Nikte # 1 es un condominio espacioso y bellamente amueblado con maravillosas vistas sobre la piscina y la bahía del Mar Caribe. Esta unidad de lujo de 3 dormitorios se encuentra en la parte central de Half Moon Bay de Akumal, cerca de los restaurantes La Lunita y La Buena Vida, ya pocos pasos de muchos servicios locales, incluido el acuario natural que es la laguna Yalku.



El condominio cuenta con un gran plan abierto, sala de estar / comedor / cocina y todas las comodidades modernas, como AC central, TV de pantalla plana y WIFI. Una gran terraza privada conduce directamente a la terraza de la piscina y la playa y la bahía más allá de eso.



Akumal es una pequeña comunidad de playa con habitantes de mentalidad ecológica y dos bahías de natación que son el hogar perfecto para una diversidad de vida marina tropical y tortugas marinas en peligro de extinción. Akumal se encuentra a 20 minutos en coche de los populares centros turísticos de Playa del Carmen y Tulum, y a solo una hora al sur del aeropuerto internacional de Cancún.

The location is good proximity to food and the store just across the street. Anything we needed Scott and his team were there for us. Guadalupe was there everyday to tidy up or anything else that needed attention.

Nikte is always fantastic. We'll be back!

We've stayed at Nikte multiple times. It's a beautiful, well-managed and maintained property. The property management is always friendly and responsive. This time, communicating with Scott through WhatsApp was easy and very effective. Check in was a breeze. We simply used the code we were given for a lockbox with the keys. Nikte is perfectly located in Akumal, a short walk to the La Buena Vida restaurant and Yal Ku lagoon. We use it as our home base as we take day trips to the numerous beautiful cenotes in the area. When we want to just relax, we hang out in the beautiful, clean pool, or head down to Lol-Ha restaurant on Playa Akumal.

Perfect spot to relax

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently visited in April for a friends trip. Ground floor is perfect for walking right out to the pool. Three bedrooms, three bath, tons of space. Right across the street from convenience store which was a plus for picking up a quick drink or snack. Large couch and cable tv was perfect for a rainy afternoon or a siesta. April weather was perfect - warm but not blazing hot, only one rain shower, and no bugs. Property management company was easy to book with and available throughout our stay if needed.

Great location and area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth trip to Half Moon Bay. We have stayed at other condos, but if you need a third bedroom, Nikte or Nikte-Ha, next door, is the place to stay. We stayed in Unit 1, which is on the ground floor. You can walk outside your bedroom right past the pool and onto the beach, about 75 feet away. You are close to most restaurants, although if you continue down the road to the second condo complex, they have a office that rents golf carts. Alejandro is the man to see. He has newer powered golf carts and the cheapest price. Deal direct with him to save money. Renting a golf cart lets you do over the bridge to the old town. Many Mom and Pop restaurants and sidewalk cafes. They have a market to buy fresh fruit which you really can't on the ocean side of Akumal. We just love this area. Laid back, you can snorkel right off your condo, and restaurants within walking distance. We went in the off season, late October, and many times you could look up and down the beach and maybe see five people. If you like laid back, this is the place to go. If you like the nightlife and parting to 2 am, head to Cancun or Playa.

Wonderful Akumal Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented two 2 bedroom units (#2 and #5) and one 3 bedroom unit (#1) for our family of 6 adults and 5 children ages 7 to 14. My experience of working with Akumal Direct was terrific. They were very helpful in getting the details of our trip organized, from the shuttle to and from the airport, to a chef to provide dinner for us when we arrived as well as arranging for the golf carts. They responded quickly to any questions I had and very informative. The units were in very great condition, clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was adequately supplied with utensils and dishware. The maintenance crew did a great job with the pool and getting the area around the pool refreshed each morning at 8. The maid service came in each day and were very friendly and efficient. Fortunately my wife speaks Spanish so we were able to communicate with the maid. Akumal is pretty laid back with small tourist shops and a good selection of restaurants. There are a lot of rocks as you get into the ocean which made it a challenge. But once you were past the rocks it was great. The kids had a ball playing in the waves and really enjoyed the small pool in front of the condo. Definitely would return in the future.

Property Great, Seaweed Bad

This property was incredible. Bring on the first floor with a patio, the pool, and the ocean right in front of you was perfect. The only real qualm to be had with the property itself was that there are like 10,000 light switches, so it's not easy to figure out or remember what controls what. There's a little mini-market right across the street behind the building. This place was the absolute best. Great amenity. The really bad thing about the experience had nothing to do with the property per se. The Sargazo seaweed. The listing warned of the possibility, and my wife and I had experienced it before on our last trip to Riviera Maya. We booked last minute and tried to use online tracking maps to avoid it, but there was a ton of Sargazo on the beach when we arrived. Again, no fault of the property's, but the beach was unusable, and it definitely killed the mood to a degree. This is our second time in a row visiting Riviera Maya during the summer. Next time we may try to go during the winter to try and avoid the Sargazo.

TV was Netflix and Amazon Prime, but no network channels. We brought our own Firestick to get those channels
