Esta casa es una villa frente al mar en Little Bay Country Club, una comunidad cerrada de lujo en Negril. Esta espectacular villa con su propia playa de arena blanca y de borde infinito piscina privada está a sólo 45 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. La comunidad se encuentra en una estrecha península rodeada por el océano en ambos lados y está cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas.

La villa cuenta con tres amplios dormitorios cada uno con vista al mar y el Maestro baño en-suite. Las tres habitaciones están arriba. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado split y HD televisores LED. La villa está muy bien decorado con una mezcla de elegantes piezas nuevas. Todos los baños, las terminadas en piedra natural, mármol o granito, tienen cabina de ducha. Relájese en la suite principal completa con un lujoso cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha y bañera tipo spa mientras ve la puesta de sol. Esta suite se abre a un amplio patio de arriba, donde se puede disfrutar de la impresionante amanecer en la mañana o tomar el té por la tarde mientras ve las aves del Little Bay Marine Park. Disfrute de la playa romántica en la que se puede asar a la derecha comida favorita en la playa mientras cena con velas rodeado de antorchas.

La Villa se completa con una sala de estar con aire acondicionado, sonido envolvente Bose y 70 'TV de pantalla plana también tiene una cocina exquisita donde se puede producir comidas excepcionales. El alquiler incluye WIFI gratis, TV por cable, ama de llaves y jardinero para atender todas sus necesidades. Relájese en la playa o tomar una copa en la piscina.

Usted debe visitar el mundialmente famoso Ricks Café. Ubicado a cinco minutos en coche de la villa es fresca parque acuático Runnings, Margaritaville y la Selva Discoteca.

Absolutely marvelous

The pictures of this property does not give it the total Justice it needs. I live on the island of Maui, Hawaii. When I got to this place in Jamaica and I walked into this property I said WOW!! 😱 My guest and I walked through the house and just was amazed how clean how everything was in place and how fantastic it was. 👏👏👏 Then we walked outside to the backyard and it just BLEW US ALL THE WAY 👀 THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR. Now I am used to seeing things like this here in Hawaii especially on the island of Maui. To see it there was just breathtaking. Only thing I can say about this place is WOW. It is simply a fantastic place to stay very comfortable, very inviting and very hard to leave. If I get to come to Negril Jamaica again, that would be the place that I will stay every time. The host was very prompt in getting back to us. Whenever we had a question. Was there to greet us and show us all the things we needed to know about the place. If you get a chance to stay there, I'm absolutely positive that you will have the same initial views when you walk into that place and see it. And when you walk out to the backyard and see that fantastic view that we got up every morning and sat out there and watched as we had coffee and breakfast. I want to thank the owner of the property for putting together. Such a fabulous place. Spectacular place into all that's maintaining it. You guys are doing a great job. I applaud you 👏👏👏👏👏

An Irie Time

I cannot say enough about this property. It was immaculate, the views were stunning and customer service was excellent. They literally thought of everything we would need. The property is beautiful and the view from the backyard was just WOW! We felt safe and could see security constantly patrolling the property which made us very comfortable. They provided a driver and she was a blessing. We would definitely return.

Great Stay

From the time we checked in until the day we left, the service was exceptional. Ann Marie was always available and ready to assist. The house cleaner did a wonderful job as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Property

Great ocean views from property itself. Was pleased to find that each bedroom had its own balcony. Short walk to pool and beach. Concierge assisted with finding airport transportation and charter options and was able to answer questions as they arose.

Relaxing!!

My husband and I have stayed at this condo 3 times now so that in it’s self should say something.The staff are amazing friendly and very trustworthy.Ann Marie makes sure everything is up to par and that you are comfortable and well taken care of.She also cooks some amazing meals for us at a rate that you would have to discuss with her.Kay Ann is the housekeeper and is fabulous at her job.The grounds and view are stunning with beautiful sunsets.It’s also like a 3 minute walk to the private pool and beach which is beautiful.Safety is also top notch.I walked every morning when it was still dark and I always felt safe. We had an incident nothing major but that seems to happen to my husband and I pretty much every trip,wherever we go,it’s just the way things go for us haha. We highly recommend you try your next vacation at this unit…you will not be disappointed.

The perfect stay

This was home away from home, we have come to Jamaica on several occasions and usually stay with family but as it was the first time with our 2 young children we wanted more space. The beach access, swimming pool and gated community were essentia k and did not disappoint. The property was delightful, clean and comfortable, so spacious including the garden with its breath taking views. Ann Marie our contact and chef was so helpful and loving company and the food exceptional. It was a stress free stay and we hope to make it a regular stay for future trips.

Beautiful home and views

We had a great week and liked having all the extras to use. Beach towels, soaps, kitchen appliances, outdoor grill, etc. A few things were in the process of being changed and might have been nice to know about when booking but they weren’t too major of a deal. Bar was up against the wall not to use it. Jacuzzi was broken and outside for the trash. All the steps leading up to the house should be mentioned in case people can’t do steps. But overall we enjoyed our stay! Immediate replies and help when needed. Thank you!

Wonderful property

Everything about our visit was wonderful. This property was clean and very comfortable. The only down side was the pool was up the street, not too far though. The transportation was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure our safety and made sure we got to where we needed to be. I would recommend Nauticle Homes to anyone traveling to Negril/ Montego Bay

Happy place

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING, did I say AMAZING. The house is comfortable for a group of six. The view of the beach is breathtaking, the house is clean and comfortable. Annmarie the Concierge person is the warmest, kind person you can meet, she’s willing to do anything to make you stay wonderful. They thought of everything, just pack your bag and go, I guarantee you will have a great time. When you visit Negril there are two places you must visit Ms. Collette Restaurent the best Authentic breakfast in Jamaica and Sweet Spice one of the best food in Jamaica and the staffs are friendly.

Great getaway on the cliffs at Little Bay

Great 3 bedroom with outdoor eating and sitting areas. Sunsets were beautiful, had a large group come down together, all had a great stay.

Shower issues

we love the property and the people.....this is the second year here and we returned because it is a great safe location and very friendly people......we had one issue....the shower handle broke in one of the 2 showers and was not in operation for half the trip so that was a challenge but not a deal breaker.....life goes on but would have been nice to have that fixed ASAP which it should have been....still love the place and the people.....Cheers

True gem in the paradise

Very unique, spotlessly clean and well equipped property in a beautiful setting in a privacy of a gated community. The view of the ocean from the property is to die for, the cliffs and the garden offer magical sunsets and yet there is a private beach to do the "beach thing". Location is perfect in Negril and you can get pretty much anywhere within minutes. Our group came for the Reggae Marathon, and it worked well. We loved the property and will surely be back again for another getaway. Place was ready for us, the owner and property manager communicated well. Thank you for having us, we had very much enjoyed our stay.

First Trip To Jamaica

We had a lovely time. The views from this property were stunning! The grounds were immaculate. The manager superb. The driver (Andrew) that picked us up from the airport went over and above! Other members of our family had problems with their rental car and he came to the rescue. A short walk provided access to a lovely pool and beach area. Private, secure. Awesome.
