a wonderful time here. It's our second time booking this house, and we plan to book again next year. It's always clean, has all the kitchen supplies you could possibly need, and is conveniently located near Roche Harbor. We drove back and forth, but you could easily walk if you don't have small children trying to keep up. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great time!

Nice Stay w a few exceptions

The house was nice in a great location. We had some issues with the condition of the crab pots and one of the kayaks, but the owner was very nice about it and offered us a small refund as that is the main reason we rented this home. If you are going to go crabbing, make sure the ropes to the pots and the hole in the one single kayak are fixed first. I would also recommend some type of umbrella for the back deck. The hammock was amazing!

Great location!

Beautiful waterfront home in a great location close to Roche Harbor. Property was very clean and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, supplies, and some basic cooking items. We briefly met our host and she was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Trip to San Juan Island

This property was an amazing stay. My friends and I had a great time exploring San Juan Island and the property was the perfect place to stay. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Roche 2024

Property is showing it's age. Septic alarms one night, broken water line and flood another day. Property management response was excellent but we lost 2-3 days of vacation waiting for repairs. House is well equipped but barbecue was too dirty to use. We had to share the property with 4 owners family members unexpectedly which limited our privacy. Dock was very useful for boat access and sitting. Overall a good vacation but we would not rent again.

Great location and well maintained.

The location is ideal, walkable to Roche Harbor and in a beautiful setting on the bay. The owners stay in an adjacent cabin, and are very friendly and helpful. We used the bikes and kayaks which are major plus. The home is well maintained. The kitchen is fully stocked (spices, utensils, etc). One minor thing is that the main bedroom shower is tiny and tricky to get water temp right, but fine. Would rent again.

May Wedding
