The most amazing ocean view I've ever seen.We had a thunderstorm that stayed off in the ocean, but the sky above us was clear, and there was a meteor shower with shooting stars. We've stayed in this community 3 times but this was infinitely better.

Great location

Great location with sea views. It could be even better with some blackouts in bedroom windows. Safe neighborhood, amazing beach and stunning terrace, it has it all.

Always great to visit Villa Seagull. We delivered 200 pairs f eyeglasses to Grange, Chester Castle, Burnt Savanna and Sandy Bay. What a great place to relax after volunteering!

Amazing

We spent 9 nights here and loved it. The cliffside location is amazing with beautiful sunsets. It's a short walk to the pool and beach. We went to 7 mile beach one afternoon and actually preferred the complexes private beach cove.

A week in paradise

Our family of five had a wonderful week at the property. The pool and beach were a 3 minute walk and my kids spent hours snorkelling around the reefs. The villa was fully stocked with everything needed and more.

Wonderful stay!

The SeaGull was my family's home for a month, and it truly did feel like home. The owner, Andrea, and the house manager, Sherrine, were on top of things throughout our stay and made sure we were stocked up to weather the hurricane. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well maintained. From the backyard you can sit in the gazebo or walk down the private steps until you're almost touching the water. The community is extremely safe, with a gated entrance and security guards patrol regularly. The clubhouse has a little store, the beach (with great snorkeling) and large pool, and is only a short walk away. We miss it already!

A nice nest!!

The place was as described. The only issue we encountered was the condition of the gas grill. It was our intention to grill daily and have a chef grill one evening. Well, the grill is in such poor shape, neither happened. This forced us to eat dinner out nightly and became extremely costly. I would have appreciated the operation of the grill to prepare grill fish etc. The inability to use this put a damper on our trip.

Below standard

Little Bay is like our second home. We have been coming to little bay since 2019. we travel twice a year to Jamaica and always stayed in multiple units in little Bay and we are generally are happy with cleanliness and the homes’s aesthetic. This is the first time we experienced this poor kept home. This property is lacking in so many areas, it would take me two pages to describe the horror we experienced. The place is so run down that it looks Dirty, the faucet, sinks, showers has lime build up and rust. The molding around the house are brown instead of white, the doors to the rooms, bathroom and front door are scuffed really bad they look dirty. The fridge did not work on arrival, they attempted to fix it, claimed that they did. However, it worked for a few days then leaked the rest of the time. The microwave never worked since check in. The water pressure was low on day two. There aren’t any instructions how to remedy any of these issues in the manual left on the table. I figured thinks out because of previous stays in the other units. We found a lizard in the bed & crab in the master bedroom. The shade in the kitchen is broken which kept the kitchen hot when the sun is at its peak. The towel and sheets were so old they are gray instead of there original color white. The Ac units took 10hrs to cool the house down. Underneath the Ac unit some patched area with a different color paint, there is also cracks on the walls ceiling. 1 Positive, view is amazing..

Birthday Celebration

My Family enjoyed staying at Condo. Everything was as seen in the pictures. The kitchen lacked nothing, our chef really appreciated that. There were two incidents and Sherrine was just a phone call away. We felt safe and secure. My family cannot wait to return.

September visit

Property was excellent. View is amazing, beach and pool were very relaxing. This is a great time of year to go with little crowds. For the most part, our time spent at the pool and beach was just us a few couple others. Good snorkeling off the beach. We did experience a water outage in the area due to a main pumping station but it was resolved in a day. It affected the whole area and the resorts we bringing in water trucks to supplement. The place had everything we needed and the cleaning staff was very friendly and stopped to check on us during our stay. Air conditioning system upstairs took some getting used to but worked great once you settled in the room. Couple small suggestions. - A few more ice trays would be great. Ice is hard to find - For 2 couples, it would be best to have the second bedroom as a queen bed vs 2 singles. - Coming from Montego Bay, if you plan to cook in any, best to stop there and pick up your supplies there. The grocery stores around Negril have basics. Also recommend hitting the duty free liquor store at the airport. Lastly, get some Jamaican dollars at the bank as American dollar is taken but often at not the best rate.

Great 6 week stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many units at Little Bay Country Club. This unit tops them all so far. It's location on the cliffs provides amazing views and sunsets. We were welcomed with cold beverages and a generous variety of snacks. The unit is nicely decorated and the orchids (they are real ones) were blooming and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. When I couldn't find something that I needed (a cutting board), two were delivered the very next day. Overall the unit is very well maintained and the unit has great management. The owners are fabulous hosts and they have a solid team (Dane and Shareen) to address any unexpected problems efficiently. We can't say enough about the experience and stay overall. We have already booked for a month in 2021. If you haven't stayed at Little Bay Country Club, a few things that are worth mentioning (but are no reflection on this particular unit) - there is new construction in the community so at times the construction noise and jackhammering is overwhelming but it should be done in the next 6 months. The sand fleas are relentless at times so be prepared with bug spray. Highly recommend Curtis and Andrea's place! Looking forward to returning.

Magnificent house at a beautiful and very relaxing place spot

The accommodation fully made up to our expectations! The villa is very new, spacious and well equipped (kitchen, towels, internet). The lawn behind the villa stretches till the cliffs and had a great view on the Caribbean See and beautiful sunsets. The pool and beach which are non-public and therefore very quiet, are a few minutes walk from the house. The beach is a great place for snorkling with some small reefs close by. The host is very responsive to questions and request. I would definitely recommend this place to friends!
