¡Bienvenido a Cambios en las actitudes en Folly Beach! Esta propiedad de 3 dormitorios / 1 baño es perfecta para el retiro familiar en la playa o para una escapada de fin de semana. Home tiene un amplio porche con mosquitero para opciones de vida al aire libre. La propiedad está ubicada en la planta baja del dúplex que permite un fácil acceso sin escaleras. Los propietarios realmente no escatimaron en gastos para convertir esta clásica cabaña Folly en un fantástico destino de alquiler. El plan de piso abierto incluye TV de pantalla plana, cocina y comedor. La cocina se ha actualizado con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, encimeras de granito y todos los utensilios de cocina que necesitará. Todas las habitaciones tienen ropa de cama nueva y ropa de cama de alta gama. Dos de las habitaciones incluyen una cama queen, mientras que la tercera habitación es perfecta para los niños con una cama litera. great little place with a great location

This little place is convenient to the beach and the main drag of FB. Newly renovated it, provided everything our family of five wanted for our stay for the price offered. Clean.

Perfect beach house

Excellent set-up

The house was better than expected. It was bigger and nicer than I expected from the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. I would certainly return and stay again.

The location was good close to the beach but the cleaning needs to be improved. Took a shower when I got there got out of shower to walk to living room and bottom of my feet was black that fast. Cob webs everywhere

The property was ok until the sewer backed up

The location was great and initially we were very excited. They were having sewer issues which we were not told about initially. Once it rained the yard, our stuff , us covered in unpleasantness --- not such a great experience , especially since the pump wasn't working and they knew of the potential problem. Property management found us another place to stay, which was great. Much farther away from the beach and the fun of Folly -- not compensated for anything. I understand things can go wrong but ......

Great Location, Good for 3 or less People, not luxurious, no amenities.

This place is way too small for a family of 5 unless the kids are little. The pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is. The house will sleep six, but there is only seating for 4 on the porch, at the dining table and only 2 in the living room. Luxury bedding at stated in the VRBO description....not really. The fishing pier....under construction, that should be updated on the VRBO website also. Looks like it has been underway for a long time and doesn't look close to being finished. The road in front of the house also has a lot of construction going on and it is a very busy street with constant car and foot traffic so not really a peaceful place to relax. The porch is pretty dirty and the furniture is not comfortable. I know it's difficult to keep it clean with all the sand blowing, but the walls have dirty marks all over them and the place looks like it needs a good hose down. Would not recommend for people over 6 feet, my husband and 2 sons had to watch their heads so as not to hit the fans, the ceilings are pretty low. For our family with 3 large teenagers this house was too small. It was all about the location which was really great. Easy walk to the shopping area and to the beach. I would call it adequate, but I wouldn't recommend staying here with more than 3 adults or teenagers.

Quick Folly Trip

Rental agency was fantastic to work with after our original reservations fell through due to unforeseen circumstances. Could not recommend this location and agency any stronger. We will return!

Family vacation

I enjoyed this vacation with my daughter and grandchildren. The house was very nice and clean. The ocean was within walking distance and we enjoyed walking downtown.

Not enough linens and washcloths

There was only 1 washcloth and 2 towels per person. If you’re there a week, this is no good. There were no sheets for the pull out couch. Dishes were dusty on the shelf and trash under the couch from previous guests.

Mother daughter weekend

This property was great! It was clean, our only complaint was we walked in to a “water bug” on our bed. Understood this is a bit out of the control of the management company! Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Great Location

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I should have read the fine print because I didn’t realize that there isn’t a tub and we have a toddler. The yard could use some work, the porch could be cleaned up, and it wasn’t overly clean inside. Seemed a bit overpriced for a cinder block basement apartment (we stayed in the lower unit), but the location is great. Super convenient to the beach, the pier, Center Street, and Bert’s.
